We purchased multiple floral arrangements from this shop for my grandmother's/mother's service. The flowers were beautiful, and we were grateful--until what happened next left us completely heartbroken. After the burial, the florist, Edward, who had stayed and spoken with one of our family members (even making a point to share his name), ended up taking EVERY single flower we had purchased from him off the gravesite. We were shocked and deeply saddened. At first, we were told he was taking a significant number of flowers--but when we returned to the site, we realized he had removed ALL of them!!!! All other arrangements not provided by his floral shop still remained. These weren't just arrangements. They were bought with love, to honor someone we adored and lost. It felt incredibly disrespectful and left our family in disbelief. Please be very mindful before purchasing flowers from here. This is not the kind of memory you want attached to a final goodbye.

We ordered what we thought would be a beautiful "elegant celebration" as was the name of this particular piece for our friend who lost her father. On website, the branches and Lilly bouquet made the piece look unique, worthy of what we paid for. Was shocked to find out a piece that looked completely different than website photo was delivered instead, and it resembles a peacock of all things! This was not the vibe we had in mind for sending our condolences. We immediately contacted the shop for misrepresentation and false advertising, their first response was: "What do you want me to do? It was the best I could do in short time notice." Ummm what?? If you can't replicate the sample even remotely, maybe you shouldn't offer same day delivery if time was an issue. Then we're given more excuses of material not being available. Ok fine, it happens. They could have reached out to see if substitutions were acceptable, but nope. Different vase, arrangement not even similar in shape, colors are off... We weren't expecting twins but they're not even cousins! We spent over $200 for this so you could imagine our wtf moment when we saw this.. This arrangement may be fine to some, but what's the point of selecting a specific design we love if they'll send some mediocre looking piece we can get premade at Ralph's?
