This is definitely one of, if not, the best acai bowl I've ever had! Staff was friendly and the decor was simple and cute. I especially loved the thing that says whatever song is playing (not sure what they're called). I loved getting to make my own bowl using their various different toppings. They even let you try the bases so you are guaranteed to love your bowl! This is the kind of place I wish I lived closer to so that I could come here on a regular basis. The bowls here were so yummy and full of flavor! The shop itself has a modern layout and great design. The staff were so kind and the owners are so generous. The Ube drink was so smooth and refreshing while the Cali bowl had so many flavors, making it sweet and very vibrant. They both had great toppings options and all came together so well. They look beautiful when put together and the taste matches the presentation! I would highly recommend this to anyone, especially on a hot day! read more

This place is cream of the crop in Açaí bowls. You get to choose your own size, base(or mix them), and toppings. And the toppings are healthy like chia seeds, flax seeds, fruits, goji berries. Service is friendly and patient which you will need to be when you have no idea what you want in your bowl. Try a bit of everything. Love this acai bowl place! Very clean, bright, cutely decorated, but the star is the food itself. A wide selection of flavors, fresh ingredients, you can customize your own or pick one of the delicious concoctions. My daughter created her own bowl and I had the Ube Dream bowl. According to my daughter, definitely more yummy than the other popular açai bowl chain. The staff there is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Berry brand is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking out front. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to try a couple of the base flavors before deciding on my order. I got the berry bowl which was delicious, the acai base was tasty and the pitaya base was also good but a bit icy with big frozen chunks. The ambiance is laid back, they offer wifi, have music playing, and also have a cute origami station. read more

Being greeted with "Yelp's Top 100 Places to Eat" outside was a great sign that I came to the right place. Berry Brand is a sweet "build your own" açaí bowl shop, and I am so glad I got to visit today. You choose your size, açaí base, granola, and toppings. I chose their small 12 oz bowl, and it was plenty to get me full. Being my first time building my own bowl, I was bit confused and slow with my order. The workers there were patient and friendly with my order. My bowl tasted super yummy! I can't believe this tasty bowl of goodness is healthy too. I love that açaí bowls have that cold ice cream taste without the guilt. Berry Brand also lets you choose enough toppings and flavors you like. My favorite is their granola and almond butter drizzle. Our new favorite açaí bowl place! The price is based on the bowl size (12, 16, 24 oz) alone so you can pick your favorite base(s) and unlimited toppings. They also have a few sample bowls that you can pick from with suggested toppings. For bases, we typically go with açaí plus one other base. Kids like mango, and we like ube dream. Skip the pitaya, not that great. Topping choices are plentiful, from different granolas to chia seeds to fruits and nuts. It's so fun picking out favorite toppings each time without worrying about breaking the budget because bowl price includes unlimited toppings. The best part of this açaí bowl shop...speed! We have been to another açaí place in Tustin and it took them ten minutes to make our two bowls. At Berry Brand, you can zip in and out super quickly with your favorite açaí bowl. Went on a Tuesday morning and it wasnt busy. Plenty of parking in the lot and lots of other food places in the plaza. Interior is minimalist with little seating, just a bench and counter-side stool seating. My data kinda sucked inside, but they had free wifi. Pick among 3 sizes, then choose your bases. I got the acai and coconut dream, which was a cute cotton candy color. Bases are scooped from the bucket. You can also add granola and chia seed pudding, I got hemp granola and coconut chia which I liked. For fruit, they offer strawberries, bananas, and blueberries which all seemed fresh. Afterwards you can choose your dry toppings, wet toppings (honey, nut butter, etc) and powders (cocoa, matcha, etc). I got the apple honey they said is made using apple juice and I really liked the flavor! Overall a solid acai spot with decent pricing and options, would go back read more

A great açaí spot for a variety of fresh, healthy ingredients! I love the variety of the toppings and the texture they added to my bowl, especially the various seeds, cacao nibs, and goji berries. As for the bases, we tried the mango, açaí, and pitaya, with the mango being my favorite. The portions are also quite big, three of us were able to share the medium and feel satisfied. The worker was very friendly and even adapted our order to our tastes! For example, we were able to get almond butter on only half of the bowl, since some of us wanted it with and some without. Delicious acai bowls! Came here with my family and was blown away by all the options in terms of bases and toppings. You order a bowl and customize it to whatever you'd like. I liked the variety of bases (there was mango, dragonfruit, coconut chia, regular chia, oats, etc.) and the variety of fruits. The customer service was friendly. The only negative was that they forgot one of the bases we asked for and when I pointed it out, instead of just adding some of the base, they threw away the bowl which is a huge waste of food! read more

This is the best place to get an açai bowl in Tustin, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, in this area. In the last little low for two weeks, I've been trying to see balls all over the place and this is so good. You get to choose your base, if you want more than one base you can do that. You choose your bowl size, and they actually have three very different sizes so it makes it really nice to have like a clue definition of how much you're getting in each size bowl. Unlike other places where they eyeball it. Then you get to choose unlimited toppings. Yeah, you heard that right, unlimited toppings. I did a base of passionfruit and açai, I did hemp granola. Vanilla Chia seed, pudding, strawberries, banana, bananas, blueberries. Then I did toasted coconut, cacao nibs, and an agave drizzle. Everyone is smiling and the greet when you come in the door. They're all very helpful. I've been here three times now because it is so good. It's a really cute café looking style. And they even have a few merch items if you're into that kind of thing. Really good açaí bowl place! There are three different sizes, I believe it was 12, 16 and 20oz for $10, $12, and $14. I went with the medium (16oz) and it was a great shareable size! You can pick from a pre-set recommendation menu or build your own! Went with a build your own and you can get as many toppings as you like! For the base I went with the pandan and I've mix! Super good flavor and the various topping options are a bonus! read more

I was looking for an acai bowl to order for breakfast (via DoorDash) and Berry Brand caught my eye immediately when I noticed that they had a pandan layer! I ended up building my own bowl and was able to try their acai and pandan layers. They were pretty generous with the toppings - my bowl was filled to the brim! Everything tasted refreshing and fresh. I didn't end up enjoying the pandan as much as I thought I would (esp as a pandan lover). Pricing was pretty good, I'd probably try visiting in-person in the future! read more

Very solid & will likely be returning! My second visit here after a while and I was refreshed on why I liked this acai spot to begin with - both the premade and customization options have such a large range that fulfills your every craving! (I wish there was a Nutella drizzle topping but that's just my sweet tooth talking) The prices are what I'd say is the norm for acai bowls these days, especially in OC. The interior is intimate with just a few tables and seats, but a very cute look overall! This spot is more of an in-and-out option for me. And the staff was especially welcoming! read more

I love acai bowls and have had this place bookmarked for the longest time. I stopped by on a Sunday around 1 PM and it wasn't too crowded. The interior is very pink and aesthetic; I loved the vibes in there. The workers were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. I normally don't see ube or pandan as a base so I was intrigued by those bases. The worker who was helping build my bowl thought I said mango instead of pandan, so she gave me mango instead. No complaints though, because the mango was delicious and tasted like real mango. The texture of the acai is thick and not icy. All of the fruits are fresh. I ordered my bowl with plenty of toppings. They are very generous and make sure to really pack your bowl. This place is very comparable to Blue Bowl. I'd come here more often if I lived closer to it! read more

I have been waiting to come here ever since they made Yelps Top 100 list! After eating here I clearly see why. Berry Brand looks as good as it tastes. We came in on a Sunday evening and were greeted warmly by the staff. They let us sample the base flavors which was really nice and I ended up going with the ube dream, so nutty and creamy! I topped it with hemp granola, chocolate granola, strawberries, banana chips, flaxseed, almond butter, and date syrup. Everything was so fresh. The music in here was such a vibe, too. All time favorite açaí bowl place!! I've tried quite a few places - banzai bowls, blue bowl, paradise bowls, etc. None of them match up to this place. I've been a fan of berry brand since it had a small shop at the food hall in the District. Service is always fast and friendly and ambiance is cheerful. My go to is always Coconut Dream, but the ube and pandan are unlike any other. The vanilla and coconut chia pudding are also amazing. There's a variety of toppings to choose from and they always pack your bowl. I come here multiple times a month and am never disappointed. read more

Definitely going to be my go to açaí place going forward. I love the fact that they provide samples for all their bases. You can also have as many bases as you would like. You don't necessarily have to buy a certain size to have more than 1 base so that's amazing. They're very generous with their toppings as well and it's unlimited toppings as well. When we paid, they offered additional toppings if we would like at a later time as well which I thought was shocking in a good way. Interior was cute and bright with even brighter personalities of the workers. They had a wall that showed the name of the songs playing overhead and I thought it was cool how it would automatically change by itself when the song changed. 10/10. Berry Brand is small, quiescent acai/pitaya bowl establishment. Their menu is relatively simple: 3 sizes to choose from (12 oz, 16 oz, and 24 oz) and a few drinks. What this allows them to do is to hyper focus on the quality of their bowls and it really shows. You can put multiple flavors in your bowl from acai, pitaya, coconut dream, ube, mango, chia vanilla, chia coconut, and chia matcha. Unlike other places where adding toppings adds to your cost, all the toppings come included with your order so put as much as you can. I got a 16 oz bowl which cost me $13.47. Most other places neglect the quality of their additional toppings but I love how Berry Brand has such fresh fruit and delicious side toppings. It made the experience of eating it all the more enjoyable. With so many toppings to choose from and so little space, it's worth coming back to try additional combinations. read more

I go out of my way to come to Berry Brand in Tustin because their pandan base has a chokehold on me. I crave it regularly and dream about it. I've never seen pandan at any other acai spot, and i swear it's life-changing. Ube's great too, but pandan is the real star. The shop has a cute retro-pink vibe, and the staff's always friendly. If you can't finish your bowl, you can ask them to put it in the freezer until you're ready to go! They're always more than happy to do it. What really makes Berry Brand stand out is their unique Asian flavors. It's not something you see at most acai places, and it makes a huge difference. I went to Blue Bowl today just because it was close, and the vibe was off. Everyone looked miserable. Just reinforced my belief that Berry Brand reigns supreme. read more

I was interested to try this acai place because of the ube base. In general, I found that the bases I tried (pandan, coconut, and ube) had more visual impact than flavor; all of them taste vaguely of coconut, with ube being the most distinct taste, and the pandan is more of an aftertaste. I did appreciate that they weren't overly sweet though. The rest of the bowl was fairly standard, with 3 types of granola and 4 fruits. Banana chips were a more unique topping that I enjoyed. Overall, the price is fair for what you get, and there's a good amount of customization available. If you like ube, this is a cute place to try, and the service is very friendly. Food impression is somewhere around 3 or 3.5 but rounding that up to support the business. read more

It was easy to plan and the event coordinator was professional and responsive to their guidelines (2 business days). There were some things that could be improved. Planning - Two tables were missing two seats so a total of 4 seats weren't there as they were in the info packet diagram. It required some improvisation and worked out ultimately because some of our guests no-showed and the other table had children who sat in their parents lap. - Having done (and loved) their previous afternoon tea service before, I assumed guests would have their choice of tea. In actuality, you choose 6 teas for the whole event. There's no mention of it in the packet and we didn't find out until we arrived. You only get so much time to set up so it would have been better to be able to choose the teas ahead of time to think about everyone's preferences. - a few times I'd send over a numbered list of questions, and they would respond in paragraphs, which generally answered my questions but did not always answer all of them, which meant I had to re-ask or just assume we could figure it out later. Day of Service - Many guests didn't know how much they could eat per the tiered platters. It would have been nice if the waitstaff informed the guests what the items on the platter was and how many items each guest was entitled to. It seemed like most of the time our items were silently delivered and there wasn't a lot of checking in. - They didn't come by to refill the water for our 6 teapots often enough, so we often had empty pots for long stretches of time. Overall a good experience with some tweaks would be really great.

As we entered, we were gifted the pleasure of a warm greeting by a staff member who then sat us down and gave us first-timers a brief overview of the menu, his recommendations, and a brief history lesson about the origin of Fluffy Fluffy. After some waiting, we were presented with three aesthetically pleasing plates of these highly hyped fluffy pancakes. I then grabbed a knife and fork to cut into the stack of pancakes and was astonished by how... for a lack of better word, fluffy they were. Upon first bite, I expected a rush of sugar to register after a few seconds of chewing. However, that sensation never came. The pancakes were just the right level of sweet. A few minutes later, the plates were completely cleared and I was back to suffering from again reaching full capacity and thought to myself, "when will I ever learn?". All in all, great hospitality from staff, clean and upbeat ambiance, and most importantly excellent dessert items that were easy to consume without the feeling of developing instantaneous diabetes after finishing. Lots of tables to sit and very bright kiddish environment.

Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smiles of Han and Truong. They made me feel right at home and were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. But let's get to the real reason I visited Berry Brand - the acai bowls. Oh man, these things are amazing. I've had my fair share of acai bowls from various places, but Berry Brand's take the cake.
