I ordered online and tipped 20% only to be ignored at the counter by two unprofessional dummies who acted like I wasn't standing in front of them - the pizzas were gross - "tomato soup on bread..." was my wife's critique and I agree. Ordered a pizza that was supposed to arrive by 1:18 pm. Had to call at 1:48 pm and the automated phone message said it was to now arrive at 1:51 pm. A black SUV pulled into the driveway with no papa john's logos and dropped the pizza off. It was COLD and delivered by door dash rather than PJ's. Called and was told to just tell them we needed a free pizza next time. read more

Crappy management, delivery driver dropped our food on the ground (it was an accident not even upset at him) but we called the store and the manager "didn't like how he was talked to" we was not aggressive nor being mean about it but to simply ask for replacement or a refund and he was very sarcastic and being the aggressor when they're the one that made the mistake. read more

Very disrespectful when we asked them to remake a pizza that they made wrong. A simple mistake turned into them making sure we never come back. Blows my mind how some people still have jobs here. Should've read the reviews. Delivery was wrong then they acted like it was my fault. Told me it would be another 50 mins before they could deliver a new one. Asked if they could deliver faster. Said they didn't have enough drivers and They said how bout you get the pizza another day? I drove to store. Asked to please have pizza ready. Pulled up to see 2 drivers on their phones in parking lot. 20mins later they haven't started on pizza yet. Won't be back. Pathetic. read more

I'm posting this review because I don't think it's fair to have a bad rap because of 2 people's opinions. I have had great service with this store. They deliver timely and have never got my order wrong. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't have some toppings we like that local pizza places do (artichokes and garlic mainly). This is the best pizza delivery we can get in our small town. I've tried them all. read more

This particular location apparently doesn't understand how to prepare an order. I ordered a medium pizza to have pepperoni and green peppers with light sauce,they put nasty tasting green peppers with extra sauce and the bottom was burnt. read more

Terrible service, I've never been more offended with customer service in my life. I made an order to arrive at my wear house job for 11:30, they showed up at 10:45 Called then left then when I called at 11:27 three times they didn't reply. I called the restaurant and asked the lady I spoke to about the food and what time it was so posed to be hear, she then proceeded to say 11:30 and that I had made the order like I was the one on the wrong as to why my order was canceled. I'm sorry but this order wasn't to a home it was to a place of employment. What's more five maybe ten minutes is except only for being early but 30min is not. Also when a time is specified, it's done so for a reason. read more

Halfway through my order on the phone they said they were not making any more pizzas tonight. 2 hours before closing! Terrible.

Service stinks. They never got my order right. They changed my delivery to take out and didn't notify me. They for got the soda even when I was standing in the store picking up the order- I had to go back in and get it. When I complained, I got a oh well, come get y our food; when my husband complained he got told that they'd make it up with a free pizza on our next order. And when we tried getting another order a week later they messed that up too. Now I just order from their competition instead. read more

I am a regular delivery customer of Papa Johns in White House (as bad as that sounds) and always tip generously because more often than not we order pretty late. Never used Yelp but felt the need to download the app specifically for this. I am not usually "that person" to complain about anything and most of the time if I'm not satisfied I keep it to myself; actually this is the first complaint I've ever made. I have worked in the restaurant business for a long time and I understand some days just aren't your best day, but this was just too much not to leave a review. I got off of work pretty late (from a serving job) and my 9 yr old brother was begging me to order pizza so after some pleading I finally agreed to spend the money I just made on freaking pizza. As soon as I called and asked to place an order for delivery (around 10:30) I was greeted with a "yeah I guess you have enough time left" and then I gave the man my address and he said "wow you live way out there" which I live like 2 minutes off of the cross plains exit so that's 10-15 mins away. The guy showed up, counted his money, and said "ok" (as if he wasn't satisfied with his tip) and I said thank you sir and he just kept walking back to his car. I understand if it's late and you're frustrated or whatever but if you don't like the hours of your job or don't like to deliver or whatever the excuse may be, find another job. Simple as that. Customer service isn't meant for anyone. As a loyal, good-tipping customer I was extremely disappointed. read more
