I called to order ahead for dine-in. The person that answered my call is so nice. The photo was taken when I arrived the spacious place and clean. I like this location more than Castleton one. It's less noisy! Love this place so much. Food .. always 10/10.

I'm not sure if the Carmel location is just better than castleton (or I was hungry at work) but this is the crispiest chicken I ever had and it was boneless (usually wings are superior) but I would order this boneless here again Honey garlic flavors both balanced; sweet, savory and garlicky Did not realize the chicken pieces would be this large, only was able to eat 4 for my lunch I brought it home for my mom and she said the breading was super crispy still hours later in the fridge

We gave this chain a try, but it's a one-and-done for us. Two in our party ordered the chicken fried rice and found the seasoning to have an odd, almost funky flavor. It wasn't to our taste, though others might enjoy it. A third person ordered a dish I cannot remember and couldn't find on the online menu, and unfortunately, she wasn't a fan either. The highlight of the meal was the size of the boneless wings--our fourth guest was impressed by how large they were. That said, he was disappointed they couldn't be split between two sauces. It seemed like a simple enough request--why not toss half in one sauce and the other in a second? Nope. Service had its ups and downs. Our server was friendly and helpful when present, but twice she walked away before we'd finished asking questions. We joked it was a strict "one question per table visit" policy.

I'm so glad they opened up a location in Carmel. Some friends and I stopped in for lunch and we shared the boneless honey garlic and soy garlic wings. We also got the poutine bulgolgi. All of it was super tasty and our server was also very attentive. I will definitely be back!

This is hands down the dish I look for first at any Korean restaurant, especially when the weather turns cold and you need something warming and soul restoring. The meal is accompanied by all the essentials: kimchi, seaweed salad, and a variety of pickled vegetables that complete the experience and make it feel like a proper Korean table. Then you choose your meat and broth type and head to the never ending salad and veggie area. It has veggies, noodles, sauces, toppings and more! The waiter tells you em several times it is all you can eat, thus the higher price point. Make sure to note too though that if you order a lot more than you eat you will get charged a few for leftovers. They want to curb food waste which is commendable. I suggest starting small and then building as for sure you get full rather quickly! My favorite aspect was the sauce area where they listed sauce combos the recommend. It helped me a lot to have some guidance and I liked the sauce I chose from their list. A fun interactive experience and good for groups. It is loud and smelly as you are basically sitting inside a large kitchen. But a fun experience and yummy food so worth a visit!
