We went here based on the review saying it was Electric. We walked in at 5 pm for dinner and it was a ghost town. 6-7 spread around and no server in site. No service at all! This spot has a chill vibe for a Saturday afternoon/ evening. They played music and had plenty of hookahs and drinks. Only thing is they had one person working handling 30 people in total, not ideal. A friend took me here for the first time for Fluid Fridays. The event was great and I really enjoyed the performers and the vibe. This review however, is solely about the food. Wanted to order a margarita but the waitress told us the owner didn't allow drink specials on event days. So I was confused and was like so I can't get a margarita and she told me no. That was really strike one for me because why tf can't I get a margarita? But I was like, let me just enjoy the night. I asked her what I could get and she listed beers and white claws. I opted for a beer even though I'm not really a beer fan. We then ordered an appetizer. Just chips and queso. It was average basic queso so nothing negative but nothing great. Decent. I ordered the chicken tenders and my friend ordered a veggie quesadilla because there wasn't a huge menu to pick from. Chicken strips came out hot and fresh and looked really good and hand breaded. Fries were seasoned. You could see the seasoning on the fries! Sadly, the fries were more seasoned than the chicken. The chicken looked so promising but lacked major flavor. It's like literally not even salt or pepper was used on the chicken or breading. I had to dip it in ranch to even give it a little umph. My friend liked her veggie dilla but said it was also just basic. Can't really mess it up. Our waitress was incredibly sweet but sadly it seems the owner didn't allow a lot of things on event day and it should be opposite. I hope they allow some basic drinks and drink specials to happen on event nights. I will be back for more fluid Fridays but I'll definitely make sure I eat before I go and probably just settle for a white claw next time. read more

Enjoyable place. The food and drinks were excellent. They have happy hour on Friday from 9 pm - 2 am. I ordered their hookah house special, and it was perfect. The drink mix was excellent; I requested a margarita, the promiscuous girl, appetizers, happy hour loaded nachos with chicken, and Twisted wings with mango habanero sauce. The ambiance was chill and clean. The service was excellent. If you're looking for a happy hour after 7 pm on Friday, that would be the place to get on. read more

I went to an event Memorial Day weekend and they had three people working. It took forever to get service, drinks and seating. The worst part is the place was decently full but not packed yet the temperature was unbearable. I'm over returning to venues that refuse to have sufficient a/c. Came in at 5:45 pm Walked in and sat myself cuz the sign said to. Sat down and it was about 10 min before the one and only server came out, said hi on her way to drop off food at another table. No worries. Ordered a beer and some cheese sticks. Menu wasn't updated to reflect a beer law that has undoubtedly been in effect since the last time the cowboys went to a Super Bowl and learned my 7% beer could only be poured in a 10 oz glass in this state. I conceded because I wanted some flavor. Received my beer and 2 min later when it was gone ordered a different beer. Needed more ounces. Cue the cheese sticks. Good and hot unlike the marina which was served in a take out ramekin that had clearly just come direct from Antarctica and was darn near frozen. Ate cheese sticks. Again, nothing to write home about but my picky 17 year old would have liked them plain without the marinara popsicle. Ordered the country fried steak...when in Texas with Mac n Cheese. Again in honor of my picky 17 year old who is not with me. 48 min went by before I saw this masterpiece. The second server who came on about 20 min into my 48 min was who was working his first shift this evening asked me if I wanted another beer. I mentioned I would like the beer I ordered 48 min before and if my food was going to be much longer to cancel my order and forget the beer I had ordered 48 min prior. He was super cool and green and said he'd check on my food. He said it had just come up. Total lie but welcome to working in a crappy restaurant kid. Brings it out. Plate was burning his had from sitting in the window while the previous server is sitting down and relaxing doing who knows what. He brings me a beer and a water and I dig in. Good thing the plate was hot because that's the only thing that was. The food was lukewarm and that's being generous. Picked at the food. Tough steak and about triple the amount of breading to steak ratio. I guess I didn't know what to expect. I ate the Mac and cheese a couple bites of steak and paid. I will never be back to this place. The only saving grace was this first night employee who clearly does not know what he signed up for. Get out while you can. Miserable experience. I guess if you want an over priced 8-10 oz beer in a warm glass this is your place. read more

This place is perfect 100/10 down to the food. The service in the atmosphere I wouldn't go anywhere else. Yelped this place on a random Sunday evening as my friends and I wanted to celebrate post thanksgiving. It's in a shopping center in The Colony. And when I tell you we were all shocked a place like this existed in The Colony... we came early (8ish) so we got seated right away and it was farely empty. I believe there is a $10 cover charge after 10pm. The dj started setting up and the place soon got crowded. It was a great mix of Blindian!! The owners I believe are Indian and Pakistani so there is a sprinkle of Indian in the food menu. Got samosas which were actually pretty decent and we got wings and hummus. I'm not a wings person so I think it was average. The pita and hummus were pretty good too (but I've had better). We had a blast dancing and drinking the night away! The fish was seasoned well but the sides were bland as in instant made product. Salt and pepper could not bring this back to life. Noticed the tab included an "event" tax of 20% (9.60) after paid for table reservation and $30 tip left, she was a solid server no issue. I would have left $20 not $30. Went here for live music one night. The singer was good but the sound system wasn't the best. The singer is the only reason I didn't give 1 star, nothing else was good about the evening. Our server was pretty inattentive, it took forever to get their attention each time we wanted to order. We had drinks and appetizers, fried pickles and chicken tenders. Everything was underwhelming, tasted like standard frozen fare and mixed drinks weren't good so we ended up ordering shots. They also remove the bar seats so you must purchase a table. I would maybe try it again for free, but definitely not worth buying a seat. read more
