love love love papas el guero is my favorite food truck. the potato's are always cooked very well and always a nice size. the toppings match the portion size very well and one potato always has me feeling real good. always satisfied, everytime i get one i drive 40+ mins but always worth it. i get bacon and asada and always know what to expect, that same great taste. the salsa that they have is also really good i like to get about 2 on the side and they really do the job. i appreciate how they are always in really good spot where i can park, get my potato and eat, no worries about the area to much. the workers are also always very friendly and really quick, no problems there. read more

What an incredible hidden gem this place is!! I heard about this place from social media but it took a while for me to finally try it. They have converted a homes backyard in to a food experience. This is such an out of the box food idea with loaded baked potato's, especially for this area where it is flooded with taco trucks. The service was great. The food was great! There's a farmers market with food trucks on Wednesdays from 8 to 2pm at Riverside on Lemon and 10th. This food truck is amazing! They are parked in the corner and there are seats across the street where the court is. The food comes out fast and their aqua fresca mango pineapple is bomb!!! I highly recommend it. The baked potato is enormous and it can feed two people. The carne asada is so tender and has great flavor. Their salsa is amazing. My mouth is watering as I'm just thinking about it. Amazing food honestly, but the fat guy was a dick. Ask what the difference is between the XL and the regular and he has the audacity to say "size and price" as if that wasn't clearly on the menu,maybe the fat got to his brain but I meant quantity as in how many potatoes. Visited the truck in Downtown Riverside, they open at 5pm arrived at 515 and there was already a huge line in the parking lot. BUT... don't get discouraged because they work super fast and I was out with my food in less than 25 minutes!! Prices are fair and food quality is good hot and fresh. OMG, soooo...got wind of this place on Instagram & the very next day I was in a LONGGGG line in Perris waiting for my loaded baked potato! Although I want to take off a star because the location was NOT ideal (I had to go to 1 of the Perris locations, which was at a house on a dirt road with very little available parking.) However, the 25 minute or so wait in line was TOTALLY worth it! Soooooo I was starving and I saw this food truck at the L.A. Coliseum and went for it. I had a craving that required a fork. I decided to try the baked potato loaded with chorizo. The baked potato is so soft and layered with butter, sour cream, protein of your choice (in my vas chorizo) and jalapeños. When I tell you this is the best baked potato I have ever had would be an understatement. The potato was soft and delicious and all the flavors came together beautifully. All in all it's about two pounds of tastebud bursting food. I was full , yet I kept eating because I did not want it to go to waste. I paired it with a pineapple mango agua fresca, which was both refreshing and pleasant. The service was friendly and quick. I had my potato in less than five minutes. First saw the food on TikTok and realized we had to find them ASAP. We went to the swap meet in Winchester and their truck was easy to find. Easy and quick to order.
