They were cranking out pizza like a factory while we were there. I was introduced to 10.00 Tuesday in a big way. I had zero idea you could get 1 pizza with each 1/2 a different specialty pizza. They have stuffed pizzas that you can have as is or make modifications, you don't want ground beef in your Big Murphy...sure we can replace that with bacon for you..you just have to ask and show a little patience. He was wanting to get his add-ons for free AFTER he'd paid. Loved her response, language, and customer service. Offered his money back and he left cussing out the door. So sad you have to deal with people with entitlement issues, limited vocabulary, and bad behavior. Always love our pizzas here. Always clean. Always fast. Worst customer service I have had. 2 out of our 3 pizzas were wrong and we called them and they said to drive the pizzas back and they will exchange them or we could have 50% off next time. Driving in rush hour traffic was not idea so we opted for the 50% off. Today I called and ordered the same 3 pizzas that we had picked for last week and the manager said that they would give us the 50% discount when we come in to pick up the pizza. We go and pick up the pizza and they would only give us a $5 discount and gave us all kinds of excuses and were rude. We came in today and ordered two XL three cheese pizzas. The staff needs to be retrained because they don't know how to make a pizza. Tall white guy also placed his order receipt on the dough which is disgusting. We had to spread out the cheese towards the edges. The amount of cheese they sprinkled on is a joke. I love this place. Actually, I love Papa Murphy and not really love this location. I have been going to one on Smoky Hill before moving and finding out this locations pizza seem to taste different than the Smoky location. Since I have been coming to this location exclusively, I forgot the taste differences. pros: friendly employees, quick service and great deals on Tuesdays and also specials on line. cons: watch out for Tuesday specials. sometimes I see phone ringing and no one will pick it up. they are usually too busy making pizzas. I usually order stuffed pizza and as part of making the pizza, they poke a hole using the knife and more than one occasion, they were too strong with stabbing motion and actually went thru the baking sheet creating smoke hazard in the oven. read more

We called ahead and ordered a stuffed crust, meat lover's pizza. We asked them to add mushrooms and olives. We arrived about 10 mins later. The store was pretty busy, but they were able to help people pretty quickly. The staff was friendly, and everyone was working on something. There wasn't anyone just standing around. They had our pizza ready after we paid for it. When we got home and cooked our pizza, we realized that they didn't put any meat on it and the crust wasn't stuffed. The pizza just had mushrooms and olives. When I checked my receipt, we were charged for a meat lover's stuffed crust pizza. The pizza tasted pretty good, but we were definitely disappointed that it wasn't what we ordered. When we called the store to tell them what happened, we were offered the chance to come back and get a new pizza, but we were already home and settled. We were given a basic apology, with no other solutions (like refunding our card.) The staff definitely needs to slow down and read each ticket carefully. I would have preferred to wait a little longer for the right pizza, then have my order out fast, but wrong. I don't know if we will go back. read more

The food is great, but the service is spectacular. I made an online order last week, and scheduled the pick up for 6:45. I arrived at Papa Murphy's around 6:30, and checked in with the cashier and paid for my pizza. The cashier looked at me and said, "I'm sorry that your pizza isn't ready yet." Then another employee called me by my first name, and said he'd make it right away. I want to let them know that I was there a full 15 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't any fault of theirs that the pizza wasn't finished, I just happened to be early. Still, the employees went out of their way to make such a small part of my day a good experience. The service is always fantastic, and while I enjoy the pizza, I'll continue to come back again and again because of the customer service. Keep up the good work, and while you don't have to apologize for something that was my fault, the fact that you all went out of your way to make me happy does not go unnoticed. Took care of me quickly and had smiling faces despite it being within the last 20 minutes of business hours. I offered a tip but this is a corporate owned store so that isn't available. This location is now my nearest Papa Murphy's, and it fulfills its duties very well. I came in here on Super Bowl Sunday at around noon and the line was almost out the door, but my overall wait time from in the door to out the door was still only 15 minutes, which was quite impressive. And despite an impatient line at times, the lady manning the register was pleasant to each and every one of them. They've been lightning quick every other time I've been in as well, and just as friendly. The gourmet veggie and Murphy's combo I baked for the Super Bowl were both tasty and well received. It's not knock-you-socks-off pizza, but it's super fresh and tasty. PM is a great idea for families, groups, or feeding yourself for a week. read more

This Papa Murphy's is set back a ways in a strip mall that isn't in that great of shape, but the location has been recently remodeled and looks great inside. The people are really friendly too. The location I usually go to was closed for a remodel, and I had to out of my way to get to this one. I was trying to get home to beat guests coming for a party, the staff was super helpful and nice. They always have coupons on their site or through the mail, have any pizza $10 on Tuesdays and if you join their text club, get special offers. I love that you can order online or over the phone and have a pizza ready for you in 10 minutes! Don't be a chump and go in and order, call ahead so all you have to do is pay, pick up, heat the oven up to 425 degrees and in less than 20 minutes, have a delicious pizza ready to eat! Their Gourmet DeLite's are my favorite since it's a lighter option with thin crust and they have some baller options like Angus Steak and Roasted Garlic and Spicy Sausage and Fennel, so classy! read more

I like the concept of take and bake pizza. For Valentine's day they had heart shaped pepperoni pizzas for $7, which were tasty. The store is clean and customer service was good. Also purchased an Italian salad which was also tasty. I feel I got a good amount of food for the price I paid. The pizzas came with there own baking dish, which I liked, since I only have one pizza baking sheet and we had two pizzas. Unbeknownst to me, my guy didn't want to wear a mask when he went to pick up the order so I called to ask for a refund and the employee whom I was speaking with hung up on me. Then I called back and while speaking with Derrick, the General Manager, he got snippy and had a TERRIBLE attitude with me. He told me that he had no control over his employees and had to contact his supervisor to get my refund together. I just picked up an online order at this location. I was extremely disappointed with the three staff members working. They told me to check a rack for my pizza and it wasn't there. The employee then took the pizza from behind the counter on a different rack and walked over to the original rack and placed it on that rack making me walk back three times instead of just handing me the Pizza when the employee was standing right by me near the front. How rude to go out of your way and move it from one rack to another instead of handing it to me and making me walking around the store three times. What horrible customer service! The pizzas are always the usual good papa Murphy's standard, and pick up times are accurate. No complaints there, which is why I come in. But EVERY time I go into the store, I'm irritated by poor customer service/basic social skills from the teenage-ish or 20 something staff (says the 20 something herself). Tonight, I stood in front of two employees who continued to finish filling ingredients into jars, never looked at me or said hello, and then shouted in a whiny voice to a staff member in back, to "get out here". Them proceeded to whine about everything else she had to so tonight. 2 more employees wandered out from the back seemingly having been doing nothing. One wandered up the register an says nothing, so I started the conversation. Seriously. Super lame and disrespectful. I have to say my complaint has nothing to do with the staff or taste/quality of the food at this particular store. That's all been good. But, please be aware that their GLUTEN FREE pizza is not actually gluten free. I realize that some cross-contamination is a risk you take at any restaurant if you have Celiac Disease. BUT-this store has only one large sauce container and one large ladle which is used to smear the sauce over every pizza made. I watched as they made our regular pizza and our GF pizza. Each time the ladle was pressed into the raw dough and the sauce was smeared around. When I asked the employee why don't they use a different container of sauce for the Gluten Free pizza she said that only the crust was guaranteed to be gluten free. The crust is NOT Gluten Free once the ladle is rubbed all over it. At least they could have a separate container of sauce for their Gluten Free pizzas.
