I would of gave a lower score but I do love the pizza here. However the last 3 times I've gotten pizza from here every pizza has been undercooked, so I felt I needed to leave a review finally. My usual orders are just regular crust and basic toppings but for some reason I find most the slices still doughy and wet. Not only is that unsafe for consumption but such a waste when I have to throw more than half of my pizza away. Ordered delivery while here on business. The ease of ordering through grub hub was great, and it was nice I could select a time I wanted delivery. The buffalo sauce was very good, but the follow through on the meal wasn't great. The wings were "covered" in sauce, but that mostly meant one quarter of each wing actually had sauce. We also ordered two buffalo salads without olives. Both contained olives. To their credit, the meal arrived on the dot and they provided a lot of side dressing, which you usually don't get enough of from delivery places. They did forget napkins. Overall a pretty average choice, though just fine for a delivery while on a work trip. Update: the company reached out multiple times to try to make the experience right. While I am not taking them up on the offer, I appreciate their taking the time to follow up. I hope it means an improved experience for future customers. read more

Pizza shows up first time with onions. No big deal...Happens. Second order within a week, same issue. Drag! Gave it a third shot and lo and behold, food shows up with onions when I order without onions. Now, i know what youre thinking. Big deal right? Except when you're paying a premium rate ($30.00+ for a 12" pizza) and waiting an hour and a half for a paid service and it comes wrong...3 times...i was furious. Called. Got my money back. Didn't order again for a few months. Tried again today. Guess what happened...exact same thing, only worse. I have been coming to pizza guys on a weekly basis now for atleast 4-5 years. I love the variety of pizzas you can order and the garlic cheese bread is the best. Pizza guys offers lots of great deals via the website and local flyers so you can always get a good deal and then either get a free soda or ice cream with purchases over $18. A few favorite pizzas that we order are the chipotle chicken and California chicken gourmet. The barbecue sauced pizza is great too. Give it a shot. read more

I normally love pizza guys, but your system is BULLSHIT! Always have to ask for condiments like my ranch or marina sauces , every single time I've received the wrong extras than what I ordered. Then if you earn rewards, once redeeming online they don't allow you to use delivery because you MUST SPEND 12$ to get delivery. So really the pizza isn't completely free unless u order for pick up or spend 12$ so either way you're pretty much paying for the pizza again anyways! 12$ + 4$ delivery fee + tax = about 20$ Free specialty Pizza is 23$ If you're giving your customer rewards for already spending a lot, honor the entire order or don't give bs rewards! read more

I had ordered 4 or 5 large pizzas through their website to feed a group of hardworking volunteers who had been painting in the sun. 20ish minutes later a young woman calls to inform me that Pizza Guys doesn't deliver to my location until after 4pm. I asked why, and she said "we just don't." I asked to speak to a manager and she explained that she was the assistant manager and the only manager on duty at the time. Ok, rules are rules. But the website allowed me to order and gave no warning. The person to whom I complained was not empathetic or apologetic at all.
