I'm compelled to write my first Yelp review, because while the store and staff seem lovely, I do feel ripped off. I bought a number 5 mylar balloon for my son's bday. I thought it was a little expensive at $10 for the balloon, but it was really big once she filled it up, so I thought it was worth it. My total then came to just under $18!!!! They charged $8 for the helium, which is on the verge of thievery if you ask me. I'm upset at myself for not expressing what a rip off that is in the store to the staff, and the sight of the balloon is slightly nauseating. read more

As much as I love to support local businesses, it's nice to have a Paper Source nearby. Their selection of cards, blank stationary and speciality paper is the largest in the neighborhood. They've also got a nice selection of books and quirky gifts which rotates out seasonally. The store is spacious and the quality of their products is worth what you pay. read more

This place is fantastic. I went here during a pretty busy time (late in the holiday season) and everyone was still extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. I needed nice paper to print out a gift certificate on and they took the time to help me research what would work with my printer and what wouldn't, even when it wasn't explicitly labeled on the package. Loved the store and the employees working in there but the corporate side of it truly sucks. God forbid if you're asking for a refund because I'll tell you now, you're never going to get that. I had an order for some invitations and they were a week late so I requested that they make a change because it was their fault for the delay. The only thing they waived was the 2 day shipping that I already paid for. Any other store/company, they would do more than waive a 18.00 shipping. I tried talking to Nicole @ papersource and she must be some new trainee or something. Absolutely useless. read more

Paper Source is an excellent addition to the neighborhood! I used Paper Source when ordering my wedding invitations and coordinating day-of stationary. We had many visits to the store (due to an unexpected change of ceremony venue, we had to return and have the invitations reprinted) and everyone we dealt with (especially Carol and David) were extremely helpful and accomodating. So I decided to do a memory book for my wife's 30th birthday. I got all the pages printed out and went in to Paper Source to see if they could help me brainstorm a way to put it together. Let's take a step back and disclose that I have the artistic ability of room-temperature jell-o pudding so this was going to be interesting. Well let me say that, with the help of the fine people at paper source, I made a memory book to remember. In particular, Julissa and Kate were amazing. Super helpful, super sweet, and let me actually work at their crafts table putting the book together for like three hours. When it came time to wrap, the book was just a little to big for one sheet. Instead of just slapping another sheet on there, Kate -- who should totally open up her own paperie ;) -- made this beautiful fan-like structrue out of wrapping paper that made the gift look simply beautiful. I wholeheartedly recommend Paper Source. The products are great, but the people are even better. Thanks guys. read more

Awful experience shopping for wedding invitations. The staff here is friendly, but completely lacks a full understanding of their wedding invitations business. We spent over 3.5 hours at the store and each time we were about to settle on an arrangement, the staff realized there was an error and we would start from the beginning. We also found that the quality of the paper represented in the sample book did not match the actual product you would be getting. The manager even admitted that this felt very different. Finally we were given a quote of $700 for everything only to be told on the day we came back to make the final purchase, that it was actually $1,400! They offered to see if they could get us a 10% discount for the error, but couldn't confirm it. I would recommend going to another paper provider with better quality and better customer service, we used Minted and they were fast, came out great, and had wonderful customer service. read more

Watch your receipts and check your bank charges. I was double billed after buying some embossing supplies and a gift card for my wife. A "new" employee handled my transaction, botched it. Needed help to correct her mistake at the register. I thought all was fixed. It wasn't. Even after proving I had been double billed with bank statements, manger C. Soto told me dispute the charges with my bank. Which I did, but I give them an opportunity to fix the problem and they didn't. I'm disappointed, and will not shop there again. (they don't carry vinyl) read more

The employees here are so stupid. I would be incredibly careful when purchasing a custom made item. There's a real lack of creativity and work ethic among these people. Beautiful items, but when you're dealing with people who have a hard time making independent decisions, you might be better taking your business elsewhere. read more

This afternoon I had a excellent experience at Paper Source. I already had a great card ready to mail, but ended up using the wrong pen and the message was smudged due to the ink. Paper Source came to the rescue and especially one employee who took her time to figure out a solution that not only saved the card that was not replaceable, but gave it a nice elegant look. Her patience and solution driven customer service was impressive and very appreciated. Highly recommend going there for the variety of cards, diverse paper products and excellent customer service well beyond the norm. read more

I came here for my wedding invites without an appointment, the "manager" Meg was so rude and condescending over us not having an apointment, we almost walked out. Then the very pleasant Ruth saved the day and started taking our order. Half way done and here comes Meg to hault it all. Ive never met someone so unwilling to make a sale in my life! In the time she took telling us why we couldnt finish our order, we could have finished our order! We had to make another appointment 2 days later to finalize the invites. Luckily when we came back we were paired with Ruth again who was very nice to work with. Meg was helping the birde next to us and i wanted to cry for her! She was so rude, snotty and condescending to the other bride, it was distracting me from my own appointment. I dont know how she keeps a job there becuase she was rude to me the first day and rude to another bride the next and doesnt seem to want to help someone place an order for expensive wedding invites! So word of advice~ if you go ask for Ruth (your invites will turn out beautiful and you will have a nice time working with her) AVOID MEG at all costs, youll just walk away in tears from her miserable attitude with no invitations since shes dead set on 1. Being as rude as possible 2 . Stopping you half way durring your order 3.being condescending for no reason 4. Not interested in making a sale. Shes clearly in the wrong line of work~ maybe she hates brides or just hates her job, im not really sure. I just know to avoide her and use Ruth. If Meg wasnt a part of any of the process i would give this place 5 stars! read more
