This store is awful! I've had wonderful experiences at many other locations. I ordered several pizzas and an order of boneless wings recently and everything was just bad. Pizzas were not throughly cooked and neither pizza was cut through. The boneless wings made me sick to be honest. The flavor of the chicken was awful and talk about false advertising. On their app the boneless wings look to be dipped or glazed in delicious BBQ sauce. Instead I got what looked like freezer burnt disgusting chicken nuggets that were quickly warmed and then old congealed BBQ sauce drizzled over top not even coating them. I reached out to Papa Johns and they gave me a coupon code for a free pizza that when I tried to use in their app to have it delivered didn't work. When I tried to check out it failed and crashed the app. I then called the store to see if they could assist on 8/10/23. The first person I spoke to asked me to hold a few minutes to speak with a manager. After 20 minutes on hold I hung up and called back. The second time I called they immediately put me on hold without even saying anything and after 15 minutes I hung up again. I called a 3rd and final time and when a young girl answered the phone and I asked for a manager she laughed in my ear and said I told you to hold, and immediately put me on hold again. I never got to speak to someone who could help. I would recommend any number of other pizza places over this place the food is to expensive and the service to awful to be worth spending any money on it. read more

After almost finishing it, I bit down on something solid and chipped a small corner of my porcelain implant tooth. I spit the food out and found a tiny little "translucent rock/bone" looking/feeling piece in it. I contacted the store immediately and was told to take photos of the object and email it to the GM. They emailed me back and I told them I'm scheduling a dentist app and they told me their offices would reach out to me shortly. After their offices got back to me, they apologized and told me to let them know what the dentist office said after my visit. So after going to the dentist, it was $131 for the visit and $2632 to replace the porcelain implant tooth. I reached back out and told them and they said I'd be hearing from their insurance claims office. After waiting a week, they finally contacted me and asked me if I could mail off the "objects" to them, which I did. Today they called me up and told me that after observing the objects, they don't feel that it's a "foreign object" and they aren't liable?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I said, I ordered from one of YOUR STORES, and it doesn't matter WHAT it is, I chipped my implant tooth on something I ate from YOUR store, no matter the object, and you feel you're not liable?!? They said it's not a foreign object, so I asked them what they thought it was and they responded, "it looks like cheese" Ahhh yeah, so I'm stupid and I'm going mail cheese off to you... Worst papa Johns in the history of the franchise. Total embarrassment to the franchise name. Ordered a pizza on 10/12/2022. After 90 minutes I called and they basically yelled at me for calling ! Cancelled the order, never got a refund , order still shows up over 2 hours later. Ordered a pizza on 12/5/2022 and they delivered it to my neighbors house and left it on there doorstep. (Found it the next day ). Still haven't received my refund on that one either. Ordered a pizza tonight on 12/14/2022. App says it's on its way. After 40 min I called and no answer. Go figure. It won't let me give zero stars. But just do me a favor and ignore the one star. The manager was childish enough to not to give me his name but who ever the manager was on the shift this evening 1-7-21 from 5:00 until 8:00 deserves to be demoted, nay FIRED. We received the wrong order. Called the establishment 4 times. Was placed on hold, 4 times. And then hung up on 4 times. My husband delivered the food we received to the correct address (they were chill, shout out to Matt!) and then went to the Papa Johns to pick up our correct order, and all he witnessed was chaos. The woman at the register was up to her ears in phone calls, with no manager in sight. My husband asked for and finally spoke with a young man in his 20s who claimed to be the manager. My husband did not receive an apology for the wait (He physically stood in their store waiting for our food for 45 minutes) nor did they offer to refund our money or even give us a coupon so we would be tempted to come back. I will say this is the first time we have ever had a problem with this location, but I will say It's the last! After a 3.5 hour wait we finally have the correct food but needless to say our evening plans were ruined. First off..what is the point of having the option to call them if they don't EVER answer? I called 7 times and it rang for over 5 minutes each. I called to let them know they didn't give us our 2 liter. When we told the driver, he said he didn't see it on the ticket. It clearly shows on mine. So unless I drive up there (which Defeats the purpose of delivery) I'm out the money And out the 2 liter. It showed approximately 70 minutes to deliver and took more like 100. I ordered via the app. I checked back a few minutes later and it said there was an error. So I called the store to confirm they received my order. They interjected and wouldn't let me finish a sentence and then hung up on me. I assumed they didn't have my order. So I ordered dominos and it arrived and then shortly after papa johns showed up. I sent it back and asked for a refund. I emailed corporate multiple times and requested a call and never received one. Good pizza, and I love all there food there. We ordered delivery, which I'm glad they have during COVID, but the first time we did, they brought 2 mini pizzas, even though we didn't order any, which was very disappointing, but we ate anyway. Pretty much everything else was good, but the pepperoni was slightly burned, which can be annoying. We ordered it again recently, because it's my brothers favorite pizza place, and this time it was much better, they didn't screw up the order, minus the breadsticks were a bit cold, but we warmed them up, and it was delicious. My only complaint is, they still burn the pepperoni, and this is actually a problem with a lot of pizza places. Please do try your best not to do that, because sometimes I have to pick some of them off. But other than that, I think it's a really good pizza place, and I enjoy eating there food and so dose my family! I hope to continue eating here. read more

Gave it a one star because. Did a order for pick up. They wouldn't allow me to come in without a mask on. Which is fine. That's why i have mask in my car. Went back to my car and got one. When entering saw the cashier had his mask on below this noise but covering his mouth. Customer service is terrible. I get they hire anyone but any job you get requires the most basic form of communication. Customer service is the easiest skill to achieve yet most of these food chains don't set high expectations for their employees. If your employees have a piss poor attitude about their work then they need to be let go. There is no reason to tarnish the reputation of your chain because of employees who cry, complain, or mouth off to the customers. Get your employees in check and set some standards. read more

To be completely honest I would leave a zero star rating if I were able to. The website papa Johns has is absolutely worthless. When selecting a topping for a pizza I selected a topping and wished to remove it so I clicked the topping again and the square returned to white as if unselected as I wanted. Turns out this made it double down on a topping and I ended up with 6 toppings on a two topping pizza deal. This made my order go from a 24 dollar deal into me paying 38 dollars. I will take some blame for not reviewing my order after putting it in the second time but the pizza here is not good, overpriced, and it took 45 minutes to get to my house cold. We had a horrible experience tonight. I ordered online because the "Buy one, get on free" fundraising card we bought instructed me to do so. I am not in IT, but I know how to use a computer, and it was a struggle in because the system kept kicking me out and I had to start over at least five times. When the pizza arrived almost an hour later the order was wrong. The driver looked at me with deer in the headlights eyes, so I sent her on her way with the $5 tip I had added when ordering and told her it wasn't her fault, I would call the store to straighten it out. I immediately called and received the worst customer service ever. I was passed from an employee to the manager, after they had a conversation about me while holding the phone at an arm's length. She was not helpful, but after 10 mins finally offered to switch out to the small pizza for a large UNTIL I told her my daughter had eaten one slice (remember...it had been an HOUR) and then said "well we're not supposed to take food back if it's eaten". After their delivery fee, tax and the tip, I spent $32.92 for a large pizza, a tiny pizza (was supposed to be large), and cinnamon pull-aparts.
