One of the best gel manicures I've ever had! First, Gina removed my existing gel without hurting me. I've had the problem at other salons where they file too hard and scrape too hard and it actually can be really painful. Gina soaked my nails long enough that the gel came off easily without pain. She also took her time and was very meticulous working on my cuticles and painting my nails. She carefully painted alllll the way to the sides and alllll the way to the bottom of each nail. She examined each nail to make sure they were perfect before moving on to a decent hand massage. She actually applied pressure so the massage felt good - I wish I would have upgraded my manicure for a longer massage! I can't wait to go back to see if the pedicures live up to the hype of my manicure. read more

If you are looking to be pampered and have a full spa experience this is the place! I arrived late and still got the full treatment! The pedicure was the BEST I've ever had and the manicure/ Dip fill in came out beautifully. Khan was thorough and patient. I felt bad because I realized they were supposed to close at 7:30 but I was reassured that it was no trouble. All of the employees were humble, thankful and gracious to those who were checking out. I never leave reviews, but they deserve an A+++. This is the BEST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN for this type of service. I had an appointment and was a few minutes late but they took me immediately. This place is clean and San sanitized beautifully. I've never been in when it wasn't clean. This is the best manicure pedicure place in Wake County as far as I'm concerned. I also had a waxing and it's the first time I've had one in a long time and she spent a lot of time arching my brow the way it should be in the first place. I don't usually respond to yelp reviews, but after seeing the post from the lady who said she was dbl charged I felt compelled too.. I saw this situation first hand..they asked her for bank the bank statement or to pull up her acct and show them the dbl charge .. she refused and only said I have a screenshot from last week.. so they didn't refuse her they as any business or person would do is require proof so I must 100% disagree with that review and there are 15 of us in our office and we all come here and have never had a bad experience read more

Paradise nail bar was very inviting. My mother needed her brows waxed and we were driving by and they took walk-ins. Tina took my mom right away waxed her brows an lip within 8 minutes she was back. I decided to get our nails done, pink and white for me and gel for mom. Kim and Tina did a brilliant job. We were having a really great time. I also got my brows arched and colored. My experience at Paradise nails was very unpleasant. They were very rude and unprofessional. They did not tell me that they did not have acrylic, when I told them I had acrylic nails. The man doing my nails became passive aggressive when I said the color he was painting was not the one I picked out. He even put the colors in my daughters face and asked her if it was the right color. It was a very upsetting experience as a customer and I was not happy. read more

Nails by Julie! I am in love with my nails! Julie is incredibly sweet and kind. The people in paradise nails were very accommodating, since I work for a preschool my hours make it difficult for me to make it on time. Julie took me and my friend in even though they were closing soon after we would arrive. We did not feel rushed at all, they kept us engaged and the ambiance was comforting. I've been going to paradise nail bar for years. Kim & Gina are amazing, very professional beautilful souls. The cost is very comparable to the services rendered. Due to COVID, they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe and clean. My family comes here also! I will drive just to see them and get my nails and toes done. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I called ahead just to make sure they weren't super busy, and we were seated in our massage chairs right when we got in.
