She really listened to my concerns about my lower back issues and gave me some great recommendations for stretches and exercises I could do in order for my issue to improve. I made some tremendous progress with Rachel's help and feel like I can manifest my own destiny again. The facilities are all very clean and they do more than just "give you" exercises and stretches to do. They make sure that you're doing them correctly and checked for tightness in my back. They always got me in the office on time and serviced me within a reasonable timespan as well. PT can be a very challenging experience, since they're making you "work through" your pain, but Rachel and her team were so down-to-earth that it really didn't feel like work. Absolutely 100% recommend!

This is where I had a bizarre encounter with a therapist Rachel D. I would not recommend her due to her bedside manner being really poor. she was extremely unprofessional. when I attend PT I like a person that sticks to the program while you're there. you are the one paying for your time there. by the time the session was over I knew far too much about this person. She was beyond eager to discuss herself any moment she got. I was trying to explain why I was there and she cut me off multiple times to tell me about herself. Why was I there , to be her psychiatrist? I am now seeing an extremely professional physical therapist that has me at almost full recovery today . I am happy I decided to no longer go to this place & deal with the nonsense. Im sure there are other therapist at this location that do their job. Maybe I just got a lemon.

Their location is near the highway and highly accessible from many different roads. They are located in a fairly new, clean location that is well maintained and offers ample parking. Their office is on the second floor and easy to reach, unlike some hospitals or medical buildings that seem like a labyrinth. While the therapists at Pappas deserve high praise, what makes this office unique is their availability. Every time I was injured or needing care, I was always greeted by courteous staff that got me in at the very longest within 24 hours, and often, upon my doctors' recommendation, on the same day. The staff is highly knowledgeable, athletic and above all fit appearing; nothing against those who are overweight but I don't want to hear about how to take care of my body from someone who obviously does not. Their advice is spot on, their excercise recommendations are commensurate with a person's physical conditioning and symptoms. The location offers various other treatment modalities, one of which was some kind of infra red treatment. They also have a gym where the therapists double up as personal trainers, catering to a less physically fit crowd that wishes to get back into shape. Another issue that I found very reassuring about the ethics of Pappas' staff is that as soon as I start to improve, since I am athletic and know my way around the workouts, they often recommend just continuing the excercises at home and don't make me keep coming back so I don't pay a ton of copayments. I have been to various therapists through the years as recommended by different doctors in my stages of life and levels of athleticism. I even was under the care of some therapists through a varsity college team. By far, Pappas has done it the best for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jillian is RUDE and unprofessional talks about patients and therapists like they aren't human being. My friend and I over heard her talking about a patient and how she smelled and laughed about it. A therapist with glasses come over to talk to her she was so rude to her it was unbelievable then had the audacity to talk about her once she walked away. I've never seen someone so rude in a medical setting it's unbelievable and the way she was swearing ridiculous. My friend said she'll never go back to a papas knowing she works with the company. Might need to have her do some training on how to be towards patients and employees what she says and does is not ok.

On one hand, I want to give a massive shoutout to Kristen White. She was incredibly professional, genuinely listened to my requests, and took excellent care of me. In a moment when I was in extreme pain and feeling completely overwhelmed, Kristen made me feel like an actual human being. Her empathy and customer service were a solid 5/5 stars.Unfortunately, the medical care from the actual providers was deeply disappointing. I came in with an acute sports injury after hearing a physical "pop" in my foot, experiencing swelling on the top of my foot, and dealing with severe nerve pain. They took X-rays but didn't bother to sit down, look at them with me, or properly explain a clear diagnosis. Instead, they completely dismissed a severe structural injury as basic plantar fasciitis, handed me some topical gel, and sent me on my way.To make matters worse, they told me it was "normal to work under these conditions"--completely ignoring the fact that my daily job requires heavy pulling, pushing, and lifting of heavy objects. Because they refused to give me an immobilization boot or take the soft-tissue damage seriously, I have spent days favoring my left leg. I have now developed agonizing sciatica from straining my back just trying to hobble around.Kristen White deserves a promotion for her outstanding humanity and professionalism, but the medical providers seriously need to re-evaluate how they dismiss patients with acute traumatic injuries.
