It has that classic steakhouse/western feel, with deer and elk heads mounted on the walls basically staring you down while you eat . It definitely gives the restaurant a unique atmosphere, although it's not necessarily the type of ambience I'd come here for. We were greeted upon arrival at the hotel registration desk. The registration is two large sit down desks with the hotel agents offering a glass of wine at check in. There is 1 restaurant attached to the hotel, and it is only open for most business from 4-9 Mon-Sun. They offer a coffee shop with pastries counter service Mon-Wed 7:30a-11:30a. It's a bit inconvenient because if you work earlier than 7:30, you must walk a block to another place or drive 10 mins to Starbucks. The hotel is beautiful, very minimalistic, rustic modern, and the design is geared towards Wine Vineyard/Tuscan/Farm like decor. There is a common area in the lobby, an outside large patio with a shallow fountain pool. The inside offers a two sides fireplace with seating on both sides. A small corner next to the 2 elevators has 3 tablets that are fixed in place for guests, this seems to be a business corner in the open space. There is also conference space. Our room was nice but when we arrived, the toilet paper stand was on top of the toilet seat. This was very odd at 8:30p since they had several hours to quality check our room before we checked in late at night. The good news is that I had no itchiness after staying here. There was a clean bed, bathroom, desk, and carpet. For our 3 night stay, it was a good experience.

Had a horrible experience at Pizza Factory in Winters, CA today. I purchased two fundraiser card helping a student from winters high school. So today I went to use the two fundraiser cards on two separate order. When I showed up the owner approached the counter started going off on me and my friend saying every time someone uses the fundraiser cards he's losing money. He also stated that every time he opens the door everyone is stealing from him. I spent over $60 on two XL pizzas. To be treated like this is in acceptable. Especially coming from the owner of the establishment. What happened to customer service. What happened to manners. As an owner you should NOT be HARASSING your paying customers. You need to be making paying customer happy, not accusing them of stealing because you are using a fundraiser cards that has your name of business on it. This is not acceptable I spend my hard earn money here in winters so it can stay in the community don't have to do this Costco makes a better and affordable pizza than this place. Corporate and city of winters needs to get involved at this establishment. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I will never return. And for the Winters community just so you know, if you use a coupon you are stealing from the owner every day he opens the doors until he closes everyone is getting over on him. So in short and simple words the owner is saying everyone in winters and anyone using the fundraiser cards or not is a thief in his eyes. I have been living in winters for about three years this is the first time I was treated like this from any restaurant here and if you look on the pizza Factory website it's all about helping out the community not make the community feel thief's or criminals. read more

Pizza and breadsticks were really good especially the crust of pizza was one of the best i had in a while . I especially love that the crust was crispy, but not at all burnt - a problem I often see with pizza trucks/carts. Service was also great. They accidentally gave us a wrong pizza, and told us to keep it while they made us the correct one for free. 4 people, and we ate all 5 pies without a problem. Chill ambiance. More quantity but lower quality than Steve's. More of a bar ambiance too,…read moreobviously. Pizza slices are generally larger, but inconsistent. I only come back when someone invites me, I dont think to go here myself. Got a slice and some drinks, its fun they have karaoke some nights and cheap pints during some special hours. Bartenders are lovely. Unfortunately, I only care about food so that doesnt sway my judgement.
