On entering the whole shop smells fresh like flowers and I was greeted with a friendly hello. Staff went to get me my bouquet while I browsed. The carnations really caught my eye they were so pretty. Chelsea suggested we take the drink holder and use that as a floral display, build that up to be a flower covered place for my girl's coffee to go on her desk at work. As soon as I entered the store, a manager approached me and incorrectly claimed that I was not allowed to have my dog inside. Instead of handling the situation professionally, another customer--a Black man--began threatening to shoot my puppy. The most shocking part was that the manager did absolutely nothing to address or stop these threats. After I explained the situation and provided the information I had with me, I was ultimately allowed to remain in the store with my dog. However, I should never have been confronted and told I had no right to be there in the first place. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Jon's location. The staff were unprofessional, uninformed, and completely failed to ensure a safe environment for their customers. I will not be returning to this store.
