This location literally never answers the phone. It doesn't matter what day or time - they just let it ring. Frustrating! First our service was perfect. The store was clean. Our pizza on the other hand was horrible. Considering I've never had a bad pizza from the Red Bluff store. Tonight was a different story. The pizza dough was saturated in butter. Which we asked for. But not running down the back side of my wrist and forearm. The cheese in the stuft crust would not melt and yes we cooked it the correct amount of time. Thankfully with the help of the kid working there we were given a refund. So kudos for that. read more

Online there is an option for "Herb and Cheese". It seems like an alternative cheese option. You have to get mozzarella otherwise you'll get no cheese. This is not clear on the website so both my pizzas had no pizza cheese. The Herb & Cheese option is just some dust crumbles. I talked to Richard who refused to remake my pizza, and then hung the phone up on me. After coming into the store for a refund because I was so done, which he declined and then said his manager would be unhappy the next day, I settled on him remaking it. It was the same exact pizza!! no real cheese, just my toppings I ordered and that dust crap they call herb and cheese. I felt like it should have been assumed after all the back and fourth I was expecting real cheese and not some toppings that is basically dust. Even worse Richard fought me on me getting my money back after this huge hassle! He didn't understand I just wanted real cheese even though it's the same price for the pizza if you remove the mozzarella option. After going home and cooking my cheeseless pizza, and reflecting on the whole situation, I can confidently say I'll never be back and stick to dominos or anything else really. Honestly, Im not one to write horrible reviews. I'd rather just not say anything, and take it as a "you get what you pay for type of situation." But what I walked in on when picking up mine and my small family's lunch on Monday and it was just absolutely ridiculous and sloppy. When going in to pick up my phone order, I waited in the front for what seemed like an eternity, because I was starring at my pizza, and an empty front store, I waited and heard a soda open in the back of the store, and I said "Hello." And I heard clanking like If I scared someone and then I walked over by the other register, and I found an employee by the name of Audrey in the back with an opened 2 liter of soda on her phone, scrolling. She had beautiful braids, except the fact it was in my pizza.. I called the Manager only for the phones to not work, Im not sure if they are off the hook, but I sat on the phone for 5 minutes just hearing rings. Not only do they have horrible attitudes in the place, you can't even get your problems solved.. Please Help CORPORATE. read more

I Did not like that girl named Abbey or Audrey. Just a rude girl. They were not busy as she started our order right away. my husband was holding onto the counter as it's hard for him to walk around and he gave me a break from leaning on me. And so it wasn't awkward he started a small talk. She gave him a nasty look and just replied uh huh rudely and he said sorry I'll just go sit down and her reply was " yeah you really should " with so much attitude then she just tossed our pizza on the counter and walked off. Service is horrible! Manager yelled at me in front of my kiddo and a room full of people all because she worked a 12 hour shift and didnt want to be there. I've lived here 1 year and been to Red Bluff's Papa Murphy's about 6 times. Each time I've been in and the lady who is maybe in her 40's is rude and a smartass. I was looking around this last time trying to find a salad and she rudely said that "she didn't have time to make salads" another time I'm looking at the menu and she said "you don't know what you want?" We had one pizza taste stale, when we mentioned it to this same woman, she told us it was a less expensive brand. This person acts as if her customers are a bother to her. I've been going here for years and I can absolutely say I love it! I The smell of a freshly-baking pizza fills my home and makes my family happy, and I have to say that I am just about friends with the crew there! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly, especially the younger one, he's always smiling and has the most polite manner. I've ordered from here long enough to always have a friendly greeting from them all, especially Sasha,Kayla and Heather. (They've been there the longest I think). I will definitely continue to go here for as long as my health allows, haha, and would highly recommend to friends and family. read more

we have been long time valued customer for years but the last 5 times we ordered pizzas they got huge bubbles in the dough when baked and the taste was less than good. This is a very different thing for me. You buy a pizza and bake it yourself?! That is the only reason it did not get a 5. But it was really yummy. The crust came out nice and crispy. It was not too thick but not too thin. Just right! The pizzas are all cost effective. The don't have a super large selection but you will be able to find something you like. The biggest size a family size which is 18". I want to go again. One more thing they are not in so- cal! read more

Called in a order picked it up about an hour later for them to tell me they dont have any cheese bread ready for me. to take a pre made pre packaged one that was twice as small as the regular one i had ordered. i politely said no thank you an I will wait for you to make it. She then proceed to tell me to wait another hour before cooking the bread sticks or it wont cook properly ?!? I called an hour ago an still didnt get what i asked. Went to get a pizza @8:50 pm door was locked & employee just looked at me. Door said that close at 9 I double checked my phone to make sure I wasnt past 9. I know it was 10 mins till but I work in food people always come last minute it's apart of the job. Won't be back. read more

I love the veggie pizza here, as well as the chicken, bacon and artichoke and chicken Mediterranean (it has feta and sun dried tomatoes on it!!) pizza. The service is usually pretty quick here, assuming that you aren't coming in on a Friday or Saturday evening. The one thing I wish is that they had more coupons available, although they do have daily specials. Also, the crust is average-good. If you get the thin crust...beware, it is literally thin as a tortilla! The regular crust really isn't all that thick, so that's what I usually go with. read more

Papa Murphy's has the Chicago Double Crust Pizza that is second to none! I always grab two slices and make a manwich anyway. It is our go to when we do not feel like cooking and want to enjoy pizza with all the fixings and who doesn't like double crust? read more
