Went to Imos with my mom for my "cheat day" and it was so worth it! The food was delicious, Eric was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and the young lady who checked us out was the absolute sweetest! They also offered military discount which you don't find everywhere these days. Over all a great experience and will DEFINITELY start being one of our go to spots! read more

There are two cons to Imo's, in my view. First, for whatever reason, the food will almost always be cold when you get it. Second, it's expensive, though all food is these days. But the food is consistently delicious, from the pizza to the fried provel bites to the toasted ravs ans the cinnamon bites. Even the soda seems better when it's from Imo's. I'm not a native Missourian but am forever grateful to have known provel in my lifetime. This pizza chain was highly recommended by a friend when visiting St. Louis. They use a special blend of cheese of Swiss, Provolone, and Cheddar called Provel Cheese. The crust is a cracker crust. This place is somewhat of an acquired taste. I still have my reservations about the cracker crust but the pizza wasn't bad. I think it's personal preference that I'd like a bit more bread in crust. read more

HORRIBLY RUDE SERVICE! I've done A LOT of business with this store so I'll start with the most recent debacle. Tonight I ordered 2 orders of Cinimos, Spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic cheese bread. After an hour and half I called to check the status because it was 30 minutes late, lady said "it's getting bagged now and it's on its way, sorry" and abruptly hung up on me. So food gets here finally (2 hours total) the food is very cold and my order was missing cinimos and garlic bread. So I called again and same lady " oh yeah we tried to call you to say we were out of bread," (Remember Ive already called once, she shouldve told me then). She then said "sorry we will refund that" then I heard LAUGHING in the background as she quickly hung up on me again. The entire order should've been refunded but If I called back, I'd just get laughed at again. And after reading other reviews here I see that other customers have been mocked by the employees as well. This isn't the first problem with missing food, cold food, or completely wrong orders from this store. But after being mocked its certainly the last time. I'm going to use social media to warn others. I recommend going to Stefanina's (pricey but much better food) and Cecil Whittakers pizza is just as good as Imo's, so there are plenty of alternatives. They might make a mistakes as we all do, but they won't mock you as they hang up for calling out their mistake. This used to be my favorite Imo's store, but it's gone way downhill over the last 2 years. read more

This is by FAR the worst IMOS in the STL area. STAY AWAY! They can NEVER get the order right. And the last few times I ordered a salad SUB ROMAINE LETTUCE, they always put iceberg. So glad I could pay $21 for a lunch 'special' and get something 'special' in return. When the guy who answered the phone asked me to hold for a second while he spoke to someone else, he forgot to mute my line because I heard everything they were talking about and I'm not happy about it. Very expensive, but very good. I've had pretty bad pizza from here in the past, but this time, it was perfection! It had plenty of sauce and cheese. Fresh toppings. The ravioli were great! The crust was crispy and wonderful! Very polite staff. I mean, yes, we just spent $90 on 4 pizzas, ravioli, and cheese bread, but it was worth it! The red peppers are a new favorite topping of mine. Clearly, their app is not functioning properly. We ordered at 4:40 and the app said ready 5:20 to 5:30. I arrived at 5:25, only to be told 10 to 15 more minutes. At 5:50, someone announces 3 orders were lost!? Mine, of course, was one of them. This is most definitely my family's favorite pizza place in town! We like to use the online ordering it is very easy to place your order and pay for it, and the delivery time is pretty accurate. The pizza was hot and perfectly made. Friendly delivery driver and he made sure we had everything we ordered. Very nice people working here. They're pretty quick and always friendly. Online ordering is easy. I wish the salads came with tomato. But they're still wonderful. The pizza has kind of been disappointing the last few times. It was burnt and the cheese was lacking. Basically a cracker. I love thin crust, but I like it better with toppings. Super happy with their lunch specials. The only reason for not 5 stars is that the pizza was still a little burnt... I'm not sure, but they really need to adjust the cooking of the 10 inch pizzas. It is true that you don't know how great something is until it is gone. I grew up in MO. I had my fairshare if Imo's Pizza, but when I was back in town; I knew I needed a refresher. I ordered a couple of sausage and pepperoni pizzas, some wings, toasted ravioli and a salad. It was magical. Everything was just how I remembered the sweet tomato sauce on the cracker thin crust with the unique flavor of provel. We ordered Spaghetti pasta lunch special, with side salad, 8" cheese pizza lunch special with cheese garlic bread, mozzarella cheese sticks, one order of cinnimos for dessert and two fountain Mt. Dew sodas. We asked for extra meat sauce and ranch in the comments section and received everything correctly without massive extra charges. The total cost was a very reasonable $30.11. All of our food and drinks arrived hot or cold respectively and were bagged accordingly. The food and service were absolutely perfect! I even accidentally ordered twice and before I could call to ensure there wasn't double charges, my account had already shown a return of funds for my accidental duplicate purchase!
