Do not use the app! I ordered 5 pizzas, 4 salads and 2 sodas on the app. I waited until pick up time and entered store. They were working in one of my pizzas and asked my name and said they were just finishing up. While I was in store waiting four new customers walked in ordered their pizzas and left with them. I asked why they weren't working on my order and they said it's papa murphy's policy to help walk in customers before online orders even though I was physically in the store before them and it had been an hour since I placed the order. I asked for a refund since I wasn't going to get my order unless people stopped walking in. They said they could write the manager a note but they couldn't give me a refund or my order. That is a terrible policy and all three employees working said that is for sure the policy. So if you want to get pizza do not use the app. I'm so disappointed that I spent so much time ordering, driving to and from the store all while having a party at my house and had to come home and order from a pizza delivery place in order to get pizza. read more

We have been patronizing this store for 20 years, since I was a child. They are consistently better than any other Papa John's location I've experienced. On the occasion that an item is forgotten or a similar problem, whoever answers the phone seems to be empowered to solve it. I've never been passed to a manager, instead they sincerely apologize and offer to replace the item or offer a free pizza in the future. This means a great deal to me as it's both convenient and speaks volumes about leadership's trust in their team members. We love the $6 deals and the new stuffed crust pizza is delicious. I generally avoid chain restaurants but this location is an exception in our house! read more

Papa John's is not my first choice but on this particular evening my husband was really wanting papa John's. I called and asked for no contact delivery because of COVID-19. I was able to add a tip on the phone since I knew I would not be signing a receipt. The woman who took my order was very polite and was really appreciative that I was leaving a nice tip for the delivery driver in advance. She told me it would be about 30-35 minutes but our pizza was delivered within 20 minutes. Our house is within 3 minutes of this location so I'm assuming that's why the delivery was so quick! The pizza was hot and although it's not my favorite, I enjoyed my meal. read more

Watch out. We had delivery. Door dash did it, not Papa Johns. So, the guy dumped the food on the doorstep and left. No knock, food so cold it was clearly not transported in a thermal either. Where do I start? The website didn't recognize my address, so I called the store. I gave her my address and asked for the online special. They do not offer the same specials in store... what?! I asked if they could honor it because their website was the issue. She said No. She then told me they do not deliver to my address, and gave me another location that would. The problem with this is that they are 4.1 miles/ ~8 minutes from my house (most delivery ranges are 5 miles) and they used to deliver to my house quite frequently. (We had stopped ordering for a while because they couldn't get our pizza right (under cooked, missing toppings, wrong pizza.) She gave me another location that was 7.5 miles away (~17 minutes), well they do not deliver and had me call another location that was over 10 miles away. This is absolutely ridiculous service, for under par pizza. read more

This is a corporate store, I guess that explains why they don't care for your business, and they can feel comfortable treating people like dog poo! I ordered pizzas for my employees online and the confirmation said 33 to 43 minutes. After 67 minutes, the Pizzas finally arrived and all of my employees had already taken their meal breaks. I guess I shouldn't assume fast delivery, even if my store is in the same strip mall as their restaurant. I refused the Pizzas and called to speak to the store manager, Rita. She offered only to credit me a large pizza for next time. She refused to do anything to make up for this time and then hung up on me! There are thousands of pizza places in this city alone, why would I go somewhere and be treated like dirt?? I hope you are listening corporate, but I doubt it. If you have website issues, then shut it down and call the customer and tell them. That is a very small customer service price to pay, but obviously way to expensive for these people. read more

I have a Vietnam disabled vet friend that is confined to a wheel chair since the late 60's. His favorite pizza is the local Papa Johns here. He has some ongoing health issues that don't allow him to drive his truck to pickup his pizza. He called in a delivery and was told he is 1/2 mile outside the delivery area. I stopped in and spoke the person that said he was the manager. He said "So what do you want me to do?" I explained he was willing to pay extra for the service. He was obviously not interested in making any exception. So I sent a complaint to corporate via the website. I got a call from a person identifying himself as the area manager. 317-332-4585 He told me they take veterans issues very seriously and would contact me with a cure if possible. It;s been a year, no reply. I left a couple of messages and NEVER A REPLY. I haven't been back. The Unknown Diner does not dig this place! read more

I didn't bring my lunch yesterday and didn't feel like going out in the rain, so I ordered a small chicken spinach Alfredo pizza to be delivered, thinking it would serve as lunch for two days. I waited an appropriate 40 minutes, but after 2 bites, I realized my pizza wasn't even close to being done. Chewy, gooey and still doughy enough to see my teeth marks. No worries, I popped it in the oven for 20 more minutes. Unfortunately, it was done enough that the edges of the crust were dark brown and hard as a rock, but the bottom crust STILL wasn't done. I threw it away. If I ever order pizza from Papa John's again, it definitely won't be that one. Boo. read more

Ordered a pizza online for delivery. 15 minutes later, Papa Johns called and explained they had a computer failure which would delay the order. They offered to either deliver the pizza later or offer a discount to pick up the order for carryout. While I was a disappointed about the delay, the prompt call, explanation, and discount on the order made up for it entirely. Great service in owning up to a mistake and making it right. Pizza tasted great and had no other issues with the order. I'll be continuing to order from this Papa Johns. read more

I have just finished my last slice Papa John's pizza ever. I reviewed them 2 years ago with a 2star rating. I have now downgraded Papa John's to a one star (or less). I can see no improvement in taste or quality from the last time I ate their product. We ordered two pizzas, one cheese and one with onion and green pepper. The cheese pizza had almost no sauce or seasonings, the cheese was bland and quite rubbery, and basically the pizza was tasteless. The onion and green pepper was no better. Again very little sauce or seasoning, bland, rubbery cheese, and what is worse, very few discernible pieces of onion and green pepper. As with the cheese pizza this one also was quite tasteless. To be honest, and this is a stretch, I have had better tasting pizza from Little Caesar's. I, and my family, will no longer patronize the Papa John's company, and will not recommend their products to anyone. Very poor quality pizzas. read more

Very disappointed to call and order the new epic stuffed crust pizza and let them I supported the Zionsville football/sports program and had the Zionsville discount card. According to the card, it is 40% off on a full retail priced pizza as I explained to the lady taking my order. She said just present it when I picked up the pizza to receive the discount. When I got there they said, sorry the Zionsville card is not valid on the new stuffed crust pizza. Not sure where paying full retail for a pizza and a pizza being new, disqualifies a discount??? Domino's was fast and was delicious!!! Not a fan of false advertising and helps my choices easy. read more

This pappa Johns is really good. The pizzas actually are good. It is chain pizza in a crunch. It's Papa Johns just like all Papa Johns! I have not had bad luck with this location except for tonight (only because it was slightly past the delivery time quoted, on a Saturday night, by 5-10 minutes). My daughter wanted a pizza delivered to school to celebrate her birthday with her friends during lunch. I ordered the pizza online at 7 am for a 11:15 am delivery. I called to confirm my order around 10:30 am, just to make sure there were no issues with the online order. They assured me that the order was received and she would get her pizza. Needless to say, my daughter spent her entire lunch period (ON HER BIRTHDAY) in the office waiting for a pizza that came an hour late. She and her friends didn't have lunch that day! This time I had to what an additional 15 minutes over the expected wait time and watched them make the pizzas. I won't be ordering from here for quite a while after not seeing anyone wear gloves or wash their hands.
