Horrible pizza! Just a bunch of high school jerk offs making your pie. We ordered a half chicken Alfredo and half ham, banana peppers and mushrooms. The cashier proceeds to go to the back and chat with the other guys and proceeds to trash their Alfredo sauce, saying that he would "rather shove BBQ sauce up his A** than eat their Alfredo sauce." Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your money. Pizza had minimal sauce and cheese and you could taste neither. Seriously had no taste at all. Was like trying to chew cardboard. When you contact CW, they get beligerant and tell you since it was a Door Dash order you have to contact Door Dash. Door Dash did not make the garbage, CW did. Never going back. I love this place. I'm probably biased (used to go like every other day and my dad used to work there) but I don't think nostalgia is blinding me here. It's one of the best St. Louis pizza places that I know, and the salad and wings are heavenly. The interior was redecorated, but I like the new look. So basically? 9/10. read more

Not sure who would write a rave review about this joint. Someone either delusional or who got free 'food'. It's not 'food'. The first red flag was a 'restaurant' with a large dining area was completely empty at lunch hour. Granted it was President's day, but still, empty? We should've walked out. We ordered fried mushrooms. I bit into one, it was cold inside - like refrigerator cold - and spat it onto the plate. Told the waitress. I thought the manager might have come out to check on us; nope. We should've walked out. The meat lover's pizza arrived. Absolutely no flavor; with little topping. It tasted like a bad cheese pizza. The thing was so saturated with grease that it was a soggy mess. I ate one piece. My wife had a few pieces because she was hungry. When we left she mentioned that ChuckECheese pizza is better. Well a cardboard box is better. We went based on the nice glossy flyer we got in the mail. I should've eaten that instead. Sorry to the owner for a negative review, but let's be clear here: be honest to your customers and deliver the quality pizza you offer. And come on, would you honestly feed this stuff to your own family? I would feel bad giving it to a stray dog. read more

This isn't gonna be a five star restaurant, obviously but I've been to another location and the food was decent enough to try this one. This location is HORRIBLY understaffed. Like it shouldn't be open if they don't have more than 1 waitress. There were screaming children running around everywhere. The iced tea is bitter beyond belief. We got waters instead after trying three to four packets of sweetener. The food all took forever to be served. We were here for over an hour and a half. I got the chicken strip sandwich and assumed it came with fries. When I got it, it was cold, dry and flavorless. The side? Two small onion rings. My mom and sister ordered broccoli pasta and it was ice cold. The waitress was talking about walking out and quitting Very loudly. The sauce on the pizza was excellent. The staff was very friendly and kept my wild child 3 year old entertained with spongebob. We were checking out the area considering a move. Now that we're moving there, we'll definitely be back. read more

I'm mainly giving this 4 stars because of the great service. I ordered a few lunch specials to be ready at a specific time pick up time. The lady on the phone was extremely friendly. When I arrived my order was ready. The drinks were in a container and taped down to avoid spilling while traveling. At pick up the employee went out of her way to provide me with individually packaged ketchup containers. She also offered to help me carry my items out to the car. In regards to the food, the pizza was great. The salad was average. The fries were a little soggy, but the place is a pizzeria so I'm not to concerned about not having perfect fries. read more

The food was good and a very sweet waitress. We were the only customers in the establishment when we arrived and the wait time was about 45 minutes for 3 pizzas. We had been on the road for 6 hours and I needed to use the restroom facilities, but the men's restroom was locked. After the 2nd attempt I asked about the mens room and the waitress told me that someone had locked the door the prior week and they were not able to get it unlocked. I had requested they post a sign, but she didn't seem to care and other male customers were waiting to use the men's room. Worst service I've experience with delivery. It took almost 2 hours, delivered the wrong order and when I called about it the manager on duty was downright nasty. She said they were too busy to bring out the right order but I would have a credit for a future order. When I asked for a refund she told me no and then hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. I tried to write Cecil Whitakers about it but they never responded. I get it, when you're busy and drivers or cooks are calling in and whatever else, but to screw the customer over it when it's not their fault is just not right. Now I'll go to the OFallon one for take out. Unfortunately they don't deliver to my area but they are great people. However again I can't say anything nice about the wentzville location and it's crazy that they have a manager like that and a real shame they wouldn't refund me on the order I never received. read more

Called for a Carryout order but was told my Entertainment Book coupons would not be accepted. The coupon has the Wentzville Parkway address on it, so how is it not valid? These Entertainment Books support schools and extracurricular activities in our area! If you are not going to support these important parts of our community, then I will not support you. Terrible! They deliver our pizzas with the toppings completely slid to the corner of the box. Pizzas were basically blank. I sent them back with the delivery guy to be remade. After 1.5 hours they finally show back up. I called and spoke to the manager Jennifer and she offered no resolution. Said we have to pay full price since they remade them. She didn't care I had 3 starving kids waiting for pizza. On top of it all the pizza tastes terrible and incredibly cheap. I will never order from there again. read more

Gross and rude! Just went in to order bosco sticks to go. Terrible experience: 1. Waited on a guy who came after me. I thought he was the owner since they jumped when he walked in. When I asked if it was, they said no. So although I'm standing there waiting, they apparently think he's more important to wait on first? 2. Young girl behind the counter who then waited on me kept flipping her long blonde bangs back, playing with her hair and touching her face. What, no food service training???? After she took my money, she told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I thought they had them ready, but no. 3. So I asked for my money back. They called a female manager over and she was pissed. No eye contact to me, rude to the young girl and guy behind the counter, and . . 4. Behind her, I see a guy standing in the kitchen eating pizza. Apparently the delivery guy. 5. No one said "thank you," "I'm sorry," etc. Dining room had maybe two tables of two people each, so why is this store so poorly managed? Or maybe the low customer count is an indication of the management? Generally food is pretty good, but I won't recommend that because the service was so bad. Get it together!! read more
