I ordered my wedding invitations through Signature Imprints and thought I was going to have a good experience despite some mixed reviews from friends. Even though the cards turned out ok, in my opinion she is not a professional designer and deflects design accountability on to the consumer. Had I wished to be solely responsible for my design and further for her work I would have used Minted or a similar online service. When we asked her about her thoughts on the final product she agreed that the formatting didn't look good. Soooo... why would she design it in hopes that we would catch her error when looking at a smaller pdf version? Her response, was "you approved the proof" okay but you formatted the card! Make sure to stay on top of things and manage your orders with her diligently as she did not care to share her insight or "professional" opinion until after the invitations were printed. We voiced our concerns with the final product in hopes of a remedy but we were dismissed and fed an insincere apology. Ultimately all she cared about was that she was paid regardless if we were happy or not with the card. When it comes to ordering stationary for special events, I hope that your experience will be better than mine. read more

Extraordinary. I was planning a pretty epic proposal in Brazil during the World Cup. I wanted some beautiful stationary for a scavenger hunt leading my (now) fiance to the proposal destination. I liked the idea of supporting a local business rather than some corporation. Anyway, Neda was amazing. She invited me over to discuss my ideas, my vision, and to go over A LOT of samples. She was very patient but also presented her professional input. What we decided on could not have been more perfect. Neda is friendly, comfortable, sweet, and creative. She designed and crafted my order with extreme care and very quickly. I think it only took a week and a half to produce my large order and it was very affordable. Only thing that I didn't care for was not being able to pay with a credit or debit card. I had to go to the bank to get checks which wasn't a big deal but it could have been easier to pay with a card.
