Robert and his team were exactly what I was hoping to find in a local installer. Robert showed up on time, performed a thorough on-site inspection, and provided a very competitive estimate. Everything was explained clearly, and he had a solid plan to resolve some unique challenges with our skylights so they could be properly insulated -- something other companies didn't even address. The crew went above and beyond my expectations. They arrived on time, were extremely clean and respectful of my property, and handled additional issues they discovered during installation, including leaky ductwork and older insulation that was blocking attic vents. They didn't just ignore those problems -- they fixed them. The results were immediate. we hired these guys after hurricane irma. they were suppose to insulate the underneath of my mobile…read morehome and put a moisture barrier also. it wasn't 4 weeks and i noticed pieces of insulation falling down. being a disabled vet i couldn't crawl underneath. we eventually found out they never finished the last third of the home. there was no insulation there. we had to contact the state of florida and the insurance commissioner to get them to come back out. our bill never went down. we hired another company this year and that's when we found out the first part of the home had the original insulation, soggy and nasty, and the old rotten moisture barrier. they never did that either. with the new insulation from the new guys, my bill has already dropped 60 bucks a month. was going to sue, but attorneys don't like small cases. just wanted my 3 grand back.
