This food truck popped up at Mead Valley Market on a Saturday evening. Owner was very nice and friendly. Their food did take a bit to get ready. My teen got a bowl and loved it. I got to sample it and I'm so glad we got it! There's plenty of seats and tables next to it. They stick out amongst all the Mexican food trucks that were there!

loved my chicken bowl with the green sauce

I finally made it back to my hometown and had to stop by Portillo's in Moreno Valley again!!!!…read more This was the first time I decided to try their burgers and boy I'm glad I did because I've definitely been missing out. The char-grilled burgers were cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings. The Italian beef sandwich was tender, juicy, and even better with the hot and spicy peppers that added the perfect kick. The French fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. And if you're ordering fries, the cheese sauce is a must--it takes them to the next level! Daughter had the Chopped Salad with spicy chicken, and it was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The spicy chicken added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the salad. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for delicious burgers, amazing Italian beef sandwiches, crispy fries with cheese sauce, and a fresh, satisfying salad, Portillo's in Moreno Valley is definitely worth a visit!

I ordered the chili dog with onions and got a side of nacho type cheese to dip it in and for the Fries...... Not bad overall, but the chili had BEANS in it and was too watery. It needs to be THICK like at Tommy's and Cupid's. The fries were no big deal. Speedy service, as the inside was just about empty on Thursday around 3 p.m. How about selling just the raw dogs so we can take them home and make our own? These were not anywhere near as good as Cupid's in the San Fernando Valley on Winnetka.....which has been the gold standard for decades!!

It was my first time trying and it felt like a mom and pop In and Out. Similar to in and out, their menu is simple, with a few extra touches. The smash burger patty was crispy on the outside and well seasoned like a good smash burger should be. I wish the bun was a bit more grilled, but still very enjoyable nonetheless! The fries were crispy and well seasoned. My favorite was their house sauce. They also offer a spicy version which is perfect for those who want a lil extra kick. I didn't get to try their shakes but they did look awesome! It's a small spot and when I went there were only two people working. But they were HUSTLING to get drive through orders out as well as mine (I walked inside). My dad lives in the area so I'll definitely stop by again on a future visit.

The customer service was very good. They gave me a couple different sauces to try. I was really impressed with the taste of the smash burger it had great flavor plus the buns were super soft. Another thing I really enjoyed were the French fries nice big portion of krispy fries that were on point with the perfect amount of salt, very glad they have Coke products to drink plus they have a pretty tasty pink lemonade. I really enjoyed my visit plus the food was great. I definitely recommend this burger spot. Next time I'll try there milkshakes they look fire!! Thanks for putting a great burger spot in the Inland Empire.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I genuinely appreciate the quality and customer service…read morethat In-N-Out is known for. Unfortunately, my experiences at this particular location have been consistently disappointing. I live within walking distance of this restaurant, and nearly every visit has involved some type of issue -- either my order is prepared incorrectly or the shake machine is unavailable. Most notably, the shake machine has reportedly been "down" during my last three consecutive visits, which has become increasingly frustrating. What makes this especially disappointing is that In-N-Out has built such a strong reputation for excellent service, attentive staff, and operational consistency. Sadly, this location has not reflected those standards in my experience. And I hate to say this but, its the demographics of this location. I say this eith the upmost respect but its TRUE. At this point, I have chosen to drive approximately 30 minutes to the Menifee location instead, simply because I no longer feel confident visiting this one. I truly hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving the reliability and overall experience at this location.

I came back to ask nicely that my order was wrong and they charge me again for the bun, they didn't even fix the problem and they didn't even put the patties in the bun. They just handed me the bun and made me do it myself. They didn't even let me explain my whole problem. The chicken is as good as it gets, perfect batter and execution. The fries, however, were the polar opposite. Undercooked, limp, hard to believe the contrast between the chicken and this mess that I couldn't eat after the first few bites. This is the suggestion part: Be sure the cooks know how to shake the basket and recognize when the regular fries are properly cooked and crisp. I read a lot of other reviews saying they had issues with the fries also. My second trip was via drive-thru and I ordered the amazing pastrami burger. Just incredible, really. I get why they're popular. Based on the first time I decided to try the curly fries to see if it would be a better outcome. It was, fortunately, and I think this is what I'll get henceforth, or onion rings, which are still untried. Anyhow, the girl at the window forgot to give me the drink and I'm still wondering how my bill reached $22, but I'll ask specifically next for the receipt and breakdown. Four stars for now with reservations.

I love a good pastrami sandwich that is generously filled with meat, so I was looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, what arrived at the table was extremely disappointing. The sandwich was so thin that it looked more like something you would pick up from a gas station than what you would expect from a restaurant. For the price and the way it was presented on the menu, I expected a much fuller and more satisfying sandwich. The flavor may have been fine, but the portion did not come close to meeting expectations. I hope management takes a look at the portion size because customers ordering a pastrami sandwich should feel like they are getting what they paid for.
