New addition to downtown Claremore. I've been waiting for it to open!…read more We went for a late lunch/early dinner around 4:00 before an event. This is a build your own pizza place with a few "standbys" to order off the menu. I went with with the "South of the Border," a taco pizza. It had a base of refried beans, chorizo, cheddar, mix. Once it came out of the oven, it was topped with lettuce, tomato, black olives, and jalapenos (and whatever I wanted to add---so I added some banana peppers). Salsa comes on the side. I would order it again. The other two in our party made their own. One looked amazing with an olive-oil/garlic base and topped with Canadian bacon and veggies. The other diner when old school with pepperoni and mushrooms. Toppings are great and staff is pretty knowledgeable. But, the crust does need to be crisper. I'm not sure what kind of pizza machines they're using, but they may need to be dialed in more. I would return and try a sandwich or a half pizza and salad. (Pizzas are about 10".) The do have a few beers on tap and two flavors of Stubborn soda--rootbeer and a agave-cream soda. I will try them again.

From the little things--like noticing we were short on straws before I even did--to proudly displaying my daughter's artwork at the hostess stand, his kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out. Kai was attentive, genuine, and always seemed to be one step ahead without ever making us feel rushed. It's rare to come across someone who puts that much care into making people feel welcome and special. He made our family dinner even better, and I honestly wish I could give him 1,000 stars. Thank you, Kai, for reminding us just how much great service and genuine kindness can mean.

(One time we even got the whole thing comped because we had to wait an hour for a call in order.) This time it was great. Called it in when I was leaving Tulsa and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Know that on the weekends it can be a 45 minute time frame from call in to pick up. This location is always super busy but they have plenty of carry out spots. I was immediately greeted by an employee and you're able to pay from outside. The only downside to the carry-out service is that we always ask for extra creamy Italian and we never get it. Check your order. :)

The sauce was amazing and perfectly seasoned. Others had Chicken Capellini, Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, and Spaghetti and Sausage.. All were enjoyed. Bread rolls were really good! The Tiramisu was really good. Not too sweet like other places I've been. Service was quick and friendly. Not very attentive, but was observant when we needed something. I actually like that instead of waitstaff hovering all the time. The atmosphere was pretty loud, but not noisey. There were only 2 other parties at the time. Nicely decorated with typical Italian bistro paintings on the walls and Frank Sinatra singing on the speakers. We will definitely be coming back. Really good, authentic Italian food, made by Italians. A wonderful find in Claremore. Highly recommended!

We arrived for a late lunch and snuck in right under the wire before they switch to the dinner menu. Our initial impressions were very positive. The interior is quite inviting, quite spacious, with very tall ceilings. We really enjoyed the open atmosphere inside. Italian themed decor with Italian music playing in the background at a perfect level. We were seated at a booth and at the time we were there we were the only patrons. Our drink orders were taken immediately and we had time to look over the menu. We both decided to order off the lunch menu. Prior to our food being served, a plate of six warmed, very nice dinner rolls dusted with parmesian cheese were served. We loved the rolls. My wife ordered the Chicken Pomodoro. It was a very generous serving with a mild semi-creamy sauce. I ordered the Pasta Combo which consisted of a large beef filled ravioli, a generous piece of meat lasagna and a manicotti. A red sauce was over all three as well as melted cheese. It was served piping hot. We were really surprised at how large the portion size was for everything we ordered. We did wish the tomato sauce had a little more character, it was on the bland side. Both dishes were under $11 each and served with a nice basic side salad of chopped Romain with a tomato quarter. Overall we liked the restaurant and had a good experience. The prices were extremely fair and the desserts that we tried, Tiramisu and Limoncello cake, we're both quite good with the Tiramisu being the standout. Neither of the desserts we ordered are made in-house but nonetheless they were quite good. But all things considered the restaurant offers quite good food, excellent prices and a very nice comfortable atmosphere.
