I ordered the special, 2 personal pans for $9.99. extras are 60¢ but only a PLAIN cheese is that price as they count cheese as a topping if you want something else on it so you actually got 2 cheses pizzas for $10 I added onion on each one (I don't mind paying extra) BUT SERIOUSLY!? ONE LITTLE piece of onion (on a couple pieces there were two) WTH!? I ordered LIGHT marinara sauce on one of them...I got NONE! The other I had the parmesan garlic (was fine) however, BOTH PIZZAS WERE DRY! And now the $5.47 EXTRA CHARGE for a DELIVERY FEE! Used to be part of your service (which the driver doesn't get any of that!) and then you have to tip the driver WTH?!?! They used to make pretty good pizzas for about $7ish you'd get a SUPREME, moist, hot really good and NO EXTRA CHARGE... I guess those days are gone as well as my days of eating there. Like their Pizzas. Service is spotty. We usually get carry out and just go through their driveway which is convenient.

You can dine in here, sort of; there are exactly two tables with four chairs each, and no restroom for customers. (We didn't know that during the planning phase.) Knowing Pizza Hut very well, but not this location, I thought it would be a good idea to try a beef taco pizza. I liked (but didn't love) it, but my wife and daughter didn't, to say the least. read more

This particular Pizza Hut location reminds me of my favorite saddle, in that it is dependable. I know that every time I use it, i am going to get a consistent ride. The others will work well enough to be sure, but there are too many little problems. A loose strap causing chafing here, a missing dipping sauce there, you get the picture. Ok i don't actually know anything about saddles, i made that part up. I needed a good metaphor. Don't judge me. Look, I'm just trying to get across the point that this location has never messed up our orders, the staff is always friendly and professional, and the pizzas are always so tasty. Tried the contact less delivery from pizza Hut. Had a great experience. I was a little skeptical at first since I am high risk for covid but was reading that pizza Hut had been struggling amidst the whole covid ordeal so my fam and I decided to give it a try. Having a household of picky eaters where everyone wants something different, I set out to see how the HUT would perform. I ordered three pizzas with a variety of toppings on all three pies and was pleased that the HUT delivered without skipping a beat. The delivery went off without a hitch. A text came through that my driver was on the way and within minutes he was in my driveway delivering exactly what I ordered and might I add without breaking the bank. So, we ordered a pizza and wings tonight. Have ordered from them previously and have not had any issues with ordering extra sauce on our thin crust pizza. Tonight, however, was a different matter. $50 for pizza and wings is pretty pricey in my opinion, so you would think you could get what you ordered. Our pizza did not have what was ordered (extra sauce), so I called to speak to the manager as a FYI, no big deal, just so she would know what happened. She proceeded to tell me that she made our pizza herself and she wasn't going to ruin her oven by putting extra sauce on our pizza........ Needless to say, we will be going to their competition going forward. The wings were good, my husband likes them, but their pizza is not as good as Dominos. Dominos, we are coming back! read more

We order from this Pizza Hut all the time and didn't have problems until lately. We ordered a pizza that was over 2hrs late, by the time it got to us it was cold. Our delivery driver gave us a coupon for a free large pizza to apologize. When we entered the coupon online it didn't work so we called the store. They were extremely rude, basically telling us that we were trying to scam them even though it was clearly a problem on their end. We never got our free pizza and they will never have our business again. read more

I am shocked to be the first to review this place. I finally got a good pizza after trying many different places all over. For the big chain gang this pizza was top notch in every aspect. Plenty of cheese, sauce, toppings and cooked to perfection. Great job to the staff here and definitely will be ordering from here again. read more

An error was made with pizza order. The pizza was replaced but the replacement pizza was so over-seasoned and salty it was inedible. Were we punished for pointing out the initial errors? The chicken wings and the desert were okay but the inedible pizza ruined the meal. read more

Worst Pizza Hut ever...I moved to Loveland two years ago and refuse to eat at Pizza Hut anymore. I used to order pizza hut weekly when I lived in fort Collins. this location needs all new employees and needs new management stat. every time I go in, the employees are goofing off, listening to loud obnoxious music, the food is never prepared right or on time. Last time I ordered from here, I ordered two pizzas online and when I went there to pick it up they had only cooked one of the pizzas. The other was left on top of the oven instead of actually putting it in the oven to cook. As I'm watching what's going on, the manager is "helping me" I don't get an apology. I don't get any sort of information on why my order is not ready. She tells me it's going to be a few minutes.. I see them put the pizza in the oven right as I'm talking to her and I wait for another 15 minutes while my other Pizza is getting cold. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more
