I got a call on Friday saying if someone was home they could come out earlier. They came a day early, the technician was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed both issues and explained it thoroughly. He left to the supplier and can back promptly and fixed both appliances. I had an issue with the refrigerator and they came back the next morning no questions asked. It turned out nothing was wrong, it just took time for the refrigerator to cool off as it had been opened for a long time the day before to allow the ice to thaw. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know.
