I ordered three pizzas online through GrubHub, and GrubHub sent the pizzas to the wrong address. We got to the bottom of it and we got our pizzas. Mistakes happen, so I'm not going to write a bad review about GrubHub. But what I am going to say is that when I called Papa Murphy's, I spoke to a young gentleman named Zinay, And I cannot tell you with strong enough words how impressed I was with the way Zinay jumped through hoops to help me get to the bottom of this and get my missing pizzas. He called the driver, and the driver didn't answer, he said the driver's voicemail was not set up. But then he took all the steps to try to text the driver, and assure me that he would make the three pizzas again for me and not charge me if he couldn't get to the bottom of it. It wasn't just the fact that he got this resolved that I write this 5 star review, in fact, I'd probably give Papa Murphy's 3 stars for it taking so long to receive my pizza's. but it's really the way Zinay handled it that turned this into a 5 Star experience! I could tell, he really was concerned, looking for answers and he was calling me back quickly. I own a local plumbing company, and the way he dealt with me is exactly the way I would hope that my employees would deal with my customers!! Great job Zinay, and for the record, NO, we're not related and I don't know him, I just felt obligated to share this and tell Papa Murphy's how lucky they are to have him! read more

Great for take and bake option. They do a kids size make your own pizza (assume always but check ahead if that interests you!) that was very fun with the family. Though I tend to get more cooked and ready to eat pizzas, I've found this option to be amazing great way to add fun and "home cooked" into the day while still getting pizza that was mostly prepped from a restaurant. 2nd attempt there is nothing like good pizza straight out of the oven. Papa Murphy's has a grape sauce and a pile on the toppings. I take the extra step and make it crispy crust and it is awesome. read more

We tried their "stuffed crust" pizza...what a joke. See the pictures! They didn't pinch the edges properly/completely so the cheese oozed out and burned in the bottom of my oven. The ingredients are fresh...I just wish they would train their employees correctly. Oh, and encourage them to actually care about customer service. read more

I recently went into Papa Murphy's as we were dying for a Pizza. When I walked in there was a plastic sheet in front of the area where you order and pay for your pizza. All of the staff were wearing gloves. While my order was being made, one staff person was mopping the floor (tape is on the floor to remind people to stay 6 ft. apart) , another staff person was cleaning all handled in the store. When my pizza was ready it was put on a cart so that we did not touch. The store was doing everything to keep the place clean and I appreciated it. We will be back for another pizza this week. My 5.5 yr old daughter had requested "her pizza." The young girl working was very sweet even though we had Came in just prior to closing on a Saturday night. She took my daughters order and made "THE BEST PIZZA EVER! Mom the pizza girl put sooo many olives and chicken on my cheesy pizza!!" little girl didn't exaggerate.. A few years ago we had our first Papa Murphy's experience at this place. We lived in SoCal at the time and did not have them in our area. We were amazed at the quality of the product. It is better than any delivery pizza and competes well with any restaurant quality. The folks here are nice to work with and they let you know they appreciate your business. Delicious pizza! If you can preheat an oven and drive your car a mile or so to pick your pizza up you can be treated to an experience that completely beats your typical . For that matter it beats those things you buy in the freezer isle at the grocery store too. Papa Murphy's title says it Take 'n' Bake. You need to pick up your pizza and you need to bake it. If you're looking for cooked pizza in a box showing up on your doorstep while you're studying at 3am it's not your place... However, for all social pizza occasions with multiple individuals involved it should be option number 1! If you can't put a little effort in you don't deserve Papa Murphy's pizza. I think Papa Murphy's is a wonderful idea. Great selection, fresh ingredients, wonderful well made dough, all with the hot fresh taste of home baked pizza and no more work than turning on your oven. I have ordered here a few times and all the staff are very friendly and nice and always have my pizza ready if I call shortly before hand. I haven't been to to many other locations to compare, but the pizza is always made right, they smile and are friendly. I like this place. They make the pizza quickly and put a good amount of toppings on. The customer service is pretty good. I wouldn't call them the friendliest people but they aren't rude or short with their customers. :) This is the perfect place to come when you're in the mood for pizza but don't want to spend a lot on a really good pizza but also don't want to eat a place like dominos. Pretty consistent here. The staff, even though usually pretty young, are very cordial and act mature. I don't think I have ever had a problem with the food -seems to be good quality . Prices are good and they usually have specials like a dollar off a family size pizza or 2 for $5 sides of cheesy bread and salads. Love the pizza. Hate the new online ordering system. I've tried this a few times and it never works. Tonight, the 'manager' claimed I didn't pay for the pizzas I ordered even though I had an email confirmation that stated "paid online". The conversation was about me proving I paid and coming back if I paid again and it was a duplicate. Everything was on me as the customer. Poor service in my opinion. If you know your online ordering system doesn't work, take it down and don't allow it to be used. Now my information is floating out there somewhere. A discount would have been nice but I guess that's on me also. read more
