The pizza is always excellent. Been patronizing them for years. It's terrific to bake it at home and have it be nice and hot.

We love this place and come here most Tuesdays to get the Tuesday deal. My wife is gluten free (by choice) and theirs is so good that *I* order it most of the time. It's thin and you don't feel like a pig after a few slices. The pan and the stuffed crust are also great...but I *do* always feel like a pig afterwards with those! If you don't know, this is a take and bake place which I love because we can make it at home whenever we want plus we can control the cooking time and have our crust the way we want. Pro tip: use a lower temperature and try not to put it on the bottom rack of the oven. It's pretty easy to burn the crust. Staff seems to be pretty transient but they are always nice. read more

Keep your email notification and check your order before leaving the store! Last week the Eisenhower store in Loveland, CO lost my order and this week they gave us 2 cheese pizzas instead of 1 cheese and 1 2-topping that we ordered. I should have known something was up when the pizzas were wrapped together preventing me from easily checking the order. read more

Still a go-to for awesome pizza! Cheap, yummy, couldn't ask for better! Pro Tip though, read directions carefully, the last pizza I had there, I misread the difference between stuffed crust and regular pizzas and my pizza was heated up about 75 degrees higher than it should have been. Still tasted surprisingly good if not a tad well done/extra crispy :-p not blaming Papa Murphy's for my mistake though. Heck their pizza can still taste good even when you screw it up! read more

I have never written a Yelp review, but was super frustrated with Eagle Dr Papa Murphy's yesterday. So here I go. I called the phone number at least 1/2-dozen times with no answer. Tried placing an online order unsuccessfully. Went to pick up a pizza at 7:45 in person (says they are open until 8 p.m.) Were told they were closed. Just say you are closing at 7:30, not 8 p.m. Typically have been happy with this location, just very frustrated yesterday. read more

Sometimes I just wonder. The first thing the person from PM says to me (on the phone) is "So you want a large cheese pizza". Um. no. I make my order, my favorite pizza is the Chicken Mediterranean DeLite, without the chicken. I get black olives instead, and this time order it on a regular crust. That was a bad decision--chewy, lifeless, regular crust. But that was my choice. I send my husband out to get a take 'n bake and the pie he brings home has the ingredients so unevenly scattered, I think all the black olives were on one side of the pizza. Same with the bacon. I spend about 5 minutes re-decorating the pie. I realize they are just high school kids hired as part time workers. Who don't care about my pie. But it's not rocket science, it's just puttin' cheese on a pizza. How much training do you need? read more

All too often I find myself hosted in negative reviews only. I really would like to post a positive review for Papa Murphys on Eagle Drive. Everyone there is friendly and smiling and positive every time I go in which is once a week. I'm sure $10 pizza Tuesday has got to be a madhouse but they handle it with a smile. It made me want to go in today and order a full price pizza for pizza and a movie night, and true to form everybody there including Kylie who I really want to give a special shout-out to was great. Thank you Papa Murphy's your $10 pizza Tuesday drew me in but the friendliness of Kylie and her staff has made me a forever customer. read more

We had a great experience at this location. We just moved from Texas and had a $5 off punch card that they accepted. We ordered pizza over the phone and the pizzas were ready when they said they would be. Not sure why they have received bad ratings. The girl was very friendly. read more

This store is one mile from home and we have bought pizza here a few times per year because it is close by. We have had occasional issues in the past with stingy toppings but today we got a 16" pizza with a thin layer of toppings that would barely cover a 11" pizza. This came after ordering via phone, and being told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes; we arrived 25 minutes later and they had not even started on our two pizza order. We have never had these issues with the Papa Murphy's on Eisenhower and in the future will drive past the store on Eagle drive on our way to that store 5 miles from home. read more

If I could seriously give this store ZERO stars I would. I have been ordering pizzas from this store for years... I will never order from this store EVER again. Normally I order online and just swing in and pick up our pizza. Today I went to the store and ordered in person and waited for my order. To my absolute disgust one of the employees on 3/1/2020 was absolutely unsanitary in all aspects. Luckily this employee didn't make my pizza but he did make another. From the second that he started preparing the pizza he wiped his face and hair with out gloves. Then without washing his hands first put gloves on and started preparing a pizza. During the process of this gentleman preparing a pizza, he again touched his face and his disgusting hat without stopping to change his gloves. When he finished making this pizza he was going to start making another one when I asked him to speak to a manager. I told the manager what I just saw and how disgusting it was. This young man decided to start arguing with me and being rude to me in front of the manager. After the employee decided to be rude I asked who the store manager was? I was going to call the store at a later date to discuss what I saw. I then find out that the manager on duty was actually the store manager. This manager obviously doesn't train his employees properly on sanitary conditions or food safety but also finds it OK to let an employee argue with a customer. If I order from this pizza chain ever again I would gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a different store. I will also never order online ever again due to now not trusting how sanitary their employees are. read more

Good location for a Papa Murphy's. Very nice employees, everyone's pretty attentive there. if you are getting a stuffed pizza or a specialty pizza, the prices are good... for a cheese only or a one topping pizza it's a little on the high priced side. read more

I have been going to both Loveland locations for several years. In my opinion it is the best pizza for the price in the area. Their food quality is great and they do not hold back on toppings. I like the idea of take n bake, it is easy to pick up on my drive home and cook later in the evening for dinner. The staff is very personably, they have messed up on a few pizzas, but I understand no business is a hundred percent perfect. They are very helpful when my order is made wrong and correct it immediately. Once I brought home the wrong order and they were more than happy to replace it. Finally they have great deals when it comes to specials and online coupons. read more

Pizza Good. Manager's Service Bad! After spending over $50 on pizza, I got home and realized that one of my pizzas was incorrectly made. I called the store to explain the mistake, but in order to get a new pizza I had to drive back to the store from Berthoud with the old pizza. They did make me a new pizza in exchange for the mistake pizza; but, my new pizza was a smaller size. When I mentioned this to the manager she told me that was just "how they rolled it!" Lesson: check the pizza before leaving the store. read more

We have had 2 terrible experiences here. Both times they got the wrong toppings on our pizza. It's beyond frustrating and speaks to a total disregard for their customers. Avoid this place! There is one on Eisenhower that does much better. read more

They made my pizza incorrectly but I didn't realize until I got home. I called them and told them I was headed back to get a new pizza. When I showed up they acknowledged that they had made my pizza incorrectly. Not only did they charge me full price but they didn't even credit me the original "extra" charge for the ingredient they didn't add and they didn't credit me my original coupon. I was not happy when I was there but the manager insisted on charging me the full price. I called when I got home and spoke with the manager again who basically told me that he didn't know what had happened but there was no remedy. read more

My husband is gluten intolerant. We have ordered only the toppings for the Chicken Garlic pizza several times. Every time we get the order home and start to assemble the toppings onto our gluten free crusts, we find that we have not received all of the ingredients. In addition, the amounts of the ingredients that are there are very inconsistent . Our last order had a small container (2 tablespoons) of garlic sauce for a large pizza. I'm sure we are not the only ones asking for toppings only, so hopefully Papa Murphy's will train their staff to put the right amounts in the packaging and to be sure to include all of the ingredients. We love Chicken Garlic Pizza but will try the other store next time and will inspect the order before paying. read more
