The pizza itself had great balance, crispy crust on the bottom, soft inside, and sturdy enough to hold each slice without flopping. The sauce stood out in a good way, well-seasoned with a nice depth of flavor and the cheese coverage was generous without being greasy. The meat coverage was generous. What I appreciated most was that it tasted fresh and intentional, not mass-produced. Even as carryout, it held up really well by the time we got it back to the hotel.
