Solid bowl, nothing too special. The fruit was fresh and delicious but I am not a huge fan of blended bases.
Paradise Bowls never disappoints! I've been coming here for a while, and their bowls are always fresh with a great variety of fruit. Tried the viral Hailey Bieber dupe smoothie, the *Strawberry Cloud*--super yummy and refreshing! Prices are a bit high, and the waiting area is tight, but the service is great, and the ambiance is like any classic açaí spot!
I tried their new drink, the Strawberry Cloud Smoothie, which I think is supposed to be a dupe of the viral Hailey Bieber Erewhon smoothie. I haven't tried the Hailey Bieber Erewhon smoothie myself so I can't tell you if this is a good or bad dupe, but the smoothie was very refreshing and had the perfect amount of sweetness for me. It's a bit on the pricier side and they don't allow any substitutions. It was a bit crowded and there was a wait for the drinks to come out, but nothing too bad. Not a lot of seating inside but most people were taking their drinks to go.
Paradise bowls has been my go-to acai bowl place since high school! The acai mixture is thick and substantial which is something I always look for in acai because I don't love when acai bowls are runny. Paradise's ingredients are fresh and their granola is delicious. Sometimes the orders do get slightly backed up so I usually call ahead or use their online platform to order, and my bowl is always ready when I get there. Perfect place to go for the summer if you're looking for a light lunch or refreshing snack! They have indoor and outdoor seating and the indoor vibe is nice and decorated with surf decorations. However I do prefer sitting in the outside chairs and tables just because the blenders get a bit loud. My go to is usually the gaucho but peach bum is what I go for when I'm looking for something more refreshing!
This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they are missing many of the ingredients so options are limited. Other times they are fully stocked. When they are fully stocked, the bowls are good. Service can also be great or annoyingly disappointing. Parking can be a challenge. There is limited seating inside, but I usually get it to go as it is often loud with the blenders going. Try it out, but be patient and prepared to be flexible.

They forgot to remove the plastic wrapper of the acai packet before blending and there were bits of plastic of all sizes in my acai bowl. Not sure if I noticed before consuming any but this is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, there is no way to contact their management service/branch by email. The only was is through instagram and facebook which is absolutely ridiculous.

Service is really good, especially by a young man named Alex! I just found out that he's not the manager, but he definitely should be the manager! So if you are the manager and you're reading this or the owner, promote this guy and give Alex a raise $$$ because he knows our orders by heart just when we come in!!!! he's definitely one of the main reasons why we like to come here, great service with a smile and knows our signature order every single time. Like I said, hook him up with a raise $$$$ and promotion, he deserves it. He's the reason why you're getting a five so Yelp from you.

It has the perfect amount of peanut butter, strawberries, and honey with cacao nibs on top! My husband orders the Peanut Butter Delight smoothie (switches out the regular almond milk for chocolate almond milk) for a smoothie version of the Chocolate Arc! The place is always clean and staff are friendly. If you're looking for some classic Acai smoothie bowls with the best ingredients, Paradise Bowls is it!
We came by for a quick lunch. We ordered a small Gaucho and a medium Chocolate Arc. They were decent, nothing special. Not much interaction with the staff except when we placed our order. There is one table and a few window seats available for dining in.
Went there today (Monday) around 2pm and the minute I walk in one of the male workers is sitting on the kitchen counter where they prep the bowls. Talk about infection control issue. Anyway I order a bowl which was good but overall the cleanliness was pretty bad. He had gloves on and he's touching his undershirt and then touching the food item and using the blender. I would skip it next time. Staff need to show better hygiene and infection control.
I just got the bikini island smoothie at Paradise bowls and I honestly couldn't be more disappointed. It tastes artificial, super sour almost carbonated , and five minutes after a couple sips I already had a stomach ache. I'm not a picky eater at all, but something in this drink was DEFINITELY expired. I'm really sad about this.
The bowls here were yummy! Very fresh and healthy ingredients. We ordered the gaucho and guava sunrise acai bowls. Loved that the blueberries were big and plump and that they added kiwi to the guava sunrise bowl. I just wish they would add more ingredients to the top of the fruit- I know you can add toppings for an additional price but I'd be nice if the bowls included a little more on their own.

On such a hot day. I was craving something fresh and nutritious after church. My Yelp friends led me here, and when I first walked in, there was a little bit of a line which I usually interpret as a good sign. I spent about $14 for an açai bowl their tropical mango bowl I believe. I had some modifications since I didn't like the raw coconut offering or the banana so I opted for sliced almonds and extra mango with almond butter on top. After waiting a few minutes, looking at the bowl, it didn't look like much and sadly it didn't taste like much either. The almond butter was globed on top and made it really difficult to eat. After bypassing the almond butter I was able to get into the açai which was way too sweet. I'm not sure what type of açai they use, but it did not taste like a freshly prepared açai it tasted more artificial and overly sweet. It may have also been sweet because of the honey I believe they put on top of it. The combination of the açai with the honey and then almond butter was way too sweet. The mango was OK not as firm as I would want it to be and the granola was at the bottom at the bowl and also sprinkled on top, but unfortunately it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. Parking is free and they do offer a few seats inside. The staff was also really nice but unfortunately, if I do decide to come back maybe I'll try a smoothie instead. read more

Talk about a delicious summer between-meals dilemma. Great layering of crunch to smoothie blend to fresh fruit ratio. They now serve avocado toast and grilled cheese. I just feel bad for the fella having to work the register and make the orders. *side note: hitting 778 reviews for Paradise bowls and myself. Numbers are fun!! read more

The inside is clean but a little bit crammed but the servers are patient and their service is quick. Their food uses high quality ingredients. What I ordered: Coconut breeze - 10/10 - It has chunks of mango and shredded coconut and granola bits. The açai is soft like ice cream. I will come back read more

A very straightforward acai and pitaya bowl place with a couple of outdoor seating. Not much variation in bases nor toppings but they do well with what they have. Fast customer service and the portions were decent. The texture is closer to a smoothie though than a bowl but if you're looking for a no frills acai bowl place, here it is. Overall: This is it Chief. A great place for your Açaí Bowl or after gym workout recovery. There's a lot of amazing Açaí Bowl/Smoothie places, & Paradise Bowls is among my favorites. Truc's Choice Guava Sunrise w/Light Honey ($8.75 Small or $10.75 Med) -Blend: Açaí, Banana, Peaches, Mangoes, Guava Juice. -Toppings: Banana, Strawberries, Kiwi, Granola + Honey. What I really like about this bowl is it's super simple yet refreshing. All the fruit was fresh & the Açaí blend was delicious & not overpowering either. The one instance where my order was made incorrectly, they let me keep both bowls which was super nice, & non-wasteful! The employees are super chill & the place itself of course & I always love coming here & leaving refreshed. read more
Wasn't in the mood for a heavy dinner tonight and was really craving something refreshing. With a quick Yelp search I found Paradise Bowls near me! The store was empty an hour before their closing at 6 pm so I was able to order quickly. I opted for a medium Chocolate Arc subbed with coconut milk instead of almond and extra strawberries in place of coconut. The worker was super accomodating and patient in explaining their menu and the bowl itself was delicious. A medium is $12.50 which is an incredible price for how much you get - there is even a smaller option for $10. This is a really decently priced place for high quality Acai/Pitaya bowls and smoothies. Shop was clean and there was a small counter and bench for those who choose to enjoy their fruity treat inside. I will definitely be back! read more

Purchased 24oz Maui Wow Me bowl. $12.25. The portion is a lot but it was well worth the price. One star off or if I had the ability to just give 4.5 star instead of a whole star. Reason is because my mangoes were bitter and my banana was not ripe. Thankfully, the honey and other items in the bowl made it sweet. If I compared this franchise vs blue bowl. I'd probably get paradise bowl because of the portion size, the price i paid for was equivalent to an 16oz at blue bowl. Also I get a lot more fruit here. However, paradise bowl does not offer blue chia pudding and does not offer more bases like blue bowl. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would come here again. There's seating inside and outside. Great staff and many selection drinks in the store. Also, this storefront is literally next to Tastea if you were wondering... haha. read more

I use to always come here during highschool but now it's no longer my favorite acai/smoothie bowl place. This time the base was extremely watery and sour and the granola was soggy. I hope this was just today as I remember this place as always being consistent with their quality. read more

Arrived around 1pm and there wasn't too much of a wait, but there were still a fair amount of people going in and out of the store as my sister and I waited for our acai bowls. I got the guava sunrise, which is one of the preset acai bowls and thought it was pretty decent (about average for an acai bowl). My sister got a maui wow-me, which is one of the preset pitaya base bowls and didn't really care for it. She said the base was a little icy and the fruit quality didn't seem very good. Still one of my favorite acai places. I get the peach bum and it is so good everytime. Located right next to LA fitness so great post workout meal. Service is fast, staff is friendly. A couple seats avalon let inside but lots of tables right outside in case you don't like the noise of blenders. Can't wait to come back! read more

Is your granola gluten free?
No. It has rolled oats so unfortunately we don't have a gluten free option just yet. We are working on finding a granola that is more inclusive for our gluten free guests :) But for now we do have almond slivers as an alternative.
