I almost froze my Pataudi off trying to find the 8 in pots! Today, the hubs and I were going to look at washers and dryers. We asked one sales associate that we saw after being in the store for a while to send over a sales associate for washers and dryers. Well we waited...and waited...and waited...and waited until we got exhausted from waiting and decided to leave. With service like this, I am not sure how long they are going to be in business. We did some comparative shopping on our own. The washer and dryer that was in the top choice spot at The Home Depot was comparably priced at Lowe's. Once we gathered enough intel, we were on our merry way...ok not so merry way!

The assistance I received in choosing them was great. We also came in for fertilizer, and we received assistance loading the bags. Another time, I had a return, with a receipt, and it went smoothly. Recently I came to get rubber pipe insulator for our outside spigot that is too long for the average Styrofoam cover. It was January 2026, and a big winter storm with below freezing temperatures and ice was coming. When I entered through the garden department, I discovered all the plants that had no regular roof covering had been moved. The space was empty. I've no idea where they put them, but I know they were put somewhere safe and warm. I absolutely love that! I hadn't considered what a store would do in this situation, so it seems obvious. But kudos for this. This is a good Lowe's location!
