Do not buy the heart pizza because it'll turn out like this. I opened the box and saw this. I went in and asked if it could be remade. They said that it's a large and it comes like this because the box is not big enough, but the pizza was not taking up the entire box so I didn't understand that then I asked for a refund he told me he couldn't refund me, but he could credit me. I don't know about you all, but I don't typically like credits because once you show me who you are, I won't go back to your establishment. This Marcos used to actually be really good. Loved it. I'm giving this store a 2 Star based on the last experience I have had with this particular location, as well as the app on the phone. We have used this store many times over the past 6 years (moving to the house in 2019), we like Marco's since we are just around the corner from the store, getting the order hotter than from other competing brands. So this review will start with the previous order and then will go into the order we just did Sunday night. The first order I pull up the app (about a month ago) the it just did not work, I click on the store in the map view and started the order and was told that the selected store is not in the delivery zone. I did the same thing again and ended up with the same result. The third attempt I got the correct store and started placing my order based on one of the offers from the app. When trying to select the items for the pizzas it was not at all easy to do. So I figured I can call the store direct, which I did. The employee told me to use the app, which I told him that it did not work, and that is why I am calling. He agreed with me regarding the app and said he will match the offer. We got the order delivered, it was correct and even earlier than expected. Pleased with the outcome but dissapointed that the app failed. Now on to the real reason for this 2 Star review. Last night when trying the app to order (not thinking about the last time) the app failed again, which then reminded me that it didn't work the last time. So, I called the store. I was told by an employee that they can't match what is on the app, so I asked for a manager. Shelby, answered and asked what phone do I have, an android or an apple. Well, I have an apple, and Shelby said due to so many updates the apple phones have problems with the app. Not my problem. So I asked if she could match the app which she told me that she does not have the ability to change pricing and tried to offer a similar offer that she can manage. I have never heard of a manager that could not match or change pricing, which may be the case, but that would surprise. I asked her to repeat the offer which she did and when I tried to ask another question she never let me get a word in, told me I was being aggressive or antagonsitic, I can't remember what she actually said so I just hung up and ordered from Pizza Hut, which arrived early, hot and the price that I was expecting. I know I will never put Marco's out of business, but my $80 order from PH will never go to Marco's again. It may not be much for a pizza place, but I am glad I get to choose where my money goes on a consistent basis. So the heart of this whole rant is the idea of the app not working and not the manager stating to no being able to match the app offer is a typical bait-and-switch offer. We hook you with this great offer and then when they can't delivier (or want to) they offer you something else. We all have issues with every store, retail, restuarant, mechanic...but I just want to warn everyone that bad business practices stem from the employees not wanting to help, work with a customer, or just be courteous to a customer wanting to buy from you. There are great reviews and there are rants and I just want to make everyone aware. Maybe give this store a try, maybe not, I just know I am done. read more

Came in Friday night 12/29/23 looking for a quick bite with friends. The place was quiet at the time and clean. The staff was super helpful and explained the options and sizes to us. Got our food out really fast and it was delicious! A nice lady labeled 1 of the boxes "HH" for honey hot because she overheard I didn't like spicy foods, which I thought was nice of her :) . Accessibility to the pizza shop smooth and easy. Lobby has more of a carry out vibe, rather than dine inn establishment. I ordered a Calzone and cheese bread. Even on special, it's not worth it. The so called steak taste like an arby's sandwich that had been left out for a week or more. Not tasty at all. I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico (two different types of pepperoni along with their signature sauce) & it was good. Not over the top or great but scrumptious. As I stated in the tip, this is the only one with the dine-in area. They have a lot of specials throughout the week so definitely take advantage of that, especially if you have someone with you or a group. I am so spoiled! I can't eat pizza from anywhere else after Marco's! Although it can be a little more pricey than other places the pizza is superb. I don't have a Marco's close to me but I make the drive to this location when I want pizza because it's worth it! The crust for thin, regular and thick are all good! The red and white sauces are nice. They don't overload the pizza with sauce which I appreciate. The specialty pizzas are fantastic! I've had the Deluxe Uno, Chicken Florentine (my favorite!), BBQ chicken, Veggie, Meat Supremo, and Pepperoni Magnifico to name a few. They are all worth a shot! I highly recommend getting all the crust toppers and maybe having your pizza cooked well done. The well done is my preference since I like a crispy crust. The crust toppers are a MUST though! This is an average pizza joint. The cheese bread is delicious! They are nice on the phone and delivery is an average of 45 min which is decent to me. They have different crusts, thin, original and thick. I recommend the thick. The original crust is boring and tasteless. They also have crust toppers which add a little pizazz to the crust which is nice. We'll probably order from them again unless we find some place better soon. read more

I called Marco's and talked to 3 different people all who were very unprofessional and rude. I asked for my $45 to be refunded because we NEVER received the pizza, the so called manager claimed he could not help me unless I had an order number. I stated several times that the pizza was not delivered and therefore no receipt and therefore I have NO order number, nor did they give me an order # when I called the order in. First, received a pizza with spoiled spinach on it. It was inedible. 2 weeks later, received a pizza with no sauce. Decided it was time to call and complain, they offered to remake it, along with 27 excuses, and then hung up on me. I waited 10 minutes and left not knowing when the new pizza would be ready since they hung up on me before I could ask. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for the new one. New one had burnt crust. Tried Marco's for the first time last night because it was late, very close to home and we wanted pizza. We've driven by the Broken Arrow location for years without a thought of trying it and I'm so glad we did. It was delicious!!! The crust was crisp on the bottom and packed so much buttery flavor. The cheese was real. Piping hot with the freshest ingredients possible. We had the Chicken Florentine. The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The spinach and other vegetables were fresh and not too sparse. We've eaten at Andolini's for years and love it. Marco's pizza rivaled theirs. We opted for carryout and our pizza was just being sliced when we arrived for pick up. The female cashier was friendly in person as well as during our phone order. The price was reasonable and after reading reviews we know they have frequent coupons and specials. We will definitely be returning often to buy Marco's. Have had consistent issues when ordering from this store. Most recently we placed an online order at 8:30 for delivery. We called at 9:30 when it didn't arrive and were told it was on the way. We called at 10:30 and were told the order was cancelled as a carry out. The assistant manager was extremely rude to my wife. The store didn't call at any time to follow up on the order. Marco's is definitely a step above the other chain pizza restaurants. First, they offer online ordering, which is fantastic for me. The website is very easy to use. The coupons are easy to find, which is always great of course, and it's also easy to customize your pizza and navigate throughout the menu. The best part is that you can track what's going on with your pizza (similar to Domino's but not quite as fancy). So it shows you something like "Order received," "Order being made," "Order made," "Out for delivery," and "Delivered." Great for those of us who want to know when to get out of our pajamas and into real clothes. :) On to the food! We ordered a small antipasto salad, an order of cheesy bread, and a pizza magnifico, which someone else mentioned - it has two types of pepperoni. Everything was great. The salad had a good ratio of "toppings" to greens and also came with two packets of dressing. The only real complaint I have is that they give you Marzetti pre-packaged dressing which isn't the greatest, but it's not awful. The greens and tomatoes were fresh and tasty. The cheesy bread was very good - lots of cheese and a great garlic flavor. They came with one side of marinara sauce and one side of ranch. I thought the ranch was weird, but then I remembered that I'm in the south (more or less) and people here eat ranch with eeeeeverything. Next time I'll just ask for two sides of marinara. The pizza was absolutely fantastic, way better than the other chains. The cheese had that great chewy texture that real cheese has. I got the original crust and really liked it; it comes brushed with butter sauce and topped with lots of parmesan cheese. Not the healthiest meal for sure, but pizza is an indulgence for me. It was downright delicious. Delivery took 45 minutes, which seems a bit excessive, but the pizza arrived hot and fresh, so no complaints there. So I love Marcos the franchise but this store really has terrible service. I am a trendy shopper. I like to save money but this restaurant will not honor any of the prices and not only that but raises the prices of the original merchandize. I literally started this app so I can get this resolved. This is the only Marcos that delivers food to our house but it is so bad that we would rather drive 4 miles out of our way than deal with the service. Every time we call they seem to not be able to do the text deals or any of the coupons we bring. The staff leaves alot to be desired. They act like us even being there is a problem for them and dont really want to work at all. We have tried this pizza place 4 times and every time are dissatisfied. I will say this though.
