I was hoping for a beautiful arrangement, but I'm disappointed with what arrived. The flowers looked sparse and uneven, with foliage sticking out in different directions and no sense of flow in the height. Some mums were already wilting, while the spray carnations hadn't opened yet. By the time it was delivered, it didn't feel like a true arrangement. This was meant as a get-well gift, and I wish it had been more thoughtfully put together for someone going through a tough recovery. The day before Mother's Day I called in a panic and Shabbir assured me he would get my mom a beautiful arrangement on her day. It's easy to go online and choose a generic bouquet and have it delivered, OR you can come to Canoga Park Florist and leave with someone beautiful and personal. I was looking for a last minute condolence arrangement and a quick yelp search brought me here. I called at 430pm on a weekday, asking for a last minute arrangement for the same day. They kindly advised it was a bit late for a delivery, but I was luckily right down the street so they told me "give them an hour and they'll have the arrangement ready!" I can't believe they were able to accommodate me so quickly. I went online while I was on the phone with them, and chose my arrangement "Guiding Light Arrangment" $79.95. They have the most gorgeous choices at great prices! And their website gives you occasion categories, and sympathy was JUST what I was looking for. White arrangement with a gorgeous ceramic angel, it was perfect! She even added a few extra white roses for me. Out the door it cost me $98 and it was worth every penny. Extremely disappointed with this arrangement. My husband has been a loyal customer for over 20 years and has purchased flowers here time and time again. However, this past Father's Day he wanted to buy his father something different. He ordered online and decided on the succulent plant, after nearly $100 with fees and taxes, this is what arrived. It looks nothing like the online picture/advertisement. This is sloppy work to say the least. The fact that it doesn't even fit inside properly and it just sits on top of the truck is terrible and not what was presented online. False advertisement. Had we known this is what it would look like, we would not have purchased this arrangement. And even after speaking to Shabbir and the manager Tina she didn't take accountability for the workmanship or lack thereof, she offered $13 in return which barely covered taxes. We will never return here as the quality and attention to detail has really gone down hill, and their "it is what it is" attitude was very shocking and off putting... they lost a long time customer. They advertise that they, "go the extra mile for their customers" but this is a lie, as we experienced the polar opposite! Carelessness. read more

I went inside and was greeted by a gentleman who was kind and mentioned he didn't have any ready but he would make them for me. Conroy's Florist ...I miss you !!! Who remembers the Conroy's florist shop on Topanga Canyon? I remember them because they would make beautiful, big flower bouquets for such a reasonable price. I should have gotten a ready made bouquet from Trader Joe's or the supermarket, as these places make better, full and beautiful bouquets than this place for the price one pays. My boyfriend had these delivered to my work for my birthday. I sent him a picture and right away he called me and said there were supposed to be more roses and the picture in their site looked much larger. Unfortunately they do not describe base size or arrangement size but photographs can be deceiving. He called the florist and they said that they upgraded this bouquet because they were out of white roses and added more to the bouquet than what was stated. Always take time to smell the roses...or find a guy to buy you some. Recently I had a friend who's dog died and I wanted to do something nice for her. I figured flowers is always a nice way to say you care. I called Canoga Park Florist to see if they could deliver. I had called other flower shops around the area but Canoga Park Florist beat everyone's price. I had set up delivery to her house a day during the week but we had a problem. The delivery man called me to tell me they didn't think anyone was home. Sadly, it dawned on me that my friend was out of the country on vacation. I completely forgot she was out of town. The problem was they already had designed this beautiful bouquet and tried to deliver them. I wasn't sure how much they were going to charge me to re-delivery the flowers. I was pretty impressed when they told me they would re-deliver at no additional charge considering the fact that they would have to make a whole new arrangement. I really appreciated their help and the extra effort. I don't believe most companies would have been so generous. Most importantly, my friend adored her flowers so that's all that mattered.
