I posted a review a few years ago. Not a positive one. In that review I said there was too much sauce, not enough lasagna. Ordered it again tonight and it was the opposite. A block of lasagna with tomato sauce around it, none on top. Actually it was more like tomato paste. Lasagna is my jam so very disappointed again!! Meh. Stopped in at about 2 pm, so it was not busy at all. I ordered a pizza to go. The woman behind the counter was fast and efficient. The pizza was ready quicker than I expected. I was happy with all of that. The pizza however was just ok. Not bad, but not worth the price, $24 for a 14" all meats pizza (6 meats, a nice selection). The crust was nice. It had some nice flavor to it, like it had been properly fermented overnight. The sauce was disappointing. Just a tomato acidity with an underlying sweetness. No herbs as far as I could tell. Not bad, but I want a richer almost roasted flavor in a pizza sauce. The cheese, well, I could see that there was cheese but either there was an insufficient amount or it was overwhelmed by the toppings. The toppings, it was covered in toppings, but either they weren't that flavorful or they warred with each other. I can usually discriminated between the flavors of the different toppings, here I could not. The dominant flavor was ham with some vague pepperoni. I doubt that I will get this particular pizza again, but I might try them again but get my go to test pizza, sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom. If you're happy with one of the big national chains, this is really no better. read more

Phenomenal customer service. My wife is pregnant and we were greeted with such hospitality as we walked in the door. We were treated like family from the beginning of our order to the time we left. TLDR - Pizza is greasy but, hey, sometimes that's the mood. Wouldn't recommend ordering online since site is buggy & if you want the order fixed, they're going to re-charge you. I spent 2 nights in the ICU with my dad after his lung surgery, so I'm stressed & exhausted. I have an eating disorder called ARFID & can't eat pizza sauce so I ordered online to pick up a sauceless cheese pizza. Picked it up, had a quick chat with the cashier, drove home, took a bite and there was sauce which was annoying. Called the store, cashier tells me that I ordered it with sauce, I tell her there was a bug cause I definitely didn't and I offered to drive back and return the pizza. She says it doesn't matter if I return the pizza, says that if I want a sauce-less pizza, they're gonna charge me again. I'm starving and angry at this point but made another order, I drive to the store again and I return the 1st pizza, cashier doesn't care, charges me for the sauceless pizza, and said to speak with her manager the next day. I followed up with the asst manager and he's clearly not happy to speak with me, says that the cashier did offer to re-make it for me, I said that wasn't true, he said he was going to believe his employee, which I do understand, but bro.. if she'd offered to re-make it, why would I be upset in the first place?? Her not re-making it was the entire reason I was upset. So, asst manager calls manager who says I have to drive there the next day to have it re-funded to my card, but I don't live on island so he says "Well I don't know what to tell you man." Ugh. The wings are good, the pizza is okay (better than Ciao) , and I wouldn't touch the salad bar. The giant oven baked cookies are definitely the best part. We used to love coming here, the past 2 times have been so bad. First I couldn't share a salad with my husband that is so ridiculous. Then I wanted a sub and they had no bread for the subs. We ended up leaving and the girl that works there is always rude every time we go. Today they had no subs again and that's what I was going to eat so again we order all you can eat salad of course we had to order two one for my husband and one for me. The salad bar had almost nothing and I asked if they would refill the guy said, "yes let me just help this lady" After he was just standing talking to the other girl working there and walked out. We waited for almost 15minutes I asked the girl since she wasn't doing anything and she also said oh and walked away. We decided to leave after we finished our beer and had lunch at Ciao instead. My experience with the Pizza Factory was great! I ordered their Cliffton pizza, wings (buffalo and BBQ), bread sticks, and antipasto salad. All of the food was exceptional and delivered on time and the woman that delivered the food was very pleasant. I look forward to ordering from here again. This was my second time giving this place a shot. This visit was worse than the first. The first time I came in and got a slice... Which was already made pizzas in a warmer... It was awful and there was a fly that was in the warmer trying to escape. My iced tea was basically water sugar. The pizza was old, you could tell it had been sitting for awhile.. Which I had went at lunch time. Came back today since I have an office out in coupeville nearby and it was worse. This time I steered away from the already made slices and ordered a fresh small Hawaiian. The pizza a lot of toppings, and not enough cheese to hold the toppings on. So the toppings all fell off. Also, nothing great about the pizza. I could get a $5 little Caesars pizza and it would be way better. Each time I've been in the tables and floors are always dirty. This time there was blood on the bathroom door outside/inside and on the bathroom sink. So disgusting. Also, I'm assuming it's a family owned place because theses kids were running around all over the place, grabbing slices of pizza as they pleased and going behind the counter etc. skip this place if you're ever in town. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. We sat there for 50 minutes waiting on a pizza. People that ordered well after us received their food way before us. We were the only customers when we arrived. Our pizza was covered in what looked like water, the bottom of the crust was soggy and wet as well as the dough was smooshy and not cooked. Traveling through and was excited to see a Pizza Factory. Walked in and the place was pretty packed at 12:30 pm. There was one guy working, just one. We stood at the counter for probably 5 minutes and he didn't look at us or say a word so we just stood there. I was certain someone was in the back and would come and take our order. Nope. After 5 minutes he finally looked at us and said, "I will be with you when I can." I had no idea "when" he would be able to help us so we left. I probably won't pass through Coupeville again, so it's not like I can do anything about it. If you are passing through, don't bother, you likely won't get a pizza. Turned out I had called the Anacortes location. They were so nice. They saved me some serious embarrassment and called them for me. Then they made me my order and had it ready super fast. I LOVE pizza factory pizza; there is one near our house in Oak Harbor. When I started working with a new office in Coupeville, I was excited to know that I could stop by and grab lunch. The first time we went, we hoped to take advantage of their lunch buffet. But, there was very little selection, and the employees didn't want to make any more pizza until "more customers came in." So basically, if you go and there is nobody there, you get what's there and nothing new. Another occasion, we wanted pizza to have at the office. We were told on the phone that they didn't deliver until 4pm, so we went to pick it up. When we arrived, (5 minutes later than they said it would be done) the pizza hadn't even been put in the oven and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Overall, the pizza is on par with other pizza factories, but the customer service STINKS. read more

We bought pizza here on the way to visit my cousin's girlfriend, who gave birth at Whidbey Gen, as it was the only place around that was open at 5 PM other than the gas station. The place was empty, but it's a pretty small location, so it didn't really feel empty as the sounds of the open kitchen, radio, and arcade filled it with background noise. The pizzas are about normal price for a pizza place, but a little expensive for its taste and quality. We got a medium 2 topping pizza for $16 and it was not good. When we opened the box and took slices, there was a pool of oil staining the cardboard where the slices had been. And it looked as if the pizza had been dunked in a vat of warm oil and served without being drained. It was flimsy, didn't have much flavor, and just wasn't very good. I feel like we would've been better off getting food from the gas station up the street. The only thing that was okay about the pizza was the crust. The texture wasn't too chewy, and despite the grease, we would've rather had a bunch of crust than pizza centers. read more
