If I could give 8 stars, I would! This storage facility is so clean, well-lit, safe (tons of cameras) and FRIENDLY! The help I received from Linda and Delilah was off the charts great. I was really leery of the so-called "free" moving truck they offer in their ads, but it actually exists and they made it available to me. I wound up using my movers' truck (they were charging me for it anyway), but that wasn't Pouch's fault. Oh- I forgot to mention that their prices are among the best (don't forget to see if you qualify for a discount! I'm 64 and I got a nice one.) Don't hesitate to store your stuff at Pouch! read more

What a great experience. I needed a local document shredding service to discard around 30 lbs of papers, which wasn't enough to warrant having a service come to my home. My requirements were: secure, trustworthy and simple. Pouch Storage delivered 110%. I walked into the office to inquire and was met by incredibly friendly and personable customer service. They explained the process and costs, which were about 25-30% less expensive than other drop-off shredding services. I also was able to place my documents into the secure, locked containers myself. The containers are also in a separate, locked storage building and there is 24/7 surveillance. When I've gone to other walk-in drop off businesses, I just hand over my box or bag and they take it in back...which doesn't feel very secure when you're discarding old tax returns or medical records. Once you're finished, you go back into the front office and pay. They provide a receipt and will send you a confirmation that the shredding company came on-site and your documents were shredded. I will definitely be back. If you need to store belongings, this was the nicest, cleanest and most secure storage facility I've ever seen. They said they're almost always booked up these days, but it would be worth checking with them because I wouldn't worry about my belongings if they were at Pouch. read more

Unfortunately I waited too long before the unit I was interested in became unavailable. Otherwise I totally would have gone with Pouch for my storage needs. They were my first choice after doing some home work and calling different places. I called and spoke to Linda.. tell her your needs and she'll help you find the right space for you, with pricing etc., and ask about all specials or potential discounts they may offer. I saw a 4x4 and a 5x5, they really do have a lot of vertical space. Hope everyone finds what they are looking for! read more

However, I gave four stars because of the yearly increase in prices. The size of the unit is the same, the pay of the employees is the same.
