I've always wanted to go in and get some info, as it looks like a nice little family salon in my new neighborhood. Well, I fortunately got that chance 2 weeks ago when my new stylist stood me up. I have had the worst luck with stylist since moving to SA 3 years ago. My last gal, was 15-45 mins late every appt, I finally got fed up with her wasting my time. After planning something nice for myself (as a mother, I rarely do) I was incredibly upset that this new stylist stood me up on a Wednesday afternoon. So on my way back home, I figured I'd at least stop in to see if someone could salvage my day. I walked in about a min before her next client, Sofy consoled me and assured me that if I could wait 15mins for her to do a quick male trim, she would take care of me. It wasn't any easy ask either, I needed a trim, root touch up and highlights on a whim. Luckily for me, she didn't have anything else booked for her afternoon, so it became the beginning of a lovely relationship. Sofy is an Indian angel and I believe things worked out that day, the way they did, so that I could meet Sofy, my lovely new stylist. I'll be taking the whole family next!

We were the only customers there so all of the ladies were pretty much just sitting around relaxing. I wasn't here for any services, I tagged along with my sister-in-law for her threading appointment. They were pretty quick with her eyebrows but did argue with her a little bit on how she wanted her eyebrows arched (I hate this). If you're in the area and need a nice threading salon, I'd definitely give this one a try...instead of the kiosks that have you sitting out in the middle of the mall so everyone can breathe on and gawk at you.

I call to them this is unacceptable and something needs to be done. I go back in to the person I was supposed to see. I tell her I do not want damage and if she thinks damage would happen that I just need to wash my eyelashes and call it a day. she assures me there will be no damage. the eyelashes looked better initially but after years of Latisse and getting my eyelashes long and how I want them. they are broken, fried, not uniform, I can't even wear mascara. I do not recommend these people, they need more training.

She must've washed her hands and arms up to her elbows three or four times each time I was there. All of her equipment is protected too. She was careful matching my brow color and touched up my brows twice to get them just right! The only negative I can think of is that the numbing gel didn't seem to work very well. I got maybe 5-8 minutes of numbing so the rest was pretty painful. It could've just been me/my brows not reacting well to it. Everything else was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her again. She did a fantastic job!

She is stuck with me forever because I will never let anyone touch my brows again. They have an app which makes it so easy for booking! Their team is amazing, talented and the work is quality! My nails and toe color last a month no problem! Today my nail artist was Victor and he is an amazing artist! My girls have worked with him before and he does beautiful work! As my usual person was not there - I booked Victor and though I normally do a single color , I wanted something different for vacation so I showed him a pic and did amazing work. They have a super cute Christmas menu so I went with the peppermint. The layout is adorable with all the little spoons and lemon slices (which they use to scrub your legs!!) Everything was super relaxing, excellent relaxing music, dim lights, I think at one point the massage chair had me so relaxed I fell asleep and my leg fell off of the little foot bench! The complimentary cosmopolitan was also excellent! Everything was super clean, they clean chairs and tubs immediately after each person. The only thing I didn't like is that I got regular polish, not gel, and they don't have a quick dry spray to dry your nails. Not even a quick dry polish, so even being super careful, 2 of my nails got scuffed. If I come back here, which is likely, I am bringing my own quick dry polish. My skin reacts badly to the UV lamps and I don't want to be forced to leave with wet polish on my toes. I may even bring my own quick dry spray.
