I enjoyed a tasty Kobideh Kabob Wrap from this Middle Eastern Eatery. The wrap came with a single flame grilled ground sirloin kebab, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and parsley, and a tasty homemade sauce. You can choose between lavash or pita bread. I had the lavish and the meal also came with a side of what looked and tasted like tzatziki sauce for $12.99 plus tax. The sirloin kebab was well seasoned and offered a very good beef flavor. It was also tender. The house sauce in the wrap was delicious and so was the yogurt sauce on the side. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were fresh. The area the wrap needed improvement was the lavish bread. It was cold on arrival, so not only was it cold but had a slight dry texture. The wrap after it has been wrapped spending thirty seconds on each side would have made a huge difference. The service was super friendly at the counter. This place is definitely a family owned business. They offer comfortable inside and outside seating.

Paradise kabob has amazing food if you looking for good quality authentic Persian food look no further! You can tell that the food is good quality and made with lots of love. The owners are a husband and wife duo that are so sweet and welcoming. I love to come here for lunch and dinner. They also offer catering trays which are very popular. I tried the filet kabob plate which was so delicious it came with rice, grilled veggies, and a salad. It was so yummy and I love the variety. I also tried the baklava which was so good I've tried some and other place that were not good and this one was very soft, flavorful, and the pistachio tasted really good and not burnt. Thank you for making delicious food Reza and Amanda!

Stopped here for a quick bite. This was a Togo order. I ordered the beef kabob plate. It came with beef rice and veggies. The food was good. Descent amount for one person. Reasonably priced $16. The place is small inside but there are tables if you want to in Definitely worth checking out.

This is the koobideh kabob with rice and that delicious piece of tahdig, and salad.

The food was exquisite!!! So delicious!! We have eaten in many Persian restaurants, but this is by far is one of the best! Their food is like home made! The best tahdig!! We love their delicious delicate crispy tahdig! Their koobideh kabob is so tender and juicy!! Their rice is so delicious and buttery!! I didn't have to add butter to it!! The service is excellent!!! The owners were so kind, and gave us the best service. This is our new Persian place to go in San Diego!

New favorite Persian food place unlocked!! I ordered the Koobideh kabob plate and it was delicious. This small establishment is located within a small plaza so parking wasn't an obstacle. Definitely coming back. Update: Came back a week later

This hidden gem is by far my favorite Persian / Mediterranean food. They really know what they're doing and make the every dish as you order. Every bite is so delicious and can tell it's made with pride. I love that it's a family company and they give you that home cooked taste. No other place over the 30 years of having Persian food has come close to this. The place is small but that's the point and it's very clean and well taken care of. It's hard for me to not go back for seconds after leaving the office to have dinner!

    Delicious!

I am a fan of Paradise Kabob! I was intending to eat at the Indian buffet in the same strip mall, but it was closed for remodeling, so I decided to give Paradise a try. Not disappointed! I ordered the Chicken Kabob plate, which came with a large serving of rice, a small salad, and a couple of grilled veggies. Everything tasted fresh and healthy. The owners were very friendly, and the ambiance was casual as a lunch place really should. Next time I have a hankering for Persian food, I know where to go!

Paradise Kabob has taken over the former space of Pauly's Pizza Joint which has moved to an end corner suite in the Miracrest Plaza that used to house a Subway. The words 'Persian Kitchen' hung beneath the marquee sign so I stopped in recently to check out this new Middle Eastern cuisine eatery. There were about half a dozen tables for dine-in seating. A menu screen hung on a wall to the left of the service counter, but it was easier to look at one of the take-out sheets. Appetizers and wrap sandwiches were listed on one side while the other side featured entrees, salads, and specialty stews. The last category looked intriguing, however my taste buds weren't adventurous enough. The Kabob Mix Plate #2 was my choice. Shish kabob and boneless chicken kabob were the proteins that were served with basmati rice, grilled tomato, onion, parsley, and a salad. The cubes of chicken were some of the juiciest I have tasted at any restaurant so kudos to the chef. I preferred that meat over the filet mignon chunks which was probably a first for me. What I would like to have seen for this combo was less rice and the addition of a spread like hummus or baba ghanoush with some pita bread. That would have elevated this plate to match the $27 price tag. The service from the staff was fine. The business will need to advertise to let the public know they are operating now because this plaza has numerous dining choices, not to mention competition from other spots along Miramar Rd.

I first became aware of this fine establishment from one of our very own Elites. And on Emmett's recommendation alone, I gave this Iranian restaurant a spin. Now my experience has been in San Diego (25 years) that most Iranian restaurants get either the protein right and the rice wrong, or vice versa. Here we happily get BOTH with a true value that is easy on your wallet. A Mom & Pop with Junior and Big Brother at the ready for extra close service to your every whim, i.e. More of this and of that, etc. All requests are greeted with a happy welcoming smile. Only been open for a few weeks these good folks have placed everything they have on this restaurant and it shows. See Photos. Will CERTAINLY return

What a find! Very delicious food, we ordered a whole family order and the kabobs were perfect! Very quick service and friendly, they threw in some fried chip-like snacks as well. Well worth the price, will definitely be returning. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful normally it's the lesser, but here the chicken deserves a center spot! Wish I had pictures but next time I'll make sure to fill up the reel. 5 stars earned.

In San Diego, not offering tap water that is certainly drinkable is a disappointment, and charging $2 per bottle seems excessive when it certainly costs less to obtain. We opted for soft drinks ($4 each) and they were fine, except the Diet Coke was flat. The grilled meats (chicken kabob and chelo kabob barg) were clearly fresh and deliciously moist. The entrees took a bit to arrive but were clearly house-made. The fesenjoon stew had good flavors but was a bit too sweet. The tahdig was incredibly crispy, too thick to even cut with a knife. The kashkeh bademjan appetizer was good but nothing outstanding. Overall, the food is tasty, though the tahdig with fesenjoon could use a few tweaks. The prices were a bit high and dinner left more to be desired, but I am not opposed to coming back.

The falafels were really good, but I was a bit disappointed by the hummus it came with since it was very bland to me. The cucumber dip was not the best for either my coworker or I. It honestly almost tasted like plain yogurt. The kabob combo would've been amazing if the meat wasn't so dry. That's the only complaint about it, but the flavor was really good.
