Mixed reviews at this particular Papa Murphy's. The take it home and bake it yourself pizza place is well known and the menu is very standard. So, you do get what you expect with classics such as the Cowboy pizza, which is our go to pizza on Tuesday's as they have a special on large pizzas on every Tuesday. Definitely good for take-and-bake. Not all locations are the same by far, but this location seems to be able to attract friendly staff who are usually smiling and chatting up customers. We've figured out how to make the crust more the way we like it (pizza stone) and we doctor them up at home with some extras, but all in all a value when time is of the essence or budget is thin. I ordered a large Hawaiian with the pineapple on the side. One worker was working on call-ins, and the other worker was changing the music in the back. The worker made 5 call-in pizzas. I was the only one in the lobby. I got tired of waiting and went to the store next door. I was gone about 10 minutes and when I got back my pizza still hadn't been made. The worker continued to make other pizzas when I was the only customer in the store again. After all of that, they put the pineapple on the pizza. The other worker corrected him and told him to pick them off. So, not only did it take 30 minutes to get my pizza, I got a pizza that was picked through with fingers. I was assuming I'd get a new pizza, considering the juice from the pineapple was still all over the pizza, but no. This store has horrible service and the prices have been raised so high that it's not worth it. Papa Murphy's pizza went downhill years ago. I won't be going back. read more

We love this place! They take extra time to make the pizzas you want and they are so much better than take-out. The staff at the place is friendly and the management is on top of customer service. The one time they made a mistake, they recognized it and gave us two free pizzas on our next trip. That isn't the case with many places. So I wanted to acknowledge the management and staff at this store. Thanks for the great customer service and great pizza. read more

We have been picking up pizza from this place for a few years. About once a month? I have been always happy with their pizza and their service until today. I believe it was because they've got some newbies and the manager wasn't there. These new kids reminded me of those kids in colleges who got some mental breakdown after Trump won last year. They must be feeling so much more special than this job they hate. They didn't know they should greet their customers when customers walk in. I had to greet them instead. They didn't know they shouldn't just stare at their customers and wait for customers to speak first. They didn't know they should make customers feel welcome. If I could give them a zero or negative rating, I would. I was there with a friend, who is Vegan. She ordered a pizza with NO CHEESE and they made her feel like she wasn't welcomed. Not sure where there was confusion and WHY the cashier felt the need to point my friend out to the entire place for ordering something without cheese. What if it was someone with a lactose issue. Would they have made this much of a deal about someone ordering no cheese? I will NEVER eat here, order from here and will recommend my Twitter followers do the same. read more

A person orders a Specially ordered pizza and not only do they throw a fit about making it special they completely embarrassed the customer in front of everyone to the point of tears. Been going to papa Murphys for years in 3 different states . Always been great until the last visit, orderd 2 pizzas had wife pick up as usual she gets home both wrong she goes back gives them the order again comes home still wrong. Although i love there pizzas wont be back until they hire people who know there own menu. read more

I had the worst experience of my life in this location! I ordered two pizzas to pick up last week to take home and the manager messed up while ringing up my order on one of the debit machines, so she switched to the other machine. And then assured me that my card was not going to be charged twice so off I went to enjoy an evening of pizza. The next day I saw that both charges were pending in my bank account. Now, I know that this can happen but usually one of them disappears when the mistake is accounted for, so I let it go and watched it for a couple of days. Sure enough... the second charge was still there and both had been posted. Not to happy at that time, so I called the store to explain the problem. I was told by Kandis (The "manager" ) that I would need to bring in a copy of my bank statement and she would provide me with a refund. Here's where it gets bad. I did everything (I thought this process was not really customer friendly) I had to take time on my lunch break to go in and PROVE to her that my bank account did get charged. I got there, she told me she would have to get it approved by the owner and went in the back to "call" him. She came back, took the money out of the till with intent to hand it to me, however, when I asked her why she had the attitude that she was going out on a limb to do this huge favor for me, she took the money, went to the back of the store and left me standing out in the lobby for quite some time like she was trying to control the entire situation and intentionally making me wait for MY MONEY! I did not expect this simple business transaction to turn into a childish game on her end. After I couldn't get her attention by calling for her I picked up a pen and gave it a little flick across the counter to see if I could catch her eye. Nothing... I then walked to the end of the counter and saw her in a back room with glass and she ignored me, but shook her finger at me like a mother signaling to her child to go away. I told her I was not leaving until I got my money and my bank statement which she was hiding in the back room. She had no intention of returning it so I was left no choice but to call 911 to get what was rightfully mine. Watch your bank account if you use a debit card here! I believe she has a little scam going on and I called her out on it (not everyone looks that closely at there accounts.) I would like to speak with the owner to verify this process. read more
