Almost every pizza was 6/10, very greasy but fast and easy, chicken was cooked fresh! Staff are friendly!

We visited for lunch, I thought their prices were very reasonable given it's a buffett with your drink included. We particularly enjoyed the 'buffet your way' station- you place your order for whatever pizza you want and when it's finished you are notified via a buzzer and are given first dibs! They also have a salad bar and a small area with chicken, veggies, potato's, etc if you wanted something different than pizza! The cherry dessert pizza was my favorite of all the pizzas I tried. So. We have been to pizza Ranch in Missoula MT and Branson, MO and the owner of this one could take lessons from both. This Pizza Ranch did not have nearly the same offerings so much so I can't name them all. But here are some of the ones I remember. Taco pizza served on cardboard crust instead of regular crust so not nearly was good as it should have been. Salad bar looked sad. No pickled beets which I love but even beyond that it was small and sad. Same for the hot food options. Chicken was good. Pepperoni pizza was good. Ice cream machine sitting lonely in the front of store. No cones or bowls to use. No hot cookie pizza to eat with it. It was definitely a miss for us and unlikely we will be back. Me and my two friends had a bad experience here. We walked in and payed 18 dollars for the meal. The front desk worker Chloe complained about me and my friend not tipping her. Chloe was very rude and I truly think she should be fired. The worst restaurant experience I've had pizza ranch is self service. She doesn't even serve my food and is complaining about a tip. First time here. Never been to or heard of this restaurant. Came on a Saturday night, it was very busy! Workers were great, friendly and kept plates bused. Food was good. Tried different pizza flavors (you can request any kind and they give u a beeper when done so u get first pieces of it). They have bread sticks, dessert pizza, cookie pizza, ice cream. They have a good salad bar with lots of topping options. They have fried chicken that taste very good. Mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, corn, potato chips and wedges. Fountain drinks and even soup. There is also an arcade for the kiddos. I saw several leaving w prizes they had won. Bathrooms were decent considering how busy it was. Adult all you can eat was 17.49 for an adult. 2 and under free and discounted for younger ages. Will definitely be back next time we visit. Grandbabies loved it! read more

They kinda assume you're getting the bar, and don't ask about ordering a pizza. For 3 adults and two kids eating at the bar was $100 + with drinks and tip. Which is nuts considering kids eat two pieces of pizza and a 4 oz cup of soft serve ice cream. Although the pizza and boneless wings were good it's far too expensive. I ordered a large lunch order for catering to an office. Fried chicken was delicious. Passing through town we almost didn't stop in to go straight back to Saint Louis, but instead we walked in and immediately the host greeted us with a big smile "Hi Welcome to Pizza Ranch, how can I help you?!" :D The fried chicken was so good (we came in during the slow part of service 2-3pm and the chicken was still so crispy) I had wing, thigh, and breast with all the fixings my fiancé loves loves pizza and likes that he can eat a bunch of different toppings. This is our second time eating here. They have a great selection of pizzas on the buffet, but the fried chicken is what I came back for. I also really like the blueberry dessert pizza. The line moved quickly to get through, and our grandson & son loved being able to play video games in the arcade while their food digested. And who doesn't love skeeball!? I don't normally leave bad reviews but this left such a bad taste in my mouth. Upon arriving for an older teen birthday party, we realized the line to pay and enter was out the door. We already had RSVP'd that we would be at this birthday party or else we would have left! (We should have anyway.) Stood in line to pay for 10 minutes and upon turning the corner to where food was, all the customers were standing just waiting for pizzas to be put out as there were literally none. There was no seating open (luckily we were part of a party.) We made our way up to the buffet. Still no pizza but zero, not exaggerating, zero chicken. No chicken strips and no fried chicken either. No corn. NO SALAD. People literally standing with plates waiting for food. Come to find out, they were short staffed (which sucks!) but why continue to filter in tons of customers if you can't keep up with the ones who already paid! Honestly terrible experience! Never ever going back to this location again. The price is $18 a person, which is pricey considering we had 4 people! NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL. We went to pizza ranch for the first time on a Wednesday where coincidentally they had a discount for senior citizens. The food was good and bad. I loved the fried chicken, corn, mashed potatoes and salad. The two pieces of pizza I had were warm, not hot. The deserts were good, the soup was below average where it too was warm. The service was good as was the ambiance. I saw where you could order a pizza and if we come back I may try that with the hope of having a warmer pizza. Finally got to try this place out. The food here is buffet quality because well it is a buffet. With that being said the fried chicken is actually really good, id say better then the colonels "kfc" for y'all who dont know the reference. The sides were actually pretty darn good too considering they were not scratch made. Baked beans tasted find as well as the mashed potatos and gravy. Both were nothing special but they were not bad either. The waffle cut fries and the kettle chips were cooked perfectly and seemed fresh to me. The weird chicken fingers I tried and they were not so good. They were more meant for kids with little to no taste that want something familiar like school chicken fingers or fast food chicken nuggets. Id stay away from the chicken fingers if you are an adult. Side not the soup was a potato soup. It had an odd Smokey taste to it. I do not know how or why it did but my girl friend tried and she agreed. Pizza Ive never had a taco pizza before but I think this place nailed it. It tasted similar to a tostada from a Mexican restaurant but in pizza form. The bronco pizza which is a meat lovers tasted off to me. I think it was the sauce they used I dont know if its different from the rest or what. I did order my own custom pizza which was chicken, bacon, onion on thin crust. That pizza was amazing and if I was in a blind taste test I would have never had guessed it was buffet pizza. It was that good. But like others have said on here some of the pizzas on the buffet line do look old which is odd because people were constantly getting pizzas from it. Maybe there heat lamps are to hot and make the pizza look old within a couple minutes. Who knows? The marinera dipping sauce for the cheese bread was entirely to sweet. I wish they would tone that down. Desserts Frozen custard is the star here. But also the cherry and original "cactus" pizza. Which is like a cinnamon strussel with icing and crumb topping. The blueberry is also good but not as good as the other two. I think they also had apple but I was way to full and peach but that didnt sound good to me. All in all I think people should come here but do not come in here and expect it to be Imos or cecil whittikers. Place is a little better quality then cicis or pizza street when they were around. I'd give this place another star if they would add some type of pasta to the buffet. Pizza street and cicis made it happen and they charged half of what this place charges. On the other hand this place does have good fried chicken. Just a suggestion though. A pasta might be something a lot of people would enjoy read more

Pizza ranch is our jam! I am both a little bias and a little better informed because very first job was at a pizza ranch growing up in ND. That being said this location impressed me! Everything was SO clean. From the tables to the buffet, to the bathrooms. Clean clean clean. So refreshing. The food, was spectacular. Everything was made exactly how it should be. The cheesy breadsticks are my weakness. The chicken, the salad bar, the pizza, and the ice cream- it's all just 100% delicious. Even the soda is good. This restaurant needs help! Do they know there is a pandemic? No masks on ANY customers! No sign saying the require or suggest it. It's a buffet! We like the food, but it's crazy to close at 7:30pm in the summer. My kiddos were so excited to go to Pizza Ranch for dinner after a long day at the pool. The sign says 8 but when we walked in at 7:23 the employee told we had 6 minutes to get food because they close the buffet at 7:30, which is silly. We left. They probably lose a lot of would be business with these hours. It's understandable in the fall/ winter, but they should at least stay open until 8:30 during summer. read more

We arrived at 730pm and was denied buffet along with the additional guest behind us and the sign clearly states close at 8pm... so they made us order everything a la crate 3 different orders and games cards well over $200! Are buzzers never alerted our food was done so it wasn't hot anymore! The DM CHACE notice 1 of of the 5 kids had got ice cream that came in the size of dressing cup from restaurants (it fits in the palm of my hand 2in in height) comes over and says the ice cream is with the buffet ( that we did try to order but was denied! )but he just said it loud, rude in front of all guest in the middle of isle... I just think that's a disgrace we visit all the time and never had this type of treatment ( the staff was awesome just the District Manger is horrible with his customer service) ! 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND They lost our business!! read more
