I wanted a salad to go and there weren't any beets out (due to beets probably not being eaten often but I'm one of the few people who love them) so she went and opened a new container for me. These guys need a cheese pizza special to get kids to come in and spend some money. 28$ for a large pizza is crazy. My family and I just moved to Winters last week and we've already ate at Pizza Factory 2 times. The pizza, pasta and sandwiches are delicious. My only issue that was minor was I ordered a calzone and wanted a side of ranch and marinara sauce with it. Before it was delivered my son got a call stating each sauce was $1 so if I wanted it she needed my card info to charge for $2.17. I already paid almost $90 for my order. Next time I will have to see if I really want a tablespoon full of sauce or not. read more

This is easily my favorite lunch spot in town. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean and quiet. They have a great selection of pizzas and allow customizations. I have a few favorites but also like to try something new every now and again. But I've never been disappointed. And if you like beer with your pizza, they have a great selection of bottles, with a few local craft beer options, and a really cool self serve beer station. My husband & I came here Tue right when they opened at 11am. There weren't any other customers yet, and it appeared that the salad bar had either still had the same ingredients from the day before, or they just hadn't finished prepping it. I asked the gentleman at the counter (Jasbir) if they had any specials like a small pizza with a salad, and he said it was only for dinner. I then asked him how many slices of Pizza Bread come in an order, and he said 1 for $5.95, the Garlic Cheesy bread came with 2 slices for $6.25. I had told him I wanted Garlic Cheesy bread, but I didn't want any Garlic butter or sauce, just cheese & mushrooms. I also put in an order for Cinnastix $8.75 My husband ordered a Calzone $16.95 As I went up front to the salad bar, the young girl working looked like she was putting out fresh ingredients now, so I asked her to let me know once she was finished. The salad bar is to the far right of the front counter so the staff can access it easily. They had regular iceberg lettuce that could have been chopped up smaller. They also had Spinach, shredded Carrots, Cheese, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, Kidney & Garbanzo beans, as well as Cottage Cheese, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Macaroni salad, Bacon Bits, Croutons, and sliced Jalapenos. For dressings they had Ranch, Blue Cheese, Thousand, and Caesar. My husbands Calzone took a while to come out, but at it was hot and fresh & quite large. At that point I told the waitress to go ahead and put in the order for our Cinnastix. They were hot and tasty but chewy. I went to wash my hands and had to let them know they were out of paper towels. As I walked by the front counter I noticed 2 different kinds of pizza under a warmer to the left of the salad bar, so I asked the young girl what it was for, and she said it was part of the All You Can Eat Lunch Buffet $12.75, which apparently includes Salad bar, Pizza, and Breadsticks. I was thoroughly confused since that's pretty much what I wanted, especially since I basically paid the same price just for the salad bar alone, and another $6 on top of that for one slice of cheesy bread. read more

After a quick stop in Vacaville, I was on my way back up north on the 505 and decided to drop in here for a quick lunch. They offer , like many other Pizza Factory locations, a lunch buffet for around $13. You get basically all you can eat buffet of pizzas, a salad bar and soft drinks. That's a decent deal if you can eat a lot. I don't eat maybe that much, but I like it as an option cause it's quick in that you don't have to wait to order and then cook the pizza. It's just there ready to eat and off you go! They had a decent selection of common pizzas on offer as well as a salad bar ... yeah, I'll skip the salad bar and save my tummy space for pizza! I love pizza factory pizza, the crust is so good, pretty good for a big chain restaurant, but they keep the quality consistent all over the chain no matter what little city you go to. yes, I recommend the lunch buffet for a quick and tasty lunch. We had ordered only one medium pepperoni pizza at 6:07pm. We sat there patiently as we watched larger parties who had arrived later than us receive their food and leave. Eventually we had asked for an update at 6:40pm. Their manager told us that it would be a few minutes, then later a kind employee let us know that in actuality they had screwed up our order which the manager had not admitted to us. After an hour of waiting, we had received our greasy, soggy pizza and a quick apology, which we ended up having to take to-go anyway because of how long we had to wait. We had not received compensation, which made us even more frustrated. Their dishonesty has led us to not come back to this location and management needs to do better. read more

I have to say that I think that frozen pizza is better than this pizza the crust is not very good. The sauce is not very good and it felt like the toppings need salt. I don't think there was any customer service. On a funny note I went up and ordered ranch because you have to pay $.50 per cup which isn't a problem but after I ordered it the girl that took my order so thank you and then went over and started making pizzas and I let me standing at the counter for about four or five minutes . Jan 2025 - Family bought home in Winters. On a visit to them, we wanted a Sat night bite and chose The Pizza Factory. I'm not a big pizza fan but my Air Force son is and we wanted to check it out. Compared to the big chain Round Table, this local franchise is much better in price, ambiance, and service and located in quaint old town Winters. The special sandie was brisket, good but not as great as the meatball sandwich. Senior mom had baked spaghetti, delicious sauce, not too piquant, fab garlic bread hunk on the side, tasted like homemade. I chose the Mini size Factory Special pizza and loved it. Soft, pillowy end crust, baked through but not overly crisp. Meaty with fresh veg and not greasy at all. Salad bar was fresh and generous. Clean, family shop and obviously popular by the brisk deliveries going out and customer pick ups. Definitely want to try the calzone and another pizza pie flavor. I don't normally choose pizza for a meal but glad to stop in again when visiting family. Good bang for less buck. Servers/owners super friendly. Coupons available AND military discount too which is great for my Air Force family. We left full and happy! read more
