Met the owner while in warehouse- they do a lot of business- and are very busy. Installers were on-time, friendly, and hard working. I paid extra to have large furniture pieces moved and they were careful and returned items to their previous place when finished. LVP installation was fast and done well. Trim work was also done well and quickly. I'm going to have to do some touchups on the baseboards due to variations between the old planks and the new and because the installers took the time to remove 40+ year old linoleum where the previous plank installers of the old floor has laid foam underlayment.
