Once I decided on what I wanted Lloyd assured me their on floor selection would provide me the opportunity to look at the difference models and quality so I could make an informed decision. I drove down and what a great show room Matt was on hand and took the time to show me all the features of all the grills and accessories. After spending several hours with them I knew I had driven to the right place and made a deal on all the appliances I wanted. All the pieces were in stock at their warehouse and in just a few days I received all the pieces in perfect condition. During the installation they made it clear that If I had any issues or just needed some advise they were a phone call away. I did have a few questions during installation and Lloyd provided the technical expertise to answer all my questions and everything came together perfectly. Matt called me several times to follow up and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. During the entire process they communicated on the phone and via email to make the entire experience painless. We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed... The approach is complete chaos with no one organizing the flatbeds, industrial carts and the regular carts. It's almost impossible to enter without moving around 10 of them! A true hazard! 2. The outdoor garden center has so many isles that have huge pallets stacked up so high that you can't get to the products . Some you can't even take a cart down.. 4. It all self service check out. We hired The Grill doctor to clean and assess our high end grill. The tech cleaned the grill, but failed to tell us that the side burners (included in the grill frame) were not included. We had to schedule another service for this to be cleaned. Parts were ordered to replace what was needed (communication was poor). 2 weeks after replacing the parts, they broke....again no response for 1 month then an email response saying it would be a $145 fee for the tech to assess.
