***Under new ownership*** Literally have been going to this "spa" for 4 years. Always been great! Recently sold and the new owners just rush you out of there. The guy doing my pedicure set a TIMER on his phone and when it went off, he was done! I paid the extra for "jelly" and for MAYBE 2.5mins of jelly which was never the case before. I told the guy my water was too hot to put my feet in he said "then wait minute". Lastly, me, and my two friends must have been asked EACH 4 times "do you have cash for tip". That is SO tacky. No one should be asking for tip or if it's cash. I get it, the less that is ran through an electronic machine the better it is for the tech. But after we each said yes the first 2 times, there was no need to ask another 2 times. Tips are EARNED and should never be expected and asking me for tip in cash is a turn off and makes me want to tip less. Once is fine but multiple is distasteful My toes look good, but will be finding a new spa that is less rushed and where I feel like I get my 65.00 worth and NOT heckled for a tip read more

This was my favorite place for nails up until about 3 years ago when I moved out of the area. I found myself back in Beaverton this weekend so I made an appointment. When I got there, the place was almost empty. 6 technicians with 2 clients. I sat and requested a replacement set of gel-x as well as a pedicure. I wanted blue ombré nails -- nothing fancy. The nail tech couldn't ombré, so she got their air gun, which didn't work - despite her best attempts. After messing around for nearly 90 minutes (while getting more and more covered in polish) I walked out with half completed nails and no pedicure. What a mess -- and they had the audacity to charge me for "nail art". I'm now at another salon for a polish change on my nails and they will complete the pedicure. Needless to say I won't be going back there again. read more

First time here and I'll definitely be going again! They took me as a walk in and luckily I only waited about ten minutes. I got a beautiful, simple classic gel pedicure for $50 and will be asking for Cindy next time I go. I'm 9 months pregnant and she for sure put some extra love into my feet/calves during the sugar scrub and lotion part. They also allowed a person to come in and sell kettle corn who was doing a fundraiser for the homeless community which I thought was really kind. Some people may not like that, but as someone with compassion, I love to see businesses support that kind of thing instead of turn them away. It really lifted the vibe! read more

I went with my stepmom and I had a good time with her but I'm not sure how I felt about the experience. We got pedicures done and we just did the classic option. It started out fine until the ladies had to go finish up with their previous clients. I feel like that was a little interesting. But the thing that didn't sit with me the most was that they used the same gloves they used on me for them while finishing and then continued to not change their gloves when they came back to us. I just feel like that's very unsanitary. Maybe it's just me but that's how I felt. On top of that my polish didn't dry all the way and now they are chipped at the top and they look like they were smudged. Other than that everything else was fine. Went here for the first time on Saturday and by Monday morning the paint on One Nail already chipped off. This was after waiting almost an hour for them to dry to begin with. The technicians kept trying to upsell us and ultimately did not do a great job. My wife's toenails didn't dry either and got ruined and when the technician repainted two of them, she only did one coat and left some of the excess on the skin around the nail. Who paid almost $200 for two manicures and pedicures and just expect better for that. The technician actually told us the reason our nails are still wet after almost an hour was because it was cold outside. Makes no sense since we were inside. Won't be back read more

My daughter and I went in today and I was taking her to get her nails done for her very first time as a birthday present. She was just going to do a basic manicure, no gel, and she originally wanted to do her fingernails like the rainbow but I felt like we were a bit rushed to pick out her colors so we ultimately just landed on pink with glitter on top. They kept asking me if I wanted to do gel on her and I kept saying no. I had told them quite a few times it was her first time and that we were excited but when they sat her down, they were literally done with her in 5 minutes and I kind of felt like they were irritated that I said no to gel. When we left, my daughter's nails were still wet and ended up smudging but my daughter refused to go back in to have them fix it. I got a classic gel manicure and was pleased with it but they were literally done with me in 20 minutes. Overall it was not what I had envisioned for my daughter's first time getting her nails done... I feel like they did a decent job on my nails but I would not recommend it for young girls. read more

"Please watch out, scammers and ripped off" That was our first time trial to get our nails done at "Paradise Nail & Spa". Failed big time, Not Recommend at all!!! Their price is high very expensive but No service!!! They don't do the stuff the one they should do. Like on Men pedicure, they only did file and done (No trim nails, no warm towel, no trim your cuticle) nothing and you paid $35 premium price!!!! And the Gel manicure you paid $45 for nothing (No massage on your hands, No warm towel, No trim and cut your cuticle) rush rush and rush what they can do, when I tried to show my Manicurist about something on my fingers tip skin, she said "don't worry about it" so make you feel she know what she is doing and she will get it done later. " Do not trust that!!!" Lazy and liar, they just want you to shut up. They will try to upsell you multiple time, seriously multiple time!!! Understood all business does that, but super annoying if they try more than twice in one visit plus first visit! Totally not great impression at all!!! Regular man pedicure the one they didn't do anything and gel manicure the one they just trim your nails and applied nail polish all cost $80.00 before tips!!! I tried to show the best pictures I could take as reference but me as the person the one paid and get them done very upset, will never go back!!! Because on top of it the owner rude and denials, she runs it as perfect business! She won't accept and listen to her consumers. I have been going here for over a decade and the amount of turnaround and lack of consistency should be embarrassing to this business. I spend on average $200 a month here getting services from my nails , toes and eyebrows, today I will not be returning after this visit. I sat down for full set and a pedicure along with a few others who arrived at the same time. I completed my nails and sat to do my pedI, I was done 34 minutes after sitting down and starting. The tech skipped multiple "Package includes..." and when brought to her attention she began to argue. She did end up doing the few things missed but the entire time it was completely rushed. 34 minutes for a 50min paid service. $50 + $10 for the polish. $60 for 34 minutes... Once the service was completed, I did speak with the owner and front receptionist who were even more argumentative then understanding. I will not be retiring to this salon EVER. I spend a large amount of money for things to be taken care of not rushed and hurried because you want to get the next human on the chair. Cheers Paradise! read more

I'm honestly so upset right now . I liked my nails up to when she started applying the french tip I was just not happy with how she left my nails ... I personally don't like their work , I'm not the type to be rude to them in person and say I'm not paying . I paid $65 for short nails.... I'm just so upset like this can't be real rn . I called to see if they were able to re do my nails and the lady seemed pretty understanding and told me to come back at 4:00 pm. I come back and I wait for Josie to be done with the client she was finishing off on . When it was my turn she asked me what went wrong and I simply stated that the shape was fine it was just the French tip i wanted it exactly like the picture . She basically blamed it on me saying that I told her otherwise and that I needed to pay $5 more after I already payed $65 for short nails . Then I said "so will you be able to re do my nails then?" The first time I got my fill it was great and lasted almost 3 weeks. I came for a fill the second time a shellac/gel came off in a week.

My daughter and I have been coming here since she was five and the ladies called her "the baby" she is 21. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like a big family. Enjoy all of the nice touches and updates over the years. We get regular shellac pedicures and dipping manicures. They encourage open communication if you don't like something it is immediately corrected. They just want you to be happy and enjoy your nails and the experience. A nail salon is only as good as the technician you get. I have been having manis and pedis forever and although the reception isn't warm and fuzzy, there are at least 2 good techs there. I am so DISGUSTED with the way the staff treated me here. Absolutely unbelievable. I paid $100 to get a shellac mani/pedi and my nails chipped within TWO days. I came back to get them fixed and I was treated so poorly. The front desk staff, who they say name is YANG (I don't believe it since they were laughing as I asked for her name), called me a liar and made a huge scene in front of the entire salon. I have never been so humiliated. I would NEVER recommend coming to this salon. Poor service and you pay a lot for nails I could do at home. However, it has been 4 days since my mani/pedi and my nail polish has been messed up since day one. My nail polish is peeling off on my fingers and toes. I felt rushed to leave, and smudged my thumb as a result. I get my nails done regularly, and this doesn't happen where I usually go. Also, the color selection isn't too great.
