Cancun Mexican Grill is located in the Gateway Commons strip mall next to a bank. The menu is a small spiral binder because there are so many menu options. I ordered the Birria Tacos because it was only beef tacos in the Taco section of the menu. The birria tacos are made with slow cooked beef. It was a little chewy and my corn tortillas were falling apart. I had to resort to eating them with a fork. I later ordered tacos for a friend to-go and I was shown the ala carte section at the back of the binder with ground beef tacos for purchase for one or three tacos. I believe those were better than mine with hard shells. The service was fine. They were very quick in bringing our food. We started out with chips and salsa. I would have liked individual saucers for the three of us so we weren't continuing to dip our chips in the same bowl of salsa. The restaurant is a nice size.
