They had 4 flavor choices: Vanilla, Chocolate, Acai, and Tropical. I ordered a small Vanilla/Chocolate swirl with pistachio butter, chocolate chips, and strawberries. The cashier was SO nice and helpful, I wish I had caught her name! She offered me suggestions when choosing my tops, and let me know the pistachio butter was new and so far a hit with customers. She also let me know that the Vanilla is now a new recipe, made with cashews to be less gritty. The swirl option on the machine was not working, so she kindly layered the two flavors for me. Overall it was delicious, but was nearly $8 for a small cup! Price seemed steep to me, but this is typically the case when looking for dairy free options. There were Two Hispanic girls working today ...one of them drank out of her own cup that she got at another restaurant, put the cup down and then proceeded to make my chocolate freeze without washing her hands. Got to pressed at 9:30pm. Maps, google, and yelp all say they close at 10pm. The door was open and the lights were on, the worker came out and said they were closed, I told her I was confused because it says they close at 10 ( I double checked before I left). She replied "starting this week they close at 9:30", how convenient right when I walk in they are closed! There is no advertising that it now closes at 9:30 anywhere, in fact it says they close at 10. I didn't walk in 5 minutes before closing....30 minutes before closing be so for real and do your job, liars. This was my first time trying pressed, and while the bowl was delicious, the service was terrible! I arrived at the Tustin location, at 5:00pm on Monday, December 22. I had stumbled upon it and decided to try a bowl. A young white girl was working and she wasn't very pleasant. I let her know it was my first time and she clearly had no urgency or care to let me know what was popular. She also just left the bowl on the counter for me to grab, without even letting me know it was ready.Very poor customer service. It was my first time stepping foot in a pressed store and I was a bit confused on what to expect. The store was empty of customers and just had 1 female and 1 male employee. They looked at me like i was a martian with no welcoming when I walked in to the point that I wondered if I entered through a wrong entrance or something. I already get nervous going to new places and this experience didn't help. Employees should be more welcoming and warm especially to people who are new customers. This particular Pressed Juicery always seems to make an acai bowl that trumps all other PJ locations. You can actually see and taste the coconut milk, which makes the acai less overpowering, and they add a liberal amount of blueberries and strawberries. I've probably been here about 10 times (I always come here when I'm in the area)--and it's always consistently better than the other PJ locations. The juices refreshing, and for the most part tasty. The beet juice was a little rough lol. I had it delivered and ordered through their website. They completed the order accurately and delivered timely as promised. I had called to ask about substitutes because I was doing the 1 day juice cleanse with my sister and she is allergic to almonds and I was concerned because one ingredient was almond butter. Wasn't sure if that would affect her but didn't want to chance it so asked for alternatives or if that one ingredient could be replaced. They didn't offer to replace the ingredient in the one drink BUT explained I could in fact substitute the entire drink with another I'd prefer on the website while ordering. As a newbie to the juicing, I would have liked some suggestions, but they did not provide any; nonetheless they were still helpful and kind overall. I am just not a fan of juicing, but had wanted to try it. If you love juicing, highly recommend. Have not gone in store so can't speak on that experience. read more

Friendly and helpful staff. I have been eating horribly lately and I've been stressed af but wanted to reset and detox my mind and body. I went with the one day cleanse - "for the experienced" upon recommendation from the employee. Super easy to follow because they have numbers on it and some of the juices were actually delightful. Citrus 1 is yum. I was actually looking forward to the vanilla almond the most but that one didn't end up being my favorite. Kudos to anyone who does this often. They have a special 2 day offer for their size 1 including 3 toppings for $2. And absolute steal for less than a third of the OG price. There are 4 soft serve flavors available (also known as Freeze). The flavors are vanilla, chocolate, acai, dragon fruit. I really wanted to try the dragon fruit, but they were sold out. This is a nice quiet location compared to some other locations. Note, there is no indoor or outdoor seating. Though Daphne's is a few doors down and has plenty of tables and chairs available for use. Just be sure to leave it as neat and clean as when you arrived. Since we are not supposed to be using this space for Pressed ;) Let the sweet times roll! read more

I was so excited to try Pressed for their healthier ice cream options. I got the Smores freeze and to say I was less than amused is an understatement. The ice cream tastes nothing close to vanilla, and the almond butter was quite confusing given that the freeze was supposed to be s'mores flavored. The chocolate chips didn't taste like chocolate at all, and neither did the marshmallows. My boyfriend got the açai bowl and although I was confused why he wanted an açai bowl at almost 10 o'clock at night, I'm now wishing I got that instead. read more

Honestly, extremely horrible service. I got an açaí bowl size 1. I was charged before the bowl was even made. I wasn't asked if I wanted toppings or anything else on my bowl. So after I paid, I asked If I could have toppings (since I wasn't even asked). The girl (who wasn't wearing a name tag) told me that next time, it's a $.50 charge. She said she likes to charge first, and told me that she gives toppings away for free! (When she literally told me seconds ago it's a .50 cent charge for next time) I think that was a reply to save herself because that doesn't sound right.
