Had THE BEST pedicure/massage "pearls". I NEEDED this so bad. I actually fell asleep twice. That doesn't happen. I need to go back to her often! Also the gentleman that did my gel manicure was very meticulous and took great care. He also gave me a hardy hand/arm massage.. .which I was secretly hoping he would. Honestly? I think the staff are a little rude. They seem like they don't want to work for you, and are bothered by you making any requests. My manicurist talked on her phone while doing my toes, and got sidetracked and gave me a short massage. The nail painting on the toes is mediocre. Not the worst I've ever had, but certainly not the best. read more

This is my new go to salon! I came in about 45 minutes before closing and they were able to do a pedicure & shellac manicure. Both were perfect. The woman doing my manicure shaped my nails exactly how I wanted and made no mistakes with the polish. I'm super picky about nail shape so this is a major accomplishment in my book. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I didn't love the massage pedicure chairs but that's literally my only complaint. I am super picky about my nails and was very happy when I left. I was in a rush and only had an hour to get tips and SNS done before work. They took me 5 min before my apt and had me in & checked out under 45 minutes AND they did a FANTASTIC job. Kim was the woman who did my nails, I highly recommend her! Atmosphere:great really nice and clean Customer service is great! The only down side is that when they start to get busy they get sloppy and do things quickly! I felt like my pedicure wasn't all the way done because the guy that first started doing it left and another lady took over...she just kind of hurried and finished the work and painted my nails super fast. I wasn't very happy about that. I felt rushed and like they started doing things sloppy. I asked for the same color on my toes they ended up being completely different colors. They offer great customer service and variety of colors. I have been coming here for a year or and is a gambling when it comes to getting your nails right. For the most part men and the manager do the best job on nails. They help you if you don't like your nails. read more

Been here a few times and was satisfied until today. My manicure was not something I liked I showed concern and even told them I wasn't a fan and they told me it was just because my nails were short. I went in to treat myself for my birthday and $70 dollars later left with a bad experience. I feel if you're going to come spend that much at a nail salon you should leave with something you are happy with. The man did a great job on my toes but I just didn't like my French manicure, if I had known it was something they can't do well on short nails I would have just got a plain color. I went here with a friend as her Christmas present. I got the pedicure with callous removal, and it all was....fine. The manicurist didn't extend the nail polish to the edge of the nail, which is my huge pet peeve, and even after paying extra my feet still feel rough (my friend agreed and actually sent me home with extra callous remover). I wasn't offered a drink, and just felt like I was being barked at most of the time, like my business wasn't appreciated. All of that said, everything looks fine, and I wasn't cut or anything like that. Would give 2.5 stars if I could. read more

This was my second visit and just as pleasant as the first. Upon arrival my friend and I were quickly greeted and told that it'd be 10-15min wait for two pedicures. The salon did appear to be quite busy and we understood (we weren't in a rush). Once seated, we added manicures and an eyebrow service to our original request. I had a very good experience here today. I am 30 weeks pregnant so relaxation and pampering is a must for me. The salon is beautiful. Tracy is absolutely amazing at her job and I will schedule with her from now on. She really made sure I was happy with my servicesThe lady who did my pedicure was so sweet and took her time which I really appreciated. Getting your nails done is a luxury and not cheap so you want to feel like you are getting what you paid for. Jack the manager was very helpful in keeping the salon running smoothly and addressing my previous issues. My last experience that wasn't so great but it was because of one specific employee, not the business. I do not recommend tiny. BUT this business is absolutely worth giving a shot. I have been here many, many times but today was only the second time back since COVID started. It wasn't a great experience. I only needed a pedicure today. The lady started to run water in a tub right next to another client and without the plastic protective screen. The entire rest of the row was empty so I didn't appreciate having to ask to be seated in the next seat down. When the lady reached for her tools she took them from an opened bag. I asked her why she was not using clean tools. She proceeded to wipe them down with what I assume was alcohol. The pedicure itself was going well but normally they do both a hot stone massage and then a mask with hot towels before starting on the lotion massage. For some unknown reason she started with the lotion massage. She didn't even work the lotion all in but it didn't matter because she then had me put me feet back in the water and wiped the lotion away with her hand?!? Then she went ahead and did a stone massage and mask. It made no sense and my feet do not feel as soft as they should. Everything felt very quick and not detailed-like she was just going through the motions. Her polish application was good. Unfortunately, this experience is typical in most nail places. You get a good experience one time and an awful one the next. read more

I received an SNS manicure and she did not bother to use any type of lotion or oil so not only are my hands beyond dry but when I asked for a specific design it came out horribly and she didn't bother asking if it was what I asked for I'm so incredibly disappointed my hands are totally dry and the design looks terrible. read more

This nail place is great. I've been coming here about 3 or 4 years now and they've always had great service. It's really the only place I will go to get my nails done even while going to school in San Marcos. They have so many different talented nail techs, that a few techs have done an excellent job on my nails, and then I'll go another time and get a new tech and be anxious. Yet every time a new tech has done my nails, I leave satisfied! I trust that they only hire qualified techs. Plus it's clean, the staff are genuinely nice unlike many other places. They can do so much custom stuff too, definitely recommend this nail salon to all my peeps. I feel so lucky to have this place so close to me! read more

The salon is very nice and looks amazing when you walk in. On the menu it says about 30 minutes for a classic pedicure but I was in the chair for about 15 minutes. When I got my manicure I got acrylics but I never got the hand massage. I didn't even get my cuticles maintained. She went straight to acrylics and that's it. When one of my toes got a little messed up and I pointed it out to the lady doing my fingers, the girl who did my pedicure heard and got up, walked to the polishes and put the bottle that I chose in front of the lady doing my fingers as if she was annoyed as she spoke without me able to understand her. Which I felt offended because not only could I not understand her but it was obviously about me. Honestly, I shouldn't have tipped as much as I did. But the chairs were awesome! In the 15 minutes I got to sit on it. I would also like to add that my friend went in for a manicure and got gel. It chipped the next day so she went in to get it fixed (the same day and time I was there so I saw it all happen). The girl looked at it and clipped her nail. It's still chipped. read more

This is my go-to nail salon. Tracy and Jack (the owners) are not only the nicest people, they are very accommodating and professional. I have followed Tiny to this salon from a previous salon and couldn't be happier. Every mani and pedi is clean, neat and longlasting. My gel mani lasts about 3 weeks. My pedi lasts as long as I take care of my feet. You must try the deluxe pedi, including a mild and pleasant scrub, mask and relaxing massage. They will ensure you are comfortable with a cold beverage and magazines. This place is super clean too. A real gem in Cedar Park, Texas. I had to update my review due to the exceptional customer service I received. My first manicure and pedicure that I had was really not the best. Jack and his team went out of their way to get me back into the salon to give me another manicure free of charge. My second manicure was perfect. I can't say enough about how nice and professional the staff was. I'll be coming back for sure! I was really disappointed with the manicure and pedicure I received here. I arrived after 5pm on a Thursday. They were pretty busy so they asked me to come back in an hour. I thought that was fine since I didn't make an appointment in advance. I came back and waited probably 30 minutes longer. They finally put me in a pedicure chair. It took a long while for them to start and the pedicure was just okay. By the time they started to put gel on my toes they were sweeping the floor because it was time for them to close. They forgot I wanted a manicure too so they really rushed me. I had someone painting my toes and nails at the same time. They did not manicure my nails at all. They just quickly filed them. They rushed so much that the manicure needed to be redone because it looked so terrible. Instead of taking the gel off completely, they just filed some of it off. Then they applied more layers. The gel was so thick that it started to bubble. I paid $80 for a manicure and pedicure that came completely off after 5 days. The gel was so thick that it peeled off.. and since they only lightly filed my nails and didn't truly prep them, it started peeling at the edges after just one day. I would have went back to have it redone but i was left for vacation. Such a disappointing experience. Gel usually lasts at least 2 weeks. To top it off I got engaged on my vacation!
