Very good food. Highly recommend. We use pick up and it is ready quickly. They're special at a reasonable price.

I love their sandwiches and the fact you can get toasted or cold. Their service is great. I just call in our order and go and pick it up. You don't have to get out of your car. Just pick it up at the drive up window. For those who prefer to sit and eat they have a small dining area that works good for that. I haven't had the pizza but I am sure it is delicious. The only thing better than a hot Italian with extra hot sauce and no onion is the staff. This is a great locally owned mom and pop shop. They are known for their pizzas as well as their subs. Coming from Denver, I wasn't sure what to expect Pulling up, this place looks small and like a standard pizza spot--even looking at the menu there's nothing overwhelming about it. My family and I were driving through Alliance and we were hungry for pizza. We found the ad online and headed down to Papa's. We ordered the 1/2 Combo 1/2 Pepperoni. It didn't take long at all to get our pizza and when it came it it was hot and delicious. I am a crust snob and if the crust isn't good I don't like the pizza. This crust was AMAZING! It was crisp and chewy, not at all soggy. The cheese and sauce were amazing and the pepperonis were on top of the cheese instead of underneath like some places do it. Don't let the appearance of Papa's keep you away. It isn't the cleanest or most welcoming building but the pizza makes up for that. It doesn't seem like a secret to the locals as it was busy with take out orders and people eating in when we were there. If you want just pizza by the slice or a whole pie to take home it doesn't get better...there are others that rank right up there, but this is great pizza. Nice small shop and always friendly employees. Not in the mood for a Pizza? Snag one of their cold or hot subs...always with a pickle spear. Just moved to the area from a much larger city. I wasn't expecting to find such a great pizza place.The pizza is great. They can get you out the door within 15 min of ordering the pizza. Good ingredients, and fast service. Definitely would recommend and first choice for pizza in Alliance. read more
