It took about 18 minutes just to receive water and place our order, then another 45 minutes before our pizza arrived. We asked if an appetizer would come out much sooner, so we ordered onion rings, but they only arrived about five minutes before the pizza. It would have been appreciated if we had been given an estimated wait time when we were first seated so we could have decided whether to stay. That said, the staff remained kind and professional throughout the experience. The dining room itself wasn't particularly busy, so I assume the kitchen was handling a high volume of takeout and delivery orders.
