I've never been a huge fan of deep dish crusts, but something about Detroit style I'm loving lately. Several friends recommended Jet's Pizza. Ordering online was super easy. There are so many options for baking , crust, seasoning, toppings, etc... I wanted to keep it simple for my first order so just went with the regular cooked, no seasoning Detroit style crust. Overall I was super pleased with the pizza. I think they may use canned mushrooms but was pretty good even if they were canned. I would recommend eating the pizza while hot. If it cools down the pizza can be kind of greasy. read more

We were craving pizza midweek and got the recommendation from one of our neighbors for Jet's Pizza. I called in for a carry-out order. The gentleman on the other line was patient and allowed me to ask the questions had being our first time. He gave me a timeframe of 25-30 min which was met and I appreciated given that it was a rainy evening and we were hungry. I got a large Detroit-style deep-dish and side of Buffalo wings. The pizza itself was good, although the sauce was a little bland, overall the pizza had good flavor. We got one of their versions of a "supreme" topping style pizza without the ham. The pizza was got and fresh when I arrived and maintained its freshness on the drive home. The Buffalo on the wings was tangy and spicy which my gf and I appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and the pizza and wings tasted great. We will definitely order from them in the near future. read more

BEST deep dish pizza I've had in a long time!! My family and I got the large pepperoni deep dish pizza, so it comes in the squares with the garlic crust. I could have probably eaten the whole thing to myself... so so so delicious. The crust was perfectly cooked so it had some crisp to it. All in all, 10/10. The Jet's bread was alright, interesting, that's why I'm giving it 4/5 stars, but I didn't care about the bread being eh cause the pizza was out of this world. Always wanted to order from Jet's ever since they first moved into the Milwaukee Metro area, but the price was just a bit too high for my liking, so i never got the chance to order from them. but recently they had a good deal for the company's anniversary that i took advantage of, and I gotta say the food was quite good. I still don't know if i would order again at normal price, but if you find yourself with some coupons for Jet's, i would highly recommend you checking out the place. Order two pizzas, some wings, and some breadsticks. They also have the pizza that most people are accustomed to, ie round pizzas, but what they're known for is square pan pizzas. so if you ever been to Rocky Rococo, its like that. The pizza was nicely done, the crust was nice and crunchy with no soft uncooked spots. Breadsticks was good, but the restaurant forgot to include the marinara sauce dip that was suppose to come with it. Wings were alright, they were lightly breaded and coated nicely in sauce. Ordered online delivery from Jetz and the delivery never showed up. I called the Jetz establishment and inquired about my ever so late pizza pie. Without asking an order number or name on the order, the Jetz lady on the phone told me to hang on. She than proceeded to do a whole lot of nothing for about 2 minutes untill I said, "Hello?" She than answered and told me that my already hour and a half late pizza would be arriving in a "lil bit" and hung up on my ass. 1 star for this Jetz for customer service and to think I gave these jetz jabronis a 20%tip for an order that I never even received. read more

I downloaded yelp for the first time today to make my first ever review. Unfortunately it is not for a good reason. We had ordered our pizza for pick up at 5:10. I drove there and arrived on time. I gave the name for my order and was told my order was almost finished and waited. Little did I know I would be waiting 45 minutes for my food. I asked 30 minutes in if my food was still "almost done". She replied yes, we have about 5 minutes left on the wings. My wings were done 15 minutes later. I used to order from Jets at least once a week! My family loved their pizza!! Then, one day I ordered a Greek salad with extra feta and olives, along with a pizza. I always order a salad with the pizza. That was my usual order. When the salad arrived it was missing the extra toppings. So I called just to let them know I was happy to take a credit on the extra toppings on my next order. No big deal! However they told me I was "lying" and refused to give me credit for anything. I tried speaking to a manager and he said he remembers putting the toppings on my salad. I guess it never occurred to him my salad may have gone to someone else? I wanted to take a photo and send it to them but they didn't want to deal with it! So this loyal customer quit ordering from them. 2 years later... A few weeks ago I decided to give them another try, I loved their pizza... I ordered our usual BLT pizza. It arrived with half the toppings which were normally on this pizza. There was 3 inches of crust around the entire diameter with no toppings. There were minimal toppings in the center (but not what was normal). This made me very sad because I truly loved their pizza. Do yourself a favor and skip this dump. The only reason I gave them one star is that there's no option for ZERO! Ordered online; was given a pickup time of 45 minutes. Got there when instructed........the place was dirty, the "cook" was producing about one pizza every 10-15 minutes and there was a store full of angry people. There were three employees in the place but only one seemed to actually be doing anything (the "cook"). After waiting a good 10 minutes while the poor lady in front of me had a meltdown over her order that was supposed to be ready but hadn't even been started and was going to take another hour; I finally got to talk to the idiot at the cash register. First they couldn't find my order (prepaid, yet!). Then they decided that it would take another HOUR to prepare three pizzas. When I asked to cancel the order and get a refund they had to have the "cook" stop what he was doing and help me.....he pushed a couple of buttons on the till and said the refund should show up in 5-8 days.....no receipt, no nothing. After already waiting over 90 minutes, I received a call from my Dasher, who had been waiting at the restaurant for a long time, saying that the restaurant had inexplicably decided to cancel my order. When I called the restaurant directly for clarification no one answered the phone. When DoorDash attempted to contact the restaurant directly, no one answered. So basically, they accepted and confirmed my order from DoorDash, had the driver wait at the restaurant for a long time, then decided to cancel the order I had been already waiting a long time for. If you're looking for a pizza that is better than Pizza Hut and Domino's I would definitely recommend on ordering a jets pizza. I'm a huge fan of thin crust so you should know if you order pizza and you don't tell them what kind of crust you want it will come out thick. They're reasonably fast are usually go and pick it up I've never had delivery. I do wish that the pizza was done a little bit more, I like it when my cheese is brown on the top. I've only ordered here twice now and each time I've gotten the same type of pizza with Canadian bacon pineapple and red onion. I will try different kinds in the future but the first time I really loved the pizza and thought it was very good the second time I wasn't as impressed. So I called to get a status on my order and one of the managers named Crystal was extremely rude and unprofessional with me because she was short staffed and took it out on me and had an awful attitude and then she hung up on me. I'm really disappointed with Jets. We pre-ordered pizza for delivery at 11:30am for a meeting at 12pm. It arrived at 12:32 with no call that it would be late, or heads up. Had we received a phone call we could have come pick the pizza up, gone with another option, anything, but instead we were left hanging and waiting with all of the meeting recipients waiting for lunch. An hour late with no heads-up is grossly unacceptable. I could tell when I called that the manager, Aiden, was overwhelmed ad overworked, and that the driver was equally overwhelmed and overworked. The owner, Nate, needs to figure out how to staff this establishment better or they need to quote more accurate delivery times. There is absolutely no way that we would rely on Jets again for any kind of food on a deadline. Do not order Jets if you are not picking it up, are in a hurry, or expect your pizza on time, because they won't notify you that you will be hungry and your pizza will be almost cold. read more

Outstanding pizza! Super sauce, great herbs & spices. Terrific crust! One great thing is the toppings go all the way to the edges of the crust-with most pizzas I end throwing away the crust edges because they're bare and I try to regulate my carbs intake. The cheese must be high quality because of its taste and the fact that it passes the "mozzarella test" (stretches at least 8"). The final pizza test for me is when I eat more than I planned to-two of us easily finished the medium "Super" pie. Wish we had a "Jet's" pizza place in our town! read more

Ordered a deep dish pizza for pickup. Website appeared to allow me to order a medium. When I arrived they said it was a round pizza. I challenged because I simply clicked on the deep dish photo online. Their response was to point to the menu board on the wall. My response was I ordered online, wasn't looking at some wall. Made no offer to correct just said you can't order a medium deep dish. And on top of that the pizza was at best filler food. Bland flavor, soggy, and greasy. WILL NOT allow a second chance. Jets pizza has become a favorite for my fiance and I. Their pizza and crust is full of flavor. They have phenomenal calzones as well.

What's not to love? They have the best deep dish pizza carry out anywhere and the prices are very reasonable. I'm originally from Michigan so was very excited when they opened. My son isn't a fan of their gluten free dough so we have to get his pizza at Pizza Hut but I'd rather do that than eat Pizza Hut. Hands down. Maybe they'll switch to the udis crust that Pizza Hut uses so we can make it a one stop pizza place for our whole family. read more
