I got into Denver late on a Tuesday evening. Had a little less than and hour to drive to Loveland. I had ate breakfast and was hungry and love pizza. I travel a lot and love to try pizza all over the country. I saw that this shop was open till midnight according to the web site. It was about 10:45 so I decided to drive 15 min. to try it. When I got there the lights were on and it seemed open but the door was locked and Zach ( the employee) unlocked the door and said they usually close at 10:30 on Tuesday but said to come in and he'd make me a pizza. He couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. The pizza was fantastic. Just wanted to recommend the shop and thank Zach for being so kind and customer focused. well usually I like black jack but lately it seems like they're cooking at too hot of temperatures for too short of time. They got our order wrong. Had ordered one hand tossed and one thick crust. When we called the guy on the phone lied and said that the thick crust was the same as the hand tossed and there isn't a difference. We've gotten thick crust before, there is obviously a difference. They are short on staff to give quality and prompt service. Waited an hour and a half for my order. Called back and found out no one was available to deliver the order I made. FYI refunds take two business days if you're using a card to pay. If you have the time on your hands to wait for an hour to two hours for your pizza give them a try. This is purely a service rating. I appreciate your response but you have me confused with maybe a different customer. My order never left the restaurant. Used to be our favorite place. Over the last 2 years my pizza delivery is almost always an hour, the pizza order is wrong. When I tell them it's wrong it takes another hour to get it corrected and back to me. I have called and spoken to the managers, owners and it has barely gotten better. They noted my account to double check for the last year as I am dairy free and they still mess up my pizza and have a excuse for the problems. Last 6 months the pizzas look like they were thrown in the car and tossed around. Not happy. The owner and I have texted back and forth about the issues with her promising to get back to me. Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. After about 45 minutes, received my food. Opened the pizza and it was completely the wrong one. Called and had to talk to the manager and convince him it was wrong.... wrong crust and wrong toppings. He asked if I just wanted to eat it and I told him no. Horrible service. Lost my order and left me standing there for over an hour with no explanation, telling me it was almost reading, when it ended up not even being put into the oven at all. Left hungry with no food after an hour and a half. The worst part is, I had been in a car accident the week before and the waiting for an hour and a half made my neck extremely painful as I am only supposed to be standing/sitting up without support for short bursts of time.
