There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. I had a gift card and I was going to pay the remaining funds with a credit card. The computer system would not recognize the gift card as a method of payment. I ended up calling the location. The employee I talked to was so incredibly helpful and very apologetic! She was able to take my order over the phone and still have it ready to pick up and hour later (I placed the order around 545pm and was able to pick up at 715pm). She also offered me a discount for the inconvenience. She said I could arrive at 715pm and use the gift card and the credit card. When we arrived the business had a lot of safety measures in place because of COVID. It made me feel better. We got our pizza and was in and out within minutes! Such friendly and kind service!!! So we spent the time to order online and got it done , paid and confirmed. 30 min later @ the delivery time we were notified that Romas cancelled our order because they were too busy. Now, I'm not sure why they didn't tell us on the phone that they couldn't take our order and why it was confirmed and then canceled. We had a house full of family doing a move into a new house. Waited the 30 min and have no food . Unfortunately, business that have no concern for their paying customers.... I won't support. There are a lot of other great place for good food and good customer service.
