The salesman showed me something I could buy right off the floor, which was exactly what I wanted. He told me the price and I said no problem. He apologized for not being able to take any money off the grill because it was a floor model with a few dings. I said it was fine and frankly I never asked for any money off. He then went on to offer a few hundred dollars off delivery which I thanked him for. We then went to write up the order. That's when things got really shady. He told me he had to charge me more for the grill than the price that was hanging on the grill because the price he gave me was 2021 prices and their 2022 prices were taking effect. I said - "we already agreed on a price. That's not cool." He squirmed in his seat wondering how to make what he just tried to do ok. He then said, "okay - I will honor the price I gave you but I can't take any money off delivery." So in essence, he was going to bone me one way or another. This is where I take some responsibility. At that point I should have laughed in his face, walked out of their store and drove straight to their competition, but I just wanted the grill. So at this point he tries to pull off the old "ok ... let me get my manager to approve this" bit. The manager comes in, agrees to the price they quoted me and everything is ok. I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable at this point and want to talk to my wife about the $15,000 purchase I was about to make so I tell them I will get back to them a little later. I discussed it with my wife and we decided we just liked the grill and we were still going to buy it despite who we had to buy it from. So I call these hooligans up again and asked what they needed me to put down for them to deliver the grill and then I would pay the balance once they delivered it. Apparently they deliver on Saturdays and Tuesdays. I had hoped they would say 50% but they said 75%. I said 75% is fine but they had to deliver it the following Tuesday. They then said they wouldn't deliver it Tuesday without 100% deposit. At that point I congratulated them on losing my business and hung up the phone. Yes, a few days later they tried to call me back and smooth things over and make the sale - saying that it was all a big mix up and they would happily deliver Tuesday with a 75% deposit but at that point I wanted nothing to do with this company. I'm just putting this out there for people who had similar experiences or who don't want to have similar experiences. If I were you, I would stay as far away from this business as you possibly can. They're dishonest and oddly arrogant about it.

Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business. Now I can not fit my stove into the space that should be a standard 30". I contacted the company to send someone out to correct it and I was told that I would have to pay an additional $250 service call, plus "whatever they would charge for the grinding." It is shocking that they will not correct it without charging me this outrageous amount to fix their mistake! Kelly Stone clearly does not care about the quality of their work or their customers. I will never use or refer them again.

The staff was knowledgeable and worked hard to cut and install our kitchen countertop within the 5 week window we were working with. The installers were very professional, efficient and did an extremely good job with delivery. At times I felt the communication could have been better as we had a small issue which was quickly resolved after the installer suggested an excellent fit. Alfredo was involved from beginning to end to ensure we have were satisfied customers. He was absolutely excellent and professional from beginning to end. Customers are most satisfied when something small and unexpected happens and the issue is resolved quickly with patience and professionalism. Thats was the case here and I can highly recommend Kelly Stone.

And then to really top it off....when they drilled the holes in the substituted countertops they drilled the holes so close to the sinks that the faucets wouldn't fit in when we went to fit them a few days later. By then, Wendy had our money and refused to do anything. Time to move on to rip off the next dumb client! Learn from my mistake and pick a different firm. Also make sure you see the exact slab they will install. These guys don't offer that for obvious reasons.

I've called weekly for a month to fix my sink that needed to be chalked…read more Besides that so many little things were not done. Example the sink in the master was not caulked on the backside. I ended up buying caulk to seal the sink. Paid $7000 for a pain job that let tape seams showing. Painted a hurricane door that took me days to scrape off. Bruises on bathroom vanity from install. Called asked for color markers to fix. They said they weren't available. Broke one of my hanging lights in my kitchen. Reply was could not fix. I took it down and had my lighting place fix it. There are other issues that I can go on about but it would take too long. Over hundred thousand dollars and I feel they could have done a better job.

But that did not stop them. We received our cabinets in about 9 days from Florida to Washington State! Impressive. So many choices in pre assembled, ready toassembke (RTA) different colors, difference materials. We ordered RTA cabinets. We had previously watched some YouTube videos about assembly and when we were ready to assemble, we watched again. Assembly was easy. Two years later I still love my cabinets in my tiny modest kitchen. Soft close drawers and doors, easy to clean and beautiful to my eyes. I would 100% recommend this company! The cabinets look beautiful. It's taken me a lot of time to put these RTA cabinets together even…read morethough they say it should only take 15 -20 minutes per cabinet. The pre-drilled holes are often in the wrong places, so you have to re-make your holes, or the screws won't go in properly. The smaller pieces of the wood have split off. I am so disappointed in how much trouble the cabinets have been. I can only hope and pray that these defects are not visible and they still look nice and hold up well when they are mounted on the walls.
