Paradise Grills - Installed kitchen - Grilling Equipment Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

I can't write about the use of the grill, side burner, or sink because when they deliver the kitchen to "set it up" they do not actually setup anything. They offer no guidance on the types of hoses to use to attach the sink or the gas line. When I called, they said I need to hire a plumber which might have been ok if they had told me about it when I bought it. They did at least seat the grill but there is blue masking/painters tape visible around the edges. Since they left this on, I don't know if I should remove it or leave it and the customer service number offered zero guidance. Also the "kitchen" was delivered nearly 2 months later than promised by the salesman. read more

The store in Pompano was the closest to my house, we live in Light House Point. We met Mayra and showed us the Floor Model . The St Thomas is a great price. And since we are doing our house , she also told us that we can have storage up to 12 months. That is a great benefit that they offer. We will be financing and she explain also the process. I am writing this to save innocent customers from what I experienced. Every time I've tried to share my review, it's been taken down, so I'm documenting it here and screenshotting it. I plan to report to Google that this business has repeatedly removed reviews. There is no way this place has genuine five-star ratings, not with the number of lawsuits attached to it. Save your hard-earned money and avoid this place at all costs. If you're considering buying from them, go to Reddit or Yelp first and do your due diligence something I wish I had done. I visited Paradise Grill in Pembroke Pines Florida on March 8, 2025, with no intention of buying anything. I only wanted to browse. Their salesperson, Diego, told me they had an ongoing promotion, and that it was the last day. I ended up settling on a grill priced at $13,255.10. He explained how to use it and care for it, but at no point did he mention that "all sales were final and nonrefundable." There was no "final sale" sign anywhere not in the store, not on the grill, nowhere. He didn't hand me a contract to read. He simply took me to the point-of-sale system to make the payment. Even then, he said nothing about the purchase being nonrefundable. When I got home, I realized the grill wouldn't work for the space I intended. I immediately called Paradise Grill to cancel the order. The manager, also named Diego, informed me for the very first time that the $13,255.10 grill was non-refundable. I was stunned. I told him that was impossible because no one had mentioned any such policy. He told me it was FINE PRINT "in the contract." I told him I never signed any contract. The document they later produced has a signature on it, but it is not my signature. I've gone back to the store several times asking for mediation, but the manager told me that the business hasn't refunded any customer for anything they've purchased in the last five years which to me is a huge red flag. Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered and shows no genuine concern for consumers. In my whole growing up and adult life; I have never experienced a deceptive sale of this magnitude totaling $13,255.10. In this economy, it's devastating. we purchased our Paradise outdoor kitchen at Big E 8 years ago. When it was delivered the slate trim was partially damaged and the angle was backwards . A few weeks later after numerous calls a coupe of their men came out and replaced the kitchen . 12 broken pieces of slate due to delivery was repaired with non matching pieces. They told us it was the best they could do. When I called to complain I was told they replaced the slates and corrected the design-and that was all they would do. soon after the radio stopped working. I have spent $2400 repairing and fixing the kitchen. BUYER BEWARE! They don't stand behind their shady product and their customer service is non existent. DON'T PURCHASE! See reviews and photos! Not even CLOSE to Paradise $30k!!!!!! Read all the reviews in different places. What you'll see CONSISTENTLY is that their commissioned sales people LIE LIE LIE LIE and there is NOTHING that your "warranty" will cover. NOTHING! Within the first two months, only one speaker worked. Within 4 more months, only one red strand of lights that remains on 24/7. Then the rust. Every single piece of their "marine grade" tin. You've got cabinet doors that do to nowhere. They're simply cutouts in the cheap resin body of the bar and that's it. They are incomplete. The grill lid fell off. And then bit by bit the bar started to crumble and continued to do so. Oh, and lest you think for a second that all this wasn't brought to their attention, think again. Doesn't matter. So I am a satisfied return customer for Paradise. I purchased the L-shaped bar and grill unit in 2017. It has gone through almost 8 years of direct exposure to weather, and it is finally ready to be replaced. Everything about my purchase experience in 2017 was excellent, and I'm satisfied with how long the unit lasted. It is still fully functional, but it needs to be upgraded. So fast forward to my current experience. My grill needed replacement and I cheaped out and bought only the grill which was against their policy (Kristo their regional manager tried to talk me into the complete package) and was able to fit it into the old bar island. Unfortunately the new grill looking so good made the old island look pretty worn. Soo I went back 2 days later and asked them to help me out with purchase of the bar island which they agreed to. So, I'm happy with the service, happy with a product I purchased almost 8 years ago and looking forward to completing my new outdoor kitchen. I would have given 5 stars, but I feel that some of the corporate policies are restricting the local store personnel in servicing their customers' needs. The business model is really a semi-mass produced product that looks custom. And I believe this is creating a disconnect between customer expectations (custom) and the reality that this is a collection of several individual sku's that are not interchangeable at all. My humble suggestion is to be a bit less "coporate policy" and move to a more flexible model (within reason). Again, I'm happy with this product and the service I have received. I bought an outdoor kitchen from Paradise grill just over 2 years ago. Back then customer service already was questionable (would not commit to a delivery time, yet requesting me to stay home to wait for them, threatening with surcharges if they had to come again, would not forward cell phone No. of delivery driver for direct contact). Now, just out of warranty, the refrigerator broke. Instead of helping with a service tech, all they recommend is buy a new one. I will certainly do that, but not from Paradise Grill. DO NOT BUY THIS POOR QUALITY PRODUCT. Paradise (name is a joke - experience was nightmare) Grills has very poor quality controls in their entire product fabrication and installation. Delivery drivers (aka installers) are 3rd party sub contractors and are high school drop outs, untrained, and not helpful. I reached out to their CEO and chief legal officer and got the brush off. Crap customer care from all their staff. I now have to spend $$$$ to have the units retiled and repainted to cover the mess. This was supposed to be a nice addition to our pool deck and take a look for yourselves. Rubbish, crap quality. I bought around 8 months ago and very impressive on the support from the sales. I posted my review for 5 star on the google per the sales request. But I was willing to give 5 star at the moment. After using a few months. I only use once a month, I noticed the grease drop to the surface which stained the wall. The grease didn't drop the collector which it supposes to go. In addition, the steel is getting rusted. I paid $7000 for 5 burner only, but just got that cheap product! I contacted the sales Luis in Feb, never got his answer. Then I contacted him again last month. He said he was going to call me. But never did. Then I contacted him again. He said he was out of town. And never contacted me again. Don't buy from this company as they sell you cheap product by charging high price. And they only want to sell you, then walk away without any after-sale support. read more

DON'T waste your money... I bought the Tahiti tiki out door grill and spent over 30K on this. We have not had it even 2 years yet and it is falling apart. It save life time warranted but when I contacted Paradise grill about this they wanted to charge me 250 to have someone come out and stucco it or they can mail it to me and I can do it. But the entire back is cracked through and the stucco is falling off in other places. I have only used this grill a handful of times. DO not buy waste of money and not well made at all. read more

Do NOT BUY ONE! They look so cute, salesman tell you it's a quality product. They all LIE. Ours came a month late, after we waited two different days until they showed up to deliver in the dark. Unfinished edges, the wrong grill, there was no hole for the sink so the delivery guys cut a support beam to install. The fridge had what we thought was a stain but it had no finish on it. When they finally brought the correct grill we learned two days later it was broken. We still have the broken one two weeks later. We walked into Paradise Grill in Pompano back in June to look at outdoor kitchens. We spoke to Sean Kuruc the regional manager he was at the store that day and he walked us through the models and we ended up purchasing the GX-10 unit with a tiki bar. We put down half the money so we can get the ball rolling and ended up taking delivery in September. The corporate office contacted us to arrange delivery and also mentioned that some of the items were on back order and that we would see them the following week. The delivery team arrived with the two units and set them up. There was damage to the tiles, damage to the fridge, all the LED lights were missing, and some of the stucco on the unit was damaged. We ended going back to the store that day and we spoke to Omar Chavez, the showroom manager. We went over the concerns and wanted to make an exchange for the new models that were available and he said that it would have to go through corporate and that it should not be a problem since we paid 19000 dollars for new units and got floor models that were damaged. This went on for a week back and forth Omar was the point man and assured me that they are trying to set up a pick up for the units but they would have to sell them at a tent sale I guess because they were floor models and old models.I contacted Omar after a week of promises and he tells me that they decided not to go forward with the exchange and that we are stuck with the damaged units. Today is October the 14th and we still have not heard back on all the damaged goods that were supposed to be handled a week after the delivery. We went to Paradise grills because we saw that their reviews were amazing. After reading some of them most people that submitted reviews did them before they actually took delivery of their units. I was willing to even pay A restocking fee to get new units but never heard back and never got my back order items addressed and my damages addressed . I guess what I am getting at is that their customer service is horrible and they don't care about what happens after the delivery. I can just imagine what would happen if you had some kind of warranty issue you would probably be on your own. This is a company with several locations and they can't even take care of a simple request and a request that we are willing to work with them on . The sales representative William called back and said that someone sold the bar that I purchased. He said he would order a new one for me and that I would get it in three weeks. Three weeks past so I called/texted William to get an update but no response. I called three days straight finally got in touch. He had no update for me and told me to contact corporate office. I called the corporate office all day long but it went to voicemail. Finally spoke to the supervisor, Claudia, she said that there was no order placed.
